Tasks - Not showing up inside potential
When I create a new Task inside of a Potential and save it, it doesn't show up in the Open Activitie section inside the Potential? It shows up in my Activities area and on my Home page under Open Tasks, just not inside the Potential itself... Can someone help me with this?

is there a way to search either contacts or leads by the date the lead or contact was created? any help greatly appreciated. thanks
I can not add users/roles
When I go to add users it will not let me enter any text into the 'roles' box and then will not let me add users. When I go to then add a role there is no where to do this in Users/Permissions

Hello, i need help with exporting data,i have more than 4000 records on my leads tab, everytime i export it only exports from 0001 to 3000 andi want to export from 1001 to 4000 as an example, how do i do this? please help i have the enterprise edition.
Mass Email Scheduler does not know where you left off
first off, 250 emails per day is insufficient. Second, how can you schedule mass emails with this limit? Only the first 250 people will receive the emails each time. ZoHo has a problem that needs to be fixed. What is the easiest way to use this function so that 1-250, 251-500, 501-750 etc get the messages? Or can this limit be removed for paying customers???
can security in professional edition do this?
We have a field on all our accounts called Account Type. The type of account equals our different lines of business, let's call them ServiceA, ServiceB, ServiceC. I have a new rep who only supports ServiceB, is there a way that I can restrict them so they only see accounts where Account Type = ServiceB? I am using Professional Edition, can I do this? thanks
Scrolling Through Accounts
When we sort our accounts and then go to a particular letter, such as "C", when we click the arrow at the top to scroll to the next record, it takes us back to the A's. But, it doesn't take us back to the first record in the A's. It's random. Are we doing something wrong or what is the point of the scroll forward and backward buttons? We need an easy way to go through each account without have to search for the account name or go back to the complete list of accounts. Thanks, Roxanne
Why can't I assign an existing potential to a campaign?
There are some leads that have already been converted to potential and now need to be assigned to potential for creating marketing based reports. Why can I assign leads and contacts to a campaign but not a potential??
Import Lookup Fields
I have several lookup fields in my products (vendor, manufacturer, etc). I am unable to import records containing data for these columns regardless if there is a match or not with existing vendors or manufacturers. Is there some way to specify these columns in the import records so that I do not have to manually edit each imported record after importing without these columns specified? I have found no detail documentation of import that discusses this issue.
Question about pricing and users
Hello, Just looking to clarify: I was on ZOHO several years ago and it used to be that with a paid professional plan, the first three users were 'free' and the fourth and up were $12/mo ea. Or for a 20 person organization, it would cost (20-3)*$12/mo. Has that policy changed or is this still the arrangement? Thank you!
How can we add multiple contacts for a single Lead
We need to be able to have multiple contacts for a single Lead. We could try and create custom fields, but we really just want to be able to have contacts tied to a lead. Is this possible? Thanks, Dave

Created a Mobile Lead - All information does not show on web login
I created some leads through my iphone app the other day, and the lead is showing up in the CRM. However, the phone number is not coming up, the field is just blank. Is there something that needs to be done, or something I am possibly doing wrong in regards to syncing. Thanks -Terry

Ok , so I'm two weeks into this and am figuring out that there are multiple sites and functions that you'd think are linked or compatible but aren't. For instance, zoho.com/calendar.com is not linked or sync'd with zoho CRM, right? Is this a separate service?

Access for multiple users
Hello, we have two users on our account but can only access it through one email address. Is each user supposed to be able to access the account separately? My office manager did not get an invitation email when I added her as a user. There is no "re-invite" button on the Users screen. We have the Professional edition. Thanks for your help.
Call Logging...Best Practices???
Anyone out there do any call logging? If so how do you do it? Currently there is not a very efficient way to log a call. If you make it an activity, you have to schedule it like its a future event and then it will download into Outlook, making the Outlook sync even slower, but if you make it a note, you can't tie it to a product. How are you sales people out there logging calls?

In the activity I know where and how to set or change the remember date and time. Email Thread in Vendor, Account?
Is there a way to allow company emails thread (like contacts) to show up in the Organize Vendor (or accounts) details? I have several instances where there are emails that are more suited for a vendor itself, not a contact. I would like to maintain a thread of these emails in the vendor register, but cant seem to find a way. I use this feature in all contacts and it is awesome. Account and Vendor lists should have the same feature as it is possible to link a company email to a vendor.

Zoho CRM vs iPad calendar
I am trying to get my events to move over auto to my default iPad calendar. It tells me to go to settings and fix but when I do, it shows that Zoho isn't even listed as asking for access to my calendar. I am assuming its a simple fix, but I don't know it. Thanks in advance. Dominick

Navigation in the GUI - easier editing of fields

When using Gmail can't launch Zoho
When you are in Gmail, you can click on the "More" button and launch Zoho. I used to be able to do this but now I get a message: you do not have access. Contact your administrator. I am the administrator but I can't figure out how to fix this. Now the only way I can login to Zoho is by navigating to the www.crm.zoho.com website.
Zoho CRM Email and Zoho Email
I am confused. I have just added ZOHO Email to my Zoho CRM. All looks good and there is an Email tab where I can send emails from. However the email icon that is shown on the top bar on the right of the contacts page shows no email messages (after selecting all) while there are a few in the email tab. Field Amount of an Oportunity does not hide completelly
Hi all, I want that fields relative to $$$ from oportunities (Amount and Estimated Incoming) become not visible to my employees. So I went to PERMISIONS, profile--> Employees, module--> Oportunities and make those fields hidden. All seems to be OK since I go (logged as employee) to an oportunity and I don't see those fields. Retaining the 0 while exporting telephone numbers into Excel
Hi - I'm trying to find a way of retaining the first 0 of phone numbers when exporting a contacts list from Zoho CRM into Excel. Excel automatically strips the 0 from them because it's at the start of the number, although it is possible to use Format Cells > Custom > 00000000000 in Excel to make UK mobile numbers and landlines appear properly and ready for importing back into Zoho. However, this doesn't work for overseas numbers longer or shorter than 11 numbers. Can anyone suggest a catch-all
Mapping of fields giving trouble
Hi guys I'm busy setting up my Zoho, having a lot of fun and excitement about implementing it. Now, it seems not all fields, especially custom fields generated by me, are available to be mapped which doesn't seem to make sense. I also don't know how Zoho decides to plug what field into the drop down menues available to be mapped under each category. Is there a way to work on this? I couldn't figure out how to move forward from here so my mapping right now doesn't make 100% sense, or is incomplete.

Printing from tab-view without opening the record
