Mass update to approve Leads
Hi, I'm a software developer, just getting to grips with ZC :) I need to figure a way for my users to 'Convert' Leads (into Contacts) without having to go into each Lead and convert it individually - The Macro or Mass update from a Leads view doesn't appear to have a 'Convert' option - I couldn't see any Deluge functions that might do it Any suggestions or pointers will be gratefully received Sb

When viewing an Account, I can view the email, phone, mobile, and fax of the associated Contacts, but not their Title - Why?
As the title says, when I looked up an Account and click on it, it will show me the Account details, including the Contacts within that Account. However the Contact information that is displayed is: Contact Name, Email, Phone, Mobile, and Fax What I really need to see is the Contact's Title. How to I change this view so that I get the Contact Name + Title?

I have several email accounts licked to my zoho account. I rep for different companies. When I enter a lead and want to send an email it goes to the default email and is sent "from" that account. How can I choose one of the other account to send from and still have it saved in the lead information? Or can I assign each lead to the email account I wish to communicate from? Or better yet can I make a drop down box and choose from which email to send each time I communicate with a lead or contact?

restrict data export in free version
Hi, I noticed that in the free version I am only allowed 2 profiles, which are the Admin and Standard profiles. Is there a way of limiting the data export authorisation of the Standard profile? The data export section is not visible and I can't add a 3rd profile being on the Free version of Zoho. Thanks

Inventory Templates: Editor and Mail-merge
I've created a template in Word, that fits on an A4 page that we will use to quote our customers. I was hoping I could import a word document that would mail-merge the Zoho fields but this doesn't seem possible for the Quotes module. Also, upon opening a word document that I uploaded, the Writer decided to change all of the formatting. So instead I created a single table in Word that contained all of our document fields. Import Contacts not working
I have been trying to import a small list of contacts in a .csv file for days, and Zoho CRM seems to be freezing up after I add the file and click next. I do this routinely, but for some reason it has stopped working over the last 48 hours. Help please.

Attachments lost when converting a lead
When I convert a Lead to an Account I want the attachments to be saved to the newly created Account. At the moment it seems that the attachments are saved to only the created Contact, but not the Account. What do I need to do to keep the attachments when I convert to an Account?
Cannot add user to business CRM
Hi, One of our users cannot accept the inviation for CRM, because CRM says that she already has an account. Which is true, but she can't delete that account as it seems that she created her own group. How can she accept the group invitation? Please see pics below

Send Email from Potential doesn't pickup email address
Why is it that when I click "Send Email" from within a potential, it never picks up the "Contact" and never populates the "To:" email field? It picks up and populates the contact from Leads, but not in Potentials? Then, when you do a lookup for the "To:" it lists every contact in the database without filtering by current account?
Phone numbers and postal codes converted into nonsensical date format
In the last hour or so, whenever I import leads using spreadsheet, Zoho appears to automatically convert phone numbers and postal codes into nonsensical date format. I tried importing another spreadsheet which had been imported to Zoho successfully before and I encountered the same issue which indicates that it's not a problem with the new spreadsheet I'm trying to import. Cannot send email, receiving emails though

How do I assign multiple contacts in a company to one company and one lead?
I am working with 3 contacts within one company that I'm currently in the analysis phase and preparing a proposal. I'm new to Zoho CRM so I created an account for the company, and then aligned three people to the company. Under companies, it shows as three companies. What is the correct process to add a company with multiple people in that company? Shouldn't it show up as one company? Thank you for helping me. Teresa

Import stamps.com
Hello, We export our newly created leads to stamps.com for shipping. I would like to export the stamps.com data with the shipping information back to zoho instead of having to do it manually. The problem is stamps.com exports the leads in a csv file where the recipient information is all in a single field, where as we have seperate fields for receipient name, company name, address, etc. Is there a way to implement this so we dont have to manually enter in shipping information for each lead?
Export Leads and Notes together
Hi, I dont find a way to export all notes and all needs together in a way that they are in the same csv. If i use reports to export, i only get one note for each lead - if i use backup funktion for exporting everything, i cant connect the notes to the leads. Is there any way to export everything in one big csv? Or any way to connect leads and notes from the backup? Thanks a lot!
Do not Mail for CRM Contacts

Custom Pick List: need a blank field option (CRM-LEADS)
Currently there is no blank/empty/null value option once a Custom Pick List is created. If I select a value by mistake, I can not go back and have the field be empty again. I need the ability to do a Mass Update and remove values from a Custom Pick List field.
