Viewing Google Street view in ZCRM
I am using Zoho CRM for a real estate investing business. Does anyone know if there is a way to display the Google Maps Street view of a property in Zoho CRM?

Good afternoon, I am trying to find a way to automate follow up emails 2 weeks after a purchase date. I am entering the purchase date in as an activity as the purchase date = event date that we provided services on. We use a scheduling system so this is done manually. The due date for the task is the date of the event. At this point I have set up an automation to email the contacts which have this task on their profile 14 days after the due date of the task. Trouble with permissions
Hi, In my company I have some roles: entertainer, producerBCN and producerFR Entertainer shouldn't be able to see or modify the records that are property of producerBCN. In other hand, producerBCN should be able to see and modify the records that are property of producerFR. And finally producerFR shouldn't be able to modify the records that are property of producerBCN but have to be able to see them. How can I configure this permissions? Regards,

Delete leads but not contacts or accounts
Hi, I want to delete the Leads I have in the CRM but do not want the Contacts or Accounts that have been created to be deleted. I'm assuming that because I converted Leads to Contacts or Accounts that they are identified differently from Leads? Will I be okay deleting all Leads and the Contacts and Accounts will remain? Hello, When I try to check my 'field updates' (in automation/workflow rules), I get the error shown below: CRM_ERROR_PAGE_500::::EXCEPTION Could you tell me how can I solve it? Is this a bug or is there any way to avoid it and check my configured 'field updates'? CRM is an excellent program and the features you are adding to it just make it better and better all of the time. However, you are missing a very important part of the program and that is the ability to create and print labels. Not just mailing labels but many other kinds of labels such a price labels, folder labels, etc. I have used the Avery 5160 label for much more than mailing labels and I would like to suggest that you create a program that will let people use that format as the default label.

Is there a way that I am able to set up my user profile to have a copy of every email I send out through Zoho sent to my email account? Basically, I am looking to be able to Bcc myself on emails sent through the system but not necessarily when only using templates. Is this possible?

I get results when I filter by email status only for individually sent emails but not for mass emails. I haven't been able to find anything that specifies if this is how email filtering works, only for individual emails not mass emails. So I'm wondering is that how the filtering works or is there an issue with the email status filter?

Importing csv - data Custom Module data has a lookup field to Contact
Custom module has a lookup field (Firstname + Lastname) from Contact. I have multiple Contacts with the same (Firstname + Lastname) but they are not duplicate records. When I import Custom Module data, it links the lookup field to just one contact. This is understandable because Contacts require (Firstname + Lastname) to be unique. How can I get to link the lookup field in Custom Module to the correct Contact in this situation without fiddling with the names to make them unique?
Merging Labels using Zoho Writer
I'm trying to print Shipping Labels - there are 4 labels to a Letter-sized sheet (2 across, 2 high). The Avery # is 6878. I have setup a 2x2 Table in Zoho Writer and added the merge fields to each of the 4 cells in the Table. But when I merge it to several Contacts, the 1st page is 4 labels to the 1st Contact, the 2nd page is 4 labels to the 2nd Contact, and so on. Is there any way to force Zoho to merge once per Contact ? Or should I be doing this a very different way? I should be getting the 1st

How to detect when a lead is on my site?
Hi Guys, New here so be kind... :) We are using Zoho CRM. We currently have lots of leads / potentials within Zoho CRM. I would like to be able to determine when an existing lead is visiting my site , and improve the lead score. The visit may have initiated visit from an email campaign. Hi I am a paid member of ZOHO CRM And for the hundredth time my Zoho CRM Social Tab does not update correctly, it can work perfectly for several weeks, but then it simply stops working...I have posted several times about this.... and I know there are New Messages in Facebook from prospects but they simply do not show up in my Social Tab, so I have to add them manually instead. The problem sometimes resolves "magically" days later or I have to delete and re-associate my facebook account once again.
