Two people using same "Sent from" email
Is it possible to have an email that comes from either of two users sending from the same (Company) email address when sending an email from inside the CRM?
Ampersand in account name leaves "&".
Can you guys make it to where it just leaves "&" instead of "&" whenever I put a "&" in a account name.
Capthca form not working on IE for web to lead form
we have a web to lead form set up on the following page - http://turu.com.au/register-your-park.aspx unfortunately, we aren't able to view the Captcha field on Internet Explorer. Please advise how to resolve?
Date field in web form: 05/30/15 is recorded as 05/30/0015
When a user enters an inquiry using Zoho's web-to-lead form, if the date is entered as "05/30/15" it will be recorded in CRM as 05/30/0015 instead of 2015. It would also be nice to have a pop-up calendar on the web form.
Updating Tasks within Contacts

New Organisation Error
Hi, We imported a lot of contacts a while back, without any Organisation attached to them. I've been going through and creating these organisations, which is taking a while but has been going fine until yesterday. CRM Report Question
I have created a report for email opt in's and find that there are multiple entries for each account. I only need to see the company name, email address and full name, its telling me that on the first page there are 2000 but it seems to be including multiples so i don't think that is the case.

HI, just signed up for the "Free Forever" plan for 10 users. However when logged on the system says that i have 15 more days left to use testversion... Which is it? As do not want to engage too much or place a lot of work building up base of leads if forever only lasts for 15 days...? Our company is yet new and small and will cope with 10 users still for a while. Grateful for response!
Territory management, automatic assignment when converting lead to contact?
Hi, I am trying to setup territory assignment rules based on country. When I set up the rule I can chosse "Billing country" and/or "Shipping Country" but in my contact form I only have "Mailing country" and "Other country" field. How should I do the assignment rule based on the value of the "country" field in Leads that is converted to "Mailing country" in Contacts? Thanks, Roger

Hi I have a number of contacts that have left one company to a completely different one, what is the best way to deal with these in the crm. Is there some way i can link the contacts to all companies concerning rather than creating duplicates?

Hello everyone! is the Account ID from Account table primary key? In my account table, every time when I create a account, zoho automatically creates a account ID for that account. For my understanding, account ID should be the primary key. But it seems like it is not because when I export some accounts with the same account name, update them and re-import in zoho according to their respective account ID, all the info go to the 1st account name that has been created. Separating out organic growth opportunities from new client opportunities
I can't see how I easily split my potentials into two separate buckets: The first would be for upsell opportunities with existing clients The next would be for opportunities already identified and qualified but with totally new clients. Right now I am having to do all this tracking and managing in a spreadsheet which makes the CRM somewhat redundant. Does anyone have any good ideas?
