Notes related to Potentials
Can we fetch all Notes related to Potentials module in a single call? For example - If we have 3 Potential Ids, then, by using getRelatedRecords method, we can fetch notes by calling the method 3 times. Can this be done in a single call?
CRM Invoice integration with Paypal, etc. to receive electronic payments?
Can you tell me how long it will be, or how high a priority it is to get the CRM Invoice application set to receive electronic payments via Paypal, etc.? I think this is a critical business priority. I know you have it available in the separate Zoho Business Invoice app. It works great. But, the integration with the CRM is mission critical for most of my small to mid-sized business clients, and particularly for a large project I am working on. Seperate Accounts or add a Member Account???
Hi, I'd appreciate some suggestions. We have a lot of companies with two departments ie. Northampton Building Control and Northampton Development Control, is it better to have separate accounts for them or add one as a member account to the other? We want to send mass emails, which will sometimes be to both departments but sometimes just one of the departments. Which way would be easier for us to be able to pick and choose who gets sent what?
What do you do with this CRM? I would like to know when to call back is that so difficult?
I schedule a call back ? then what? As I have no reminder Pop how am I supposed to know who to call, or what leads have not been called? Have you people ever tried to use this stupid software to do business with?
Sort leads by category ?
I've been trying to find the answer to this for an hour. I"m sure its something simple I'm looking over but I simply can't find it. I want to be able to assign my leads to a category (ie. IT COO's; Medical CEO's, etc etc) so I can easily see leads in these categories. I simply can't figure out how to do it. Can anyone help me out ?

How to duplicate data from account to prospect?
Hi, I'm trying to set up Zoho CRM solution in start up according to our sales process. I was wondering whether i can duplicate data from account to prospect by just changing a field/parameter on the account's page. Let me be clearer : I added a status field onto each account to qualify the sales status of each company we're dealing with. Auto Populated Value from One module to Another module on selection from look up.
I have to auto populate data from contact module to potential module. I have a section in contact module which have some custom fields. I have to populated that value to potential module when i select contact from the potential module. By using custom function, it is possible but it is populate on save module. I want value auto populate to fields when I select any contact from potentials look up fields.
How Do I Verify A Reply To Address when setting up an email template?
I created an email template to use with Leads in CRM. When I tested it by sending it to myself, I got an error message saying I needed to Verify the Reply To Address and no additional instructions were given. The Reply To I set up was my assistant using the same domain as myself which are both hosted by Zoho and have been for some time now.
User not seeing correct Leads layout
Hi all I've customised our Add New Lead layout. Recently I added an employee to Zoho, but they don't see the customised layout, they only see the original Add New Lead layout. However, if they go to Setup -> Customization -> Layouts, they can see the modified layout. We're new to using Zoho, so I'm now stuck. Do I need to assign the new view to them? Thanks
Cant find the Zoho Quote reports
Hi, I am on an older free version and don't seem to have access to quotes. By error, I moved a bunch of reports to "quote reports" section. Now I cant find them on my report page. Is there a way to access them? regards Krithika
Problem opening PDF template downloads!
Is there anyone who has this problem, when i download template as an pdf to my computer ut PDF is almost totally blank when opening it in adope or prewiev (mac). But the file is whole when opening it whit the space prewiev function from finder, or when opening it on another mac, or in the mail program! Anyone here who has the same kind of problem? Maybe its a yosemite OS problem?

Date-Time fields Not Updating Time
Hello, I have been having an issue for months with date-time fields. I need to update the times on a lot of them for events/meetings, but it only gives me 1:00 am or 1:00 pm as options in the drop down. I try typing directly into the field, but it will not let me. I edit the entire potential and try to fix it there, and it still won't work. How can this be fixed? Thanks, Hannah

Deleted user still in Zoho Mail Add-on Users
Hi, I've deleted an user, it's no longer in the users list but it's still in the Zoho Mail Add-on Users. Because of that, I still can see it in the ComboBox which display e-mails interractions with a client. How can I definitly remove this user from everywhere in the Zoho CRM please ?
change account owner also change open potentials
When I click change owner on accounts module, is says "All contacts, open potentials and open activities of the account will also be transferred to the new owner." but, the system change all, open and closed. I need help to fix this, maybe a set up problem because I also have problem on forecast module. Thanks,
Auto Response and Returned Mail go to wrong email address
Does anybody know why or how to stop returned mail and auto reply/responses from going to the @zoho email address when sent from any of the accounts I use? I use a different address as default for everything and this becomes annoying as things can get missed. Thanks David
How do I know if a mass email was sent?
I set up a mass scheduler to send a mass email. We almost always get 10-20 responses, but did not get any at all for this one, so I'm trying to see if the scheduler actually sent something or not. Is there a way to confirm that the scheduler did send? Some sort of "Sent folder"? thanks

Approved Changes Summary Report
We want to use ZOHO to manage our account ranking process and replace a legacy, home-grown PHP-based product. I was able to create the Approval Process for the rank change and that works. What I need is a report that summarizes the accounts and new ranks for the approved requests for additional downstream processing into our other legacy systems. I understand that I can see a history by account owner, but that doesn't appear to be downloadable. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance! John Galich
Glitches in mobile app
Is anyone else finding that the mobile app has a lot of little glitches with it. Today my "todays events" are all showing up 2 times. Yesterday had google maps showing the address 3 times
The inability to hide views is a major flaw
I previously posted a request to be able to hide views. There are two issues with not being able to hide views: 1) Usability - having the drop down list cluttered up with completely useless views is very annoying. 2) Security / User Groups - having ALL user groups being able to see ALL default views prevents setting up a secure system. If I set up 2 user groups ("Group 1" and "Group 2"). I want Group 1 users to be able to see only US customers - so i create a custom view the only shows US customers.

Converting Lead to Account and Creating Potential
when on the lead conversion screen and creating potential is it possible to change the fields that are displayed on the potential part as most of what i normally see is missing? Meaning i would have to go back to the potential if i created it from this screen and fill in the rest of it.
Data Migration Tool keeps spinning
I cannot seem to upload my csv of data using the data migration tool. I've double-checked the formatting of date/time fields. Once I click to upload, the progress bar just spins indefinitely and nothing happens. Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?

Tried with several potentials. Tried clicking the "Switch to Old Version" button. Does not allow me to save either way. When I use IE, saves just fine. Please let me know if there is something I may try on my side. Thanks.
QuickEdit for Potential status makes a mess of the potential price

Rolling window in reports
Reporting question: in reports, I want to show all open deal statuses for all time by closing date, with one exception. I'd like to set No Decision deals to only show up in the report with a closing date in the last 7 days. I've set this up in criteria, but I can't seem to get it to work. Any advice is welcomed!

How can I show sold product history for each Account?
For each of my Accounts in Zoho, I want to list the products that a customer has purchased from me. In this case it is a market research report subscription with start and end dates (2 year period). I will then use this information to follow up and sell them the next report when it is published. How can I add the list if subscribed products for each account? Using a form of potential? or Activity? Any suggestions?
