Task reminders only being sent for a certain length of time
Hi, I set a repeat task reminder. The reminder only gets sent once and not repeat times. Any ideas why this is. I set the reminder to daily via email. Kind regards, - Stuart

I've uploaded my leads to Zoho CRM and now I'm trying to figure out how to group them together. For instance I have leads that are either "Sellers" or "Buyers" and I want to set up groups for them.
How do I test workflow automation?
I'm trying to send an email once per year on a client wedding anniversary. Does this workflow look correct? A contact is booked with "Add-ons" has a value and "DJ Name" has a value. I'm mainly concerned about the "Start time" which is also a clients anniversary. Will it send every year?
Help with Multiple Autoresponders Follow Up Dates
I'm sorry if this question has been addressed already. I need to set up a series (about 14) of drip campaign e-mails (for prospects). I tried setting up an autoresponder with follow-ups, but it only allowed five and I need more than that. Is there any way around that? Should I be setting it up in MailChimp instead? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Creating a sticky url
Hi everyone! I use a url key for my my campaigns on AdWords to measure where the conversion came from, but this works only on the landing page. If there any way I can create a sticky url to maintain the key during the whole session? Creating a sales funnel
New to Zoho here trying it out to see if it will work for us. We have 22k email/phone number list We want to put those into zoho, and create funnels based on if they have replied to our phone calls or emails or if they have received samples or not. Import as leads to start, right? I noticed they forced me to name a company for a lead, thats not gonna work because all of these people are independent contractors. How do i make the funnel for each step? Thanks

Automatically Download Audio Calls
Hi, We use RingCentral and we are very happy that it is now integrated with Zoho. That being said, we need to be able to automatically download each call into the Zoho lead. We run an outbound call center, and we can listen to the calls on RingCentral, but they only stay in the system for 60 days; after that they are automatically deleted. If anyone knows of a way to do this, that would be greatly appreciated!!
XML parsing error when country has & symbol
Hello, I have an issue that occurs when I try using Rest API to add new record to CRM. If record has country field and if it is populated with value that contains sign "&" (Trinidad & Tobago, Bosnia & Herzegovina) it gives XML parsing error, otherwise it works normally. Is this Zoho issue or XML issue and does someone have similar problem?

I need to edit our macros but can't find them. They were created for Contacts and I used to be able to click the button within a contact record "Run Macro" and then "Manage Macros" from that dropdown. However that button has disappeared and I can't seem to find where to go within the app to find our Macros. The help docs are really not helpful. There has been a rapid increase in the inode value (30K) on my host server over the past month since adding Zoho CRM and Zoho Sales IQ, is it coincidence or does activity in Zoho CRM and Zoho Sales IQ increase the number of files/folders in my domain? Okay I have my account date format set to dd/mm/yyyy. So, why doesn't the Advancd import setting for date default to the same format as my organisations date format is set to? Am I missing something or is this another little 'feature' issue?

I can't send email from ZohoCRM
I'm setting up our company's ZohoCRM account and am having trouble sending email to contacts/leads from within the CRM. I tested it a few days ago and was able to send a few messages. After adding IMAP so that I could sync my work gmail account, I started getting an error when I hit send. The IMAP syncing is working, as I can see all emails I've sent or received in gmail in the CRM, I just can't send emails from the CRM. Any suggestions on how to solve this problem?
Old Professional vs New Professional vs Enterprise
We are currently using the Old Professional version of zoho crm and have 39 users. We had 40 users recently during our CRM Plus trial and when we tried to add a new user our system said that we could not have more than 40 users.
