Workflow Rule not triggered when a record is updated by another rule ?
Hello, I have a question about Workflow Rules (WR) : are "Field Update" rules triggered when a field is updated by another rule ? Here is our use case : We have a WR on Quotes : when the quote stage is changed to "Accepted", it triggers a change on Potentials, the potential stage is changed to "Accepted" too. And we have a WR on Potentials : a webhook is triggered when Potential stage changes. So, when a quote stage changes to "Accepted", the potential stage changes too, and this webhook should be
filtering leads by 'email status' problem
Hi, I sent about 490 emails from CRM on 10/01/17. When filtering leads by email status by sent on date '10/01/17' And status is 'any of above' Only 80 of the 490 leads came back in results. Why was that?

Last Name cannot be empty error

How to hide a tab group based on role/profile?
I created an external role/profile and wanted to lock down tab groups so that users cannot see a Home tab or "Custom Object A" tab for "Custom Object A" that is only used on Deals as a related list (there is no reason to view that tab). I logged in as that user and set the tab group to the one I want the user to see, but I don't want the user to see the other tab groups and be able to change them.
IMAP Connectivity to Gmail
Hello, I see that my account has iMap connectivity to Gmail but one of my users does not, and I cant turn it on? I'm a superadmin from what I can see. I am not seeing the popular iMap screen shot as in this example: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/email/configure-imap-account.html#Zoho_Account 2nd Question If I enable iMap for this user, will we loose their current emails? 3rd Question: Where does the Email button go, I see people have commented on that? I'm requesting you please add a third option, "Import Leads for User" followed by a pick list of users. I often import leads for a single user, which requires me to always add a "Lead Owner" column. searchRecords API not returning all matched results.
The following criteria I use: (((First Name:name)OR(Account Name:name)OR(Last Name:name))) For example, there a list of records in contacts module with the last name of "test". Searching test gives me all matched results but searching the first name of a record with the last name of test doesn't show up for some strange reason. Sometimes it only returns some of the matched results but not all from confirming directly in zoho instead of using the search api. Now, is it something to do with the criteria

CRM not saving inbound messages from Zoho mail
We have just integrated Zoho mail into our Zoho CRM and I'm very pleased. However, I'm puzzled by the fact that CRM does not keep a copy of the inbound message when it gets deleted from my inbox in Zoho mail. Am I doing something wrong? Allowing for multiple product selection : quotation
Hello, The quotation module has a preset field for choosing products. Only one product can be chosen at a time. ie: I am creating a quotation and quoting multiple products. I click, choose one product, and it populates in that field, and i have to click again, repeat - each individual product populates by itself. I cannot create a customer field that allows for multiple products to be populated on a quotation - or if i can i am having issues completing it. Any help or recommendations? Thank you
How would I change the CustomModule under the Primary Key field in a Module?
Hi, We have a module under the title "Advocates" which uses the Advocate's first name as the required primary key. I would like to add the Advocate's last name in their title as well. Under the "Summary" of the Module where I go to customize the page, it says "CustomModule2" next to "Module" and "API Name" (please refer to image attached). How can I add the Advocate's last name as part of the primary key? It does not allow me to edit that field, even though I can edit the "Displayed as:" key. In

Zoho Writer - Cannot save updates to Mail Merge templates
Hi! I have an urgent issue in that I can no longer update mail merge templates that we use for Quotes etc. It says that it is autosaving but it isn't. When I do a manual update to the template I get an error message. I have tried creating new templates in Zoho Writer and get the same problem. Cannot edit first name of Leads and Contacts, editing task fields hidden - general z-order issues?
Hi, Since the last release I have noted that the firstname field displays as blank and it looks like you cannot add data into it: - When adding a new Lead - When editing a Lead or Contact The field appears to be present though, as I can tab to it, type and some of what I type is saved, but not displayed when editing. Fail to update URL field Deluge script

Not only it fails, but while debugging it i see that some fields doesnt exist in the map object returns when i call the zoho.crm.getRecordById function. one of them is the Website field, other is the State and City fields. "House Accounts" that All Can See
Hi, We have 30 or so "house accounts" that I've assigned to me, the system administrator. We want all of our sales people to see these accounts, write notes, etc. When I set these up originally, I shared them from System Adminstrator to Sales Engineer with Read/Write/Delete access and it worked for a while. Custom Function to alert Owners of inactivity
We've created a custom module (CustomModule3) in our CRM and we need a way to have Zoho find any records with a last activity date of 2 weeks (or more) and send out an alert to the owner of that record to update it. Using a .csv file to import record to Zoho CRM giving me a problem
Hi. I need to import some contacts from Salesforce into an account in Zoho CRM. In order to do this I need a .csv file. As we all know, the "Account ID" field of the import is mandatory.
