Linking Gmail with Zoho
Hi, I want to know if it's possible to write some emails to my client with Gmail and after see in Zoho CRM all the conversations that I had with the client on gmail in my zoho crm ? If yes, how can I do to link these two accounts ? Thank you

Is it possible to use Invoices (information) created in Books which appears in Zoho CRM after a sync, in any reports.

Cannot Add A User
Hi I am trying to add a user to my CRM. My subscription allows fro 2 users. The role box is grayed out and I cannot add anything to it, however when I press save, a text box appears that tells me the role box cannot be left blank. Thanks Dave

Sending and receiving emails in Zoho CRM
Hi, I am evaluating using ZOHO CRM. One feature I want is that I should be able to send the email from ZOHO CRM and if the person replies to that email, that also I should be able to see in ZOHO CRM as threaded conversation in the Leads view. Basically, I want all my communication with the client in one view. Is that or something similar possible. Thanks kabir
User not appearing in activities pulldown
I've created a new user and he has an activity assigned to him. When I sign in as an admin I see Jeff's Tasks in the activities pulldown, but when I sign in as Jeff I do not. I'm guessing it's a simple permissions issue. Thanks

Can a custom module be tied into Invoice Product Details?
We are looking for a work around related to adding new fields to work with Invoice product details. We need to be able to add new fields and do calculations. We were wondering if we upgrade to Enterprise Edition will we be able to create a custom module that will connect to CRM Invoice product details? What work around can we look at to enhance CRM Invoice product details once they are entered on an invoice? Invoicing, this is a show stopper for me... I have set products, but often need to customise them with basic comments, colour, type, name etc... Is there a way for me to customise the Product Details? I also like to switch off Stock Control as I am a services company, maybe what is needed is proper service industry module for Invoicing? Won't let me add new item to a Pick List
In attempting to add a new item to a Pick List I: Select Setup, then Fields under the Customization menu, then select my Potentials module, then select Edit on my Stage field. (I've done this many times before to successfully add a new value to my Pick List for the Stage field.) But now rather than take me to the screen where I can add a new value it takes me to the Stage-Probability Mapping screen. If I leave this screen by entering either Cancel or Save it takes me back to the List of Fields

Hi Is there a way to have the leads view such that I can see to whom I have sent an email instead of having to click into each individual every time For example when new leads come in I try to send them a specific template within 24 hours - so each day I have to try figure out who the last person i had sent this email to is and then tick the new leads and send them a mail. lead alerts
We have an automated rule that when a lead is created our salesperson gets an automatic email alerting them that a new lead has been created. We want to include some of the information associated with that new lead in the alerting email, but cant figure out how to do this. Right now the salesperson just gets an email saying" new lead in Zoho". We would like to at least have the name of the lead included in the alert. How can we do this?

Hi Our account manager at Zoho is inaccessible most of the time. One of my team members has been struggling to get information from him for the past 10 days or so. Basic Monthly Lead Reporting
Hello, I want to create what seems like a simple report: How many leads did we receive in X month? This is easy enough if the leads are not converted to potentials. Once a lead moves to a potential file, I lose the lead created date. I can easily pull a lead report by date and a potential report by date but the potentials could have been created by a lead we got yesterday or a lead that came in 2 years ago. How can I create a report that shows, for example, in "April 2015 we received X leads"
