HI, My database have some problems due to wrong formats in some fields and lost of datas while testing deluge scripts :-( As it concerns "Contacts" and as they don't have email adresses for most of them, I don't have anykey to update from a csv. Thus, I think the only way is to buk read the datas and then to bulk write them. Hello, I have integrated my MailChimp account with Zoho CRM using the Marketplace App. While my Campaigns sync across from Mailchimp into the Campaigns Module in Zoho CRM, the data appears incomplete. Hi, We have Exchange mounted locally and are using the Outlook Plugin for this. Only a portion of our received emails would require to be recorded in the CRM and this is undertaken by using the 'Add Email' or 'Search and Add Email' function. I was very disappointed when I found that Zoho PhoneBridge only supports Asterisk version 1.4, while the latest version of Asterisk - 1.8, 10 and 11, and version 1.4 is no longer supported by Asterisk. The sidebar text is tiny, it looks like it's running in the screens native resolution rather than scaled like outlook and the other apps. Are these types of screens supported by the plugin? I have now had multiple clients inform me that the emails we send with quotes included are crashing their outlook when they click to open the email. Hi, We are trying to integrate our custom pbx with zoho crm for our client, who already has an account with zoho crm. We are developing this on a trial account. Is there any limitations on trial accounts for using phonebridge apis ? We have managed to successfully add the pbx to the available provider dropdown. I had Dropbox installed to ZohoCRM, but after I removed the extension in Marketplace it left it's ugly scars - the Dropbox fields still remain in all of my modules.
