User Permissions
Hi, I want to restrict users in the same Profile from seeing each other's (and above level) Data such as contacts, leads, potentials. How can I do this? I can't seem to find it in the profile section where I can edit the other settings. Thanks, Jens
Track subscription based Products
We have a Product that is subscription based. An Account can purchase one or more of these products. Each Product purchase has a subscription expiration date. How can I associate multiple instances of the same product with unique expiration dates with a single client?
Phon Pop Up not diappearing
I have connected my Zoho phone bridge with a phone system calles Askozia. I press the phone icon in Zoho, a phone box pops up, a call to my soft client is done, i pick up the call and the softclient calls the correct number afterwards. So far so good. After finishing the call this phone box is not disappearing , i need to press the cancel button in this phone box. The call is not loged in Zoho. I wrote 4 mails to Zoho but support is not answering (quirte bad support). Thaks for help! Kind Regads
Custom function to copy info from Potential to Accounts
Hi, So I have in my Deals (previously named potential) two fields, both are Picklist type. During the conversion stage, my people are updating those two Picklist, one is named ''DMS Service'' the second ''DMS Sales''. By default they are set with ''-'' value. Workflow Based On Potential that sends e-mail template alert to Account Contacts
We would like to send new accounts a series of onboarding e-mails automatically. I've tried setting up a Workflow Rule that is triggered by a Potential field and sends an E-mail Alert to the Account Contacts and ran into the following limitations. 1) If I base the workflow off of the Potentials module, I can only e-mail the one Contact that is chosen for that Potential. Issue with contact details - Visits >> Prospect/Clients
We have an issue with the Prospect/Client function, it does not display the correct prospects name and details instead it displays only one persons name in all the contacts. When we click on more details about the prospects that is when we see that the Prospect is a different user, the name assigned is wrong. I have attached screenshot images (below) displaying the problem. On the screenshots you will see that all our prospects have one persons name instead of their own names. Please advice us
Reimport Accounts with reference to Contact
HI, we use a Primary Contact in Accounts. With the Data Migration Wizard i imported Accounts first, then Contacts. The relation works fine. Now i must update Accounts with a reference to the unique Contact-ID. I know update is possible with " Import My Organization Accounts", but then i have no reference. Data Migration Wizard makes no update, but makes a duplicate. Any Solution? Hubert
Is there a way to show SalesSignal info on a specific contact's page?
Under the bell symbol > SalesSignal, actions (last opened, last clicked, etc.) on emails and campaigns for many contacts can be found there. This is very valuable information. Is there any way to see this information on a particular contact without having to scroll through the SalesSignals? When I am on a contact's page, I would like to be able to see when that contact last opened/clicked on an email that was sent. Is there a way to show/see the same info that is under that bell/SalesSignal icon
Custom Module and Related List
I've created a custom module and now want to relate that to the Leads module. I'm having trouble getting my head around the best way to do this. I'm adding the leads using the crm api and at the same time I'm creating a record in my custom module. The field that should link them (to avoid duplicates in custom module) is email address. Should I be using email address as the required Untitled Name field when I create the custom module? Whilst adding the records I'm assigning the returned IDs to variables

It is useful to find the list of failed webhooks. But I couldn't any find any options for re-sending a failed webhook. Is there any APIs or other options for resending the failed webhooks?!

AT tagging other system users in notes

Hey Everyone, I'm getting a "Couldn't open file" error when trying to upload a file to a custom module in zoho. I tested this yesterday and it worked fine however when testing today it doesn't work. CRM Lookup fields
Hi There, I have a quick question and it may be a simple fix ? In my Potentials form I have a field called "Client Reference", when I create a quote I want to duplicate this filed into the quote, pulling through the value from the Potential the same way it does for "Potential Name". Tab Groups
I have no idea what the problem is. I have a couple of custom tab groups I created. I go in and edit what is being viewed and it resets it to only show the home tab only. I even created a new tab group from scratch and keeps doing that too. What is going on?

Potentials (Deals) report lists multiple copies of same potential if it contains multiple notes
I'm noticing that Potentials reports show the same potential several times if it contains multiple notes (even if the report itself doesn't include the Notes column). This example includes Notes column: https://cl.ly/1X141L1f3j2q This is misleading because it appears to be several different potentials, each factoring into subtotals.
Unsupported Field - Templates
I constructed a template but cannot save it. I keep getting an "unsupported field" error. I started this email from a Basic Template, and cannot locate the field at all in the document. I attempted to "redo" the document from a blank template and am still getting the same error with the same field. any thoughts?
Formula Field Question

Problem with Delete action in Workflows / Rules

Event Types Issue

Form Field that indicates the previous page visited
I would like to include a form field (a hidden one) that includes some code (PHP?) that indicates the last page that was visited before reaching our contact us page form. The reason for this is that our Contact page is common to all of our products and I need to know which page they visited before they filled out the form. 16 clicks to preview for 1 correction on an email template
I just did a click count and found that it took ~16 clicks to preview the content of an email template. If I have to make any edits I'll have to redo the ~16 clicks... Activity Report Export; ordered by activity owner; report comes back blank
Hi, I am trying to export an activity report. I can export it when I just leave in the default view, but as soon as I order the activities by activity owner, the report I export comes back empty. I have tried it both in Chrome and IE I have tried it on two different computers. the report is about 50 entries, so nowhere near either 20.000 or 2000 entries. has this got to do with the plan I am on? I have full admin access, but could it be a permission thing? has anyone experienced and fixed this

Synching with CRM
Hi - We are setting up Desk and making sure our client info is synced correctly with CRM. When we had a new ticket with a new client it automatically set up the new client in CRM (yay). When we opened the ticket and filled out what Account they should be under it did not auto update in CRM (boo). We also noticed in CRM the Client and Account are not associated in either record. We have the fields mapped in Desk/CRM mapping to have Accounts linked to Account. Your help is appreciated - thanks!
Custom Formula error returning a date
I am trying to create a custom formula field in Leads, but I am getting a syntax error. The formula Return Type is set to datetime: If(${Leads.Outbound Stage} == 'SQL 020', now(), adddate(now(), 4, 'DAY')) I get this error: Your string is either missing its quote marks, or it needs a comma separating it from another value. Cannot edit my own role and profile
I am the super admin on our account. I am able to change everyone's role and profile, however when I click on my own name I cannot change the role or profile.
