Cannot integrate Zoho CRM with Google contacts
Hi, i wrote for 2 days at some support email of Zoho, on chats, feedback forms etc. I write already on forum. I try now Zoho CRM plus, and I want to integrate my account with Google contacts. I found in help some manual to make this, but I haven't these options in my Setup page in CRM. I haven't under Extensions nothing about Google integrations, or something similiar.
Unable to create a custom schedule with no end date for tasks

ZOHO API - Create record via form than update a field by API(s)
Hello. I'm using zoho forms to collect some basic data in a wordpress website. There is data choices collected in wordpress that I need to also update into the CRM that I'm not collecting in the form which means I need to use the api. After a user updates their member info via ZOHO FORMS a lead is created in CRM. I need at this point to also send some data about the lead just created. The problem I have is I dont know the lead just created or zoho ID? I believe this is necessary to update my record.
Activities Feed page
Using the new Activities feed page in the column format, I cannot see any proposals. The columns are set as a default with Customers, Open Proposals, Leads/Contacts and Others, but I cannot customise the fields or include which proposals I see. I also don't know what criteria the activities are being selected for. Any ideas?

Hello, some time ago we have I have implemented integration with ZohoCRM. Yesterday our client reported that he cant integrate. I have checked it and I found an error: Error code 4600: Unable to process your request. Please verify whether you have entered proper method name,parameter and parameter values. Problem while I'am editing Template
Hello I created inventory template for production and I used those two fields below: ${Quotes.Qty} ${Quotes.Total After Discount} I ensured that product details iteration are present under<tbody id="lineItem"> and </tbody> tags. I know it did correctly because everythings was working. But since the upgrade of Zoho CRM when i'am editing my template I can't save it and I've got error message: "Unsupported Fields: We recommend that you remove them from this template because

Mass E-mail
I am trying to send a mass e-mail to my leads and my contacts but every time I go to send the e-mail through the mass e-mail option it tells me that the e-mails are invalid. I have mass e-mailed these clients before with no problems, but now nothing will go through. What could be causing the issue?

I am new to Zoho, so this may be a ridiculous question... I have tried to send an email to a contact through Zoho, but I do not seem to be able to find a record of it being sent or a copy of the sent email for me to retain for my records. Am I doing something wrong?

"Barriers" or "Hurdles" to making a sale
I am testing Zoho for it's suitability for our business. One important piece of info we need to capture is potential reason for not making or loosing a sale and subsequently run a report to see why we might be loosing business to see if there is a pattern. Does this field exist as standard? And can it have pre defined reasons, i.e. Price too high, leadtime too long etc.... or just free text? Many thanks, Jon
Feeds when update a Record Through the API?
I notice that when I edit a record as a registered user, users who follow the record can see the notice in the feeds section indicating that has been modified, but when I modify the record through the API this notice does not appear. There is any way that notifications appear when I update a record through the API?
Microsoft Office Plugin will not install
I am using Microsoft Office 2013 32 bit mode. The OS is Windows 10 Pro I attempted to download and install the 32 bit version of the Zoho plug-in for Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016. I get the error message: Looks like you have downloaded the wrong exe, this 32 bit exe is not supported by your Microsoft Office. Would you like to download the right exe? I tried the 64-bit version as well but that did not work either giving the similar error message for the 64 bit version. I had some trouble
Why does deleting emails in zoho mail also deletes them in CRM?
I use Zoho Mail as well as Zoho CRM and would like to be able to save emails in the CRM, but not necessarily in the mail app. Is there a setting I could change in the mail app that will allow me to delete the emails in that app and still have them saved in the CRM? I imagine there is, however I am not sure how I would do it.
Why not build in Zoho Campaigns into CRM directly?
With CRM's new email template interface and overall interface, why doesn't Zoho just build Campaigns directly in CRM? Right now the integration between CRM/Campaigns is poor, plus Campaigns has an old UI. We already do enough mass mailing and autoresponders to have some sort of robust Campaigns app built in. Thoughts? Plans?
"Convert Lead mapping" error
Dear Sirs With the new version of ZOHO CRM once we do a conversion from a LEAD to a CONTACT the surname is lost. In the "Convert Lead mapping" the "Last name" value in the LEAD is not mapped to the "Last name" value in the CONTACT. We have converted thousands of Leads into Contacts in the previous ZOHO version and everything was ok in this mapping. issue with event host
One of our users is having the following issue, When he goes to schedule a meeting another users name is the default "host" when he changes the "host" to his name it will not allow him the schedule the event. As a work around he is inviting himself to the meetings . . . . we'd like to resolve the issue. I looked for a default meeting host setting and could not locate one. Any suggestions would be appreciated, btw this user is our owner . . . .
Unable to post notes on contacts Zoho CRM
Hi, I'm unable to post notes on my Zoho CRM contacts. It does't happen with all of them, but with half of the notes we try to post. When we try to posts it, it only appears a grey box with the picture of the agent beside, but the note gets deleted, How can we fix it? I attach a photo of the note not posted in case it helps. The mistake would be for the third comment.
Zoho changed settings on my Dashboard in the new UI without my permission
It is not just the visuals that Zoho changed. I have Dashboards setup and they were altered for the new version. For example, in the old version, I have dashboards of "Vertical Bar - Stacked to 100%" setup. On the transition to the new UI, they were all changed to "Vertical Bar - Stacked" with an overlay of dollar amounts over the bars. When you do a UI change, you should NEVER change the data and settings your customers are used to. This is a HUGE problem.

Outlook integration
I have a upgraded to a paid version to obtain outlook integration. As I don't have a gmail address, it seems that I cannot use POP mail and so I have opted for the BCC dropbox email address. It reads as a simple process. I have tried it and it is not working. Could anyone shed light on this. I am sure it will be great when it is working but set up is proving challenging.

Account Report - won't show Parent Account Id
I created a basic Account report called Parent account mapping - just to show Account Name and Parent Account. When the .csv file gets generated it displays I was assuming that the second ACCOUNTID would show the account id of the Parent account. But obviously it doesn't. It just shows the main account. Is there any way to get a report to display the Parent's Account Id?

I'm a little confused... When I create a web form some of the hidden fields are styled like this: input type="text" style="display:none; Why not simply use: input type="hidden" The current method seems very sloppy to me. Just curious....
Importing Leads
When importing leads why does Zoho not look for duplicates in the contacts module or at least give you the option to search both modules? It makes no sense that Zoho would only look at the leads module for duplicates. That means I would have to manually search our CRM before ever uploading leads to ensure they aren't already a contact. When using Zoho BCC dropbox, it searches both leads and contacts module before creating a new lead. Why isn't this a feature when uploading leads?
