How to limit Potential Owners to a sub-group of CRM users?
I have a list of Zoho CRM users but I only want to have a few people as options in the "Potential Owners" drop down list. Can you tell me how to set up the system this way?

I am trying to input alerts into my contact list. For example, when I go to My Contacts list I want to be informed of all phone calls I need to make that day. I want it to pop up directly on that list and I want to be able to organize the list so that it shows me the list of contacts I need to call that day. Thank you!

Vendors Tab Missing in CRM
Hi, I had an upgraded account, I configured the system, renamed the "VENDORS" tab to "OTHER ORGANISATIONS". My upgraded account expired and I renewed it again but now it seems the "VENDORS"/"OTHER ORGANISATIONS" tab is missing. I can see and edit the fields in the tab but it not available for me to add to the tabs list. It has been added before, it seems there is a link missing now. What can I do? Help Customizing record Information
I want to customize which data are listed in the Completed Activities section of individual Records. Here is a screen shot of how it looks now: I want to show the RESULT of the activity. I don't care about the start Date or End Date or the modified time. Is there a way to individually control which columns are displayed in the Detail Sections of records?
BUG Url field type cutting off my urls

BUG REPORT email template displays Decimal Field as Currency

BUG Report: whole number Field prints as CURRENCY
We have a custom field called AGE, defined as a whole number with 0 decimals (which is kind of dumb that Zoho asks us to define, since whole numbers don't have decimals anyway). When we have a print out of an Account with the related details, the list of Contacts prints the AGE field in this format: $16,00 (WRONG, it is a whole number not currency) when it should be 16 (Right) This is obviously completely wrong and it affects us in a number of ways, plus it makes us look stupid during meetings

hi, I'd like to have bigger tabs in my home menu. I mean, not by selecting 2 columns, but by "stretching" the tab in order to view more tasks (for example, or more leads in the leads tabs ...) without having to click on the "next" button. is it currently possible ? thanks a lot
i am trying to import leads into my crm and none of them are being imported
i have lists that i am trying to import into the crm and when i upload them i map all the appropriate fields then when i import they are not being imported and it is giving me this error: (Reason: Due to empty values for any of the mandatory fields) . I have checked the fileds and all of the values are there. Can someone help me with this?

Hi there, CRM is normally lightening fast. But today is it much slower, often taking 3-5 seconds with each page transition. I just thought you should know in case you made a change. I'd love it if it was back to being lightening fast. Thks, Rachel
Import Leads - Bug in Internet Explorer
It appears there is a bug in Internet Explorer (tested on IE8). When selecting Import Leads / Import Organization Leads, once the file is chosen and "next" is selected, it automatically switches to "Import My Leads" on the next page, and the user cannot select a column in the spreadsheet to specify who the lead owner should be. This does not happen in Chrome or Firefox, only IE (but is of little comfort to someone who is forced to use IE at work). Thanks
Activities View Next Record/Previous Record Problem
When using the Next Record/Previous Record function, the next/prev record frequently changes and it skips records in the Activities list. Example, I want to call based on Due Date, I select the first record for that date to open it, when done I press the Next Record button and it skips records completely. When I select Previous, it skips to some other random record with the same Due Date. This makes it impossible to canvass the Activities List when this occurs.

I have a few usability requests that would make our Zoho experience much improved. I'm sure others could use the same things as well. 1. Allow tighter views & spacing of Contacts & Companies. I hate all the scrolling I have to do through information. - no double/triple spacing between items and fields. - enable 3 & 4 columns in contact views rather than just 1 and 2 2. Default Setting of email filter on the Leads data entry form
Hi, On the leads form there is a drop down that filters what emails are shown (in the email list at bottom). It defaults to <user name> emails. I always have to change it to "Sent Emails from CRM". Is there a way to make this the default choice? Thanks, Dennis
Another bug with the new interface: mass update checkbox
It seems that when you use the new Zoho CRM interface and want to mass update a custom checkbox field in the Contacts module the page says 'Loading...' and stays on that forever. I've tried several times and other users in our Zoho system have the same problem. If we switch to the old interface it works fine.

I'm reporting something here i don't understand. When i search for a customer name (linnebank) in Zoho CRM i get 1 search result. When i open this customer i don't see any match for the word 'linnebank', not even a partial match. And i checked with CTRL+F. Why is this a search result, how can this be explained?
