Formula field within formula field
Hi, can you give me some advice on how to use a formula field within a new formula field? Zoho CRM doesn't seem to allow this. Is there any workaround?
Not able to add designation field
I want to add "Designation" field to zoho leads , but not able to add. It throws up error that the field with label already exists, but then i cant see any field with that label in existing fields

Converting Lead to Potential without creating Client
I am trying to convert Leads into Potential after they have received a proposal from our company. When i click convert it automatically converts the lead into a Client with a Potential "tag" so to speak. Can't i just convert the lead into potential and then if they accept the proposal, then convert the potential into a client?
Sync Campaign in Zoho Campaigns to Zoho CRM
I have my CRM set up and I've synched my Leads to Zoho Campaigns. I ran a test campaign for just a few records. I then did a one-time sync to see if the campaign would show up in the Lead record in the CRM. It did not. I need the campaigns I run in Zoho Campaigns to show up as completed for the synched records in Zoho CRM. I read a post that said this process does occur. Am I missing something?
Prospects and contacts
I am very new to this so bear with me please. I want to assign a new job (prospect) to one of my contacts. When I do it asks me to enter all of their details again, such as address, phone numbers etc. which seems counter productive. How do I get it to auto populate these fields from my contact information. Thanks

Removing unwanted Modules

Potential has open activity custom field?
I'd like to create a field (boolean) for the Potentials module based on whether or not the potential has an open activity. Is this possible? I've played with it a bit and didn't find a way. It is my belief that every open potential should have an action item associated with it. I'd like to sort my potentials listing based on whether or not they have an open activity. We need to make sure we follow up on all of them.
Closing date
Dear all, If I or one of my colleagues change a closing date the page does not stop loading, means the yellow sign on top of the page never disappears. The new closing date is saved but it gives a kind of impression that something is wrong. Has anybody the same problem? THX N.

Email templates not appearing in dropdown list
I have a number of email templates which I use on an on-going basis. Since yesterday when I attempt to select an email template from the dropdown list I can only get 'None, - the system is not allowing me access to my templates as it had been doing. This has happened occasionally before but it would correct itself after a few attempts. I haven’t made any changes to my settings (as far as I know!). Can anyone advise?
Really need help Deleting Leads
Guys, please can you help. I have 26K leads and I need to delete them. I know about Mass Delete this appears only to allow me to delete 100 records at a time - unless I am missing something which allows me to select all 26000? Please help. Colin
How does network contact fit in Zoho CRM?
Hello, I was wondering if there any functions that allows to create seprate category for networking related contacts such as government agencies, chambers of commerce etc... These are not really accounts as such but need to be followed upon and can generate leads and accounts....how does this fit in the CRM? Mobile Web login problem
I am still in the testing phase with Zoho CRM, and am having trouble with one of our user accounts logging into the mobile web site. Using the correct username and password it keeps saying that the the username and password do not match. I can login to the normal website with that account with no problems. Any ideas?

Hi, I'm using the Zoho CRM pro trial version and I would like to actualise one of my database from a .xls modified. How do you create an event from the potential page I am able to create an event using a quick action from the lead page but as soon as I convert the lead the option of creating an event goes missing.

Sent emails not showing up in email hub
Hi there. When I send an email from a contact record, the sent email shows up on their record but it doesn't show up in the sent folder on my email hub. Is there a reason for this? Also, when sending an email from my hub, no signature appears, yet when I send a mail using the mail button on a contacts record, it does show up. Could someone help? Thanks
Activities layout trouble
I am trying to view in my activities names associated to my tasks related to leads. I have made custom view that includes the contact name category, however it just shows up blank. In each lead there is a name... How come it doesn't show up under the activities/task? extracting certain data from zoho crm to supply to a third party
hi we are photographers and the laboratory needs a regular form containing data we have in our crm. they give us a form to fill out, but it means manually re-writing stuff thats already in the crm. it seems ridiculous. what I want to do is to create a form at the press of a button which then extracts data from all the fields we have filled in. some of the fields are in different modules- mainly the Contacts module and the Events module for example they need name of our client address (from the contacts

Problem with new users registration
We have the "Professional" Version and i added users to the platform, they received the e mail with the link to register but then they have a screen that says they are not allowed to connect to the platform .... We're creating reports based on the INVOICES & PRODUCTS tab to record sales entered in the system, but we're running into a small problem. For many of our invoices we have added additional products to the SALES ORDER, as customers are often buying our hardware and accessories to match; however, when adding the field PRODUCT NAME (and QTY) into the report we are unable to add an additional PRODUCT NAME field/column for invoices with multiple products listed. Deleting Items from Recycle Bin
Team, I am the administrator, when I go to my recycle bin and click on empty recycle bin it just says loading and after a couple of hours displays a blank screen and when I check back nothing is deleted. The delete function works but the problem is it can delete only 100 records at a time and I have over 1 Lakh items in my recycle bin. Hi, I want to have a form come in thru Wufoo into the leads module which I know can be easily done. I am looking to see if after the lead is received in the system if Zoho can I call it (Leads delivered using ordered delivery to the next 3 accounts in a group.) 1. Take lead and send email to 3 different email addresses (Accounts) in a group 2. the next lead that comes into the system sends the lead information to the NEXT 3 Accounts of said group 3. the lead after that goes to the next 3 Accounts

Is it possible to create a view that includes both Leads AND Contacts? To put it in to context, I have a list of emails (some are in our Zoho as leads and others as contacts) and I want to put everyone from the email list in one group (so I can send group emails etc). Reminders for Recurring Activities
Hello, I'm trying to setup an Activity Task for an annual support contract renewal. I'd like this to be a recurring yearly event but I also would like to be reminded one month in advance of the contract renewal date each year. This one month reminder will let me reach out to the customer 1 month before there contract expires. My problem is Task Activity will not let me choose both a recurring activity and a reminder for the same Task. Am I missing something? or is this not "doable" in the
