How to make a task or event fully private
Hi, I would like to be able to add a task, note or event, that only can be viewed by myself only. I would like to note personal stuff into ZOHO CRM that is strictly visible for my eyes only. I don't want a boss nor a colleague have any way to see this info. The reason is that my function requires to be fully confidential with certain contacts their info, as it contain privacy related material. How can I achieve that? Thanks in advance,

when you integrate Docs with CRM, please retain the ability to have the documents that pertain to certain products/accounts viewed on the products/accounts tab. We like the ability to view everything that pertains to a certain product right there on the front page for the product, including documents. thanks.

Hey, Is there a way to shorten URL's within Zoho CRM? Alternatively, any integration that might do so ? I configured Zoho CRM to generate specific URL's based on some specific fields from my leads. DKIM signature options for Zoho CRM
Hi all, When sending mails from ZohoCRM to a Gmail account, we get "via sender.zohocrm.com" appearing at the top of the message. I've included sender.zohocrm.com to our spf record (include:sender.zohocrm.com) but we still see the "via sender.zohocrm.com" message. Examining the header, it looks as though the messages are being signed with a DKIM signature. Fields not being Posted by web form

Over ride Zoho integration so it doesnt change the leads back to original when dups come up?
It seems that whenever ever leads are pushed into Zoho, leads in Zoho are being reverted back to when they came in. So, if it came in as an Unknown for the business name, but the sales person called and received the name and updated it, a short time later, they will go back to lead and it will have been reverted back to Unknown rather than staying as the updated business name they have put in. Note Field Sometimes Missing
One of our sales staff has the "Note" field on some of his leads and not on others. When I log in under his credentials I can see the note field on my computer. But you cannot see it on his. Again, this is not every lead, it seems pretty random.

Hi. I am testing the zoho crm software for our company. I am trying to set up email so I can receive email in Zoho. The manual says go here: Setup > Personal Settings > Email Settings > POP3 (Zoho Mail) However, I do have have an "email settings" link under personal settings. No email on free version?
I learned that email integration is not available on the free version. Does this mean there is no way to receive an email in the free version? On the free zoho support app, you provide a zoho email address and I forward all my emails to this address. Is this not available in the free zoho crm? It seems strange to be able to send emails but not receive them. Is that really the way the free version works?

Zoho CRM picklist changes not saved
In Zoho CRM, the changes I made to picklists for Industry were not there when I logged back. This has happened twice; the second time I was very careful to "save" on the changes, but they were gone the next morning when I logged in. Why? Data Migration Tool - format of Account ID when importing Potentials
Hello, Currently evaluating Zoho CRM and I'm testing out the Data Migration tool to import some historical Potentials. Unlike the import tool (which uses Account Name), the data migration tool maps to Potentials to Accounts using the Account ID. I've tried including the Account ID in my CSV file a few ways - "zcrm_185163200000XXXXXX" and "1851632000000XXXXX"... I've also tried using the Account Name. No matter how I try, the tool skips the records as it is unable to map the account ID in the CSV
CRM Scheduling tool for swervice based business
Currently I use Contacts in CRM to manually enter customer details (from email or phone inquiry/lead) and then create an event (job sheet) with job details and assign it to a tech. This event then appears on the calendar and techs access their daily jobs via mobile app. Is there a way to sync the contacts to events so that info like name, address, phone number are auto filled on the event form from the information I enter on the contact form? When I create a "Contact" from within an Account record, why does the name, email and phone not automatically transfer over? Right now, when I create a Contact from within an Account, I have to open a 2nd tab on my browser and toggle back and forth to manually copy the contact info over. In the Zoho standard Edition, you can't send a letter. That mail merge function was basic in ACT. But in Zoho, somehow they feel sending a letter for a salesperson is a premium feature.
