Hi, I have contacts in Zoho CRM written in Hebrew language, I always have unrecognized characters in the output csv file but English one are correct. How can I solve this problem?. Thank you.

Zoho with Google Apps
Good evening all. I'm using Google Business Apps and Zoho, and Outlook on my PC with obviously Google Sync for Outlook. When i create a new task on Zoho, this one is created in Google Task too and automatically i Outlook Activities. But i start creating a new to do in Outlook Activities, this one is created in Google Task too but not on Zoho task. Is it possibile to obtain that? Tanks to eveyone who will answer.
How do I send an automated email to the lead, after I have approved him?
My lead approval process is the following: 1. Lead sends his contact information via web integration 2. Automated rule "Pre" assigns him to one of my salespeople. 3. I review the pre-assignment and depending on my salespeople load, I reassign them leads and approve them. I need to be able to have an automated email sent to each lead (signed by it's owner), but only after I have approved the lead, otherwise, if the email is sent before reassignment, it will be signed by the wrong lead owner, and

I have made a mail merge document in zoho crm with zoho writer. How can I attached the merged output to the appropriate contact or company? Since all other communication is logged in zoho (email phone etc..) how do I log the mail communication?
Deleting row from quote clears all remaining rows.
When I am creating or editing a quote, if I click the x (Delete Row) not only is that row deleted but all values in the remaining rows are cleared.

Is there a way to associate internal email correspondence to an Lead/Account/Contact? In other words, if a Sales Manager and a Salesperson are discussing an account via email, can that email be linked to the account or contact?

After many attempts to edit the user settings so we only have one "Administrator", I've been forced to ask for help. I want to protect prospects/leads entered by one user so another user cannot access this information. I'm assuming the "standard" user setting will accomplish this, does anyone know if this is accurate and any hints on how to successfully edit a user's settings? Thanks
Dates on Potentials list
Hi, When looking at my Potentials report, I'd like to see: 1. When any aspect of a contact's record was last modified. It appears that modifying the event due date does not trigger the Last Modified field. 2. Current event due date. I use this to organize my follow-up, and would like to see for each contact on the Potentials list when my next follow-up is scheduled. Thanks for your guidance.

I have set up a new user for an external sales team in another company. We only want to share data on leads and projects but I don't know how to do this. I have tried setting up sharing rules but that does not see to work.
Need help fixing a hyperlink issue
I have created a signature that has 3 clickable hyperlinks in it for my clients to use when i cant be reached. 2 of the 3 hyperlinks work fine but the 3rd automatically adds a second period after www.. so it breaks the URL. I have tried everything i can think of but nothing fixes it. Can someone please help
Cannot open subsequent email attachments
Whenever I am sending an email from CRM which has more than one attachment, the receiver can only open one of the attachments. Any subsequent attachments show the following error when trying to open: This is only happening when sending emails from a contact or lead record within CRM. We also use Zoho Mail Add On, and when sending an email from the Email tab, the attachments can be opened correctly. Please can you advise?
Exporting Reports to PDF Margins Not working
Whenever a report is exported from Zoho to a PDF format, the margins are eliminated and much of the information bleeds off of the page. I cannot send these reports to customers as they are unprofessional and unreadable. Can someone from ZOHO please look into this? I'm new to Zoho, but am loving what I'm seeing. I just can't figure out which product I can use to fulfill my requirements... I need a simple contact/info management tool for various businesses. We have a standard questionnaire that we ask each business we're looking to buy from. Let's say there's a standard 10 questions we need to ask, in addition to basic contact info. This Template would be filled out by my employee as they make contact with the business, and ask the questions we need answered.

Generating PDF from Reports is broken
This is another call for ZOHO fix the PDF generation feature using Reports. The PDFs generated by the reports expand the information right to the edge leaving no margins and making them impossible to print. This feature used to work nicely, and it has been broken for about 4 months. I have already reported this issue in the past, to no avail. Zoho, please fix this important feature. Thanks.
Email templates and using Google to send it
Hi, I am having a hard time figuring this out. I have set up email templates and use them. The receiver gets the email, it says from me and my email address BUT is says sent via zohocrm. How do I get rid of it. I do not have the email add-in We use Google for our email with our domain. I did a set up in zoho mail and can send emails via Google there. I want to use template and have them come from me via Google. Please help. Right now, if I send an email in Zohocrm, I cannot tell if it bounced

Hello, Is it possible to configure Zoho CRM such that emails sent to my something@zoho.com mail address from the Email app are automatically associated with existing leads and contacts, or if none exists, a new lead is created? Mail merge fields not working
Can you please help ASAP?? You may need to do meetnow on this one.. Basically, I have inserted the contact field (as an address block), and when I preview or select “edit merge” only some fields convert. Getting a more efficient overview from Products and accounts view
Hi, When i move to a contacts view Zoho CRM us nicely displaying related products, potentials and open tasks on the right side of the screen using small square "cards". That is really nice and gives a good overview when navigating to a specific contact. When navigating to products nothing is shown. Suggestion: Also show open tasks, related contacts and accounts at the right side of the screen. For accounts you are showing related potentials and contacts. Relating products to accounts & products to contacts
Hi, From the Contacts view i can relate a product to that specific contact. Nice... But from the Products view i can not relate a contact to that specific product. I can add a new contact that will then be related to the product, but i can not relate an already existing contact. Not so nice, i then have to navigate to the contact which i want to relate to the product, and relate it from the contact view. That takes time. Form submissions not loading into CRM
I've used Zoho before and have setup the website form to CRM form before and it worked fine. So i needed to setup one on this new account as an easy way for me or someone else to submit new accounts into the system. However after submitting the form...nothing ever comes up in Zoho CRM. Is there a way to customize what you see in the Potentials Tab? I know you can set up custom views. Import mapping is no longer being saved
Over the last week I have been having a problem when importing my daily leads from an Excel spreadsheet. Every time I want to import the file I have to remap all of the fields. I have never had to do this in the past. Zoho tech support has been unable to give me an answer as to why this has started to happen. Is anyone else having this issue, or does anyone have any ideas? Changing Details
So in customization for example and under layout you have larger boxes that you can change the name of such as contact information, but how do I change what the smaller boxes inside are called or create new smaller boxes that i can write different text or number in? We can change what boxes appear and don't appear but I can't seem to find out how to rename those boxes to suit my business
