OK, this is sort of hard to explain, so please bare with me, I want to be able to do real timer reporting from my Zoho crm, But i want it to be in a iframe, or something like that, sort of like the forms are, but in reverse, i want to send the data to my website and be able to allow our agents to see the status of there orders, but i do not want to give them access to the crm. The marketing materials tout social integration, specifically with LinkedIn and the Wiki clearly outlines (https://zohocrm.wiki.zoho.com/Other-Apps.html) how to enable it - however I signed up and it does not appear the feature exists. Is this vaporware? I looked under Other Apps when logged into CRM and all of the other features are there (e.g Plugin for Outlook) but LinkedIn isn't there.
PDF Contract Creation Automation
I am looking for a solution to a problem and wondering if anyone can help or point me in the right direction. right now when we send a contract to a client we open up the document in word and manually populate the fields with the data that is in the customers file. When then print it to a pdf and email it to the customer. New Version "bug" - don't make the entire line of the results view clickable
We've been using the the old version because the new version tries to be "smart". In the new version's general results view, the Entire Line is clickable. WHY? This prevents us from copy/pasting info from that view into email or other programs. Instead, when we try to copy the text, it "clicks through" to the detail view of the page. Merge Leads directly from Lead Approval Screen

Using email in the CRM
I click the link to email a contact out of the CRM and that works fine but then I get a confirmation screen telling me what I just did. Now how do I get back to the CRM or email or any other part of Zoho that I may wish to use? So far I have to logout then log back in........not a good use of time of brain space. Thank-you. Brad

Product lookup window customization
Hello, our salespersons hate "products lookup" window when they search for the product they wish to input into quotes/sales order/invoices. I attach a screenshot. Is it possible to customize it and show only product names and prices. Or even better: to eliminate following columns: SMOWNERID_FIRSTNAME SMOWNERID_LASTNAME SMOWNERID_ID and to make relative width in description column so if some descriptions ate larger, the column could expand and not wrap a text. Combine Industry field in Leads and Accounts
Currently the Industry fields in Leads and Accounts are independent. So whenever I create a new industry entry in Leads I need to create a similar one in Accounts as well. Is there a way where I can create one entry and have it updated in both places?

Bug: New interface import contacts 'previous' button is broken
When you import new contacts via the new interface and after you have mapped the proper fields and get in the screen where it tells you which fields and columns you didn't map and press the Previous button it shows me a white screen and i have to do the import process all over again. This doesn't happen with the old interface. PS: I think the new interface sucks. I also reported this when i was asked to give feedback on it but never got a response. Can someone please suggest a method of getting better customer support from Zoho? This is the least responsive group I've even dealt with. I exported my data from my former CRM two weeks ago and still have nothing in my Zoho database. I've gone two weeks without a CRM (I'm not going to add new data to my former CRM). See who have bought a product
Is there anyway I can arrange so that related list for a product shows me on what sales order this specific product is registered on. For instance, if I go in and see a product, in the list below (related list) I would like to see the sales order where this products is. Can I change the view in Accounts?
We assign Leads to accounts as they come in. The assigned leads are listed in the account when I open it. My question is if we can change what we see in this list? Ideally I would like to replace Closing Date with a custom field (the date we assigned the lead to the account). If that cannot be done, we can use this Closing Date field as our assigned date, but worry what happens when the date is past? We are using the free version. Thank you, Kathy
Web to lead form not capturing data
We have a web-to-lead form that is not capturing data in the CRM. We have verified that the "manual approval" box is unchecked. We have created a test html page with absolutely nothing on the page except for the web-to-lead form. We can fill out the form, submit it, and get redirected back to the right page, but the new data does not make it into our CRM. Please help.

Hi, I've created a campaign and assigned about 30 Leads to it. However, when I open the campaign screen and look at the list of Leads it's only displaying five. Our admin left and I have been gifted the admin function with a new sales rep added to our system. When I look at my screen my Prospect shows Business card info Prospects Information Address Information Description When my new sales person looks at his Prospect screen it only shows Business card info all contact source, status etc is missing. Hiding and auto-setting a drop-down field in Web-To-Lead form
I'm creating a Web-To-Lead form for my website. For leads that come through this form, I'd like their lead source to automatically set to Website. The form is a drop-down form, and Website is one of the selections. I do not want website viewers to see this field. Do I need to put it on the form but hide it? Or is there another way I can do this?

Hi My users has lost some relations between their contacts an account. I know this has been discussed in another thread, and i know it seems to be related with the Zoho <-> Google sync. Replace Multiselect fields
Is there a way to "replace" / "rename" a Multiselect Field, so existing records will reflect this update? eg. we created a Field once called "Festival Tickets", but now want to just use "Festivals". How can we ensure all records who had "Festival Tickets" in the past will now be updated to "Festivals" for this field? There are hundreds of them so a manual update wouldn't really work.
Field Dependencies Not Working
I've created a field dependency for my CRM account: If ACCOUNT TYPE = Client, then ACCOUNT STATUS = Active or Inactive If ACCOUNT TYPE = Prospect, then ACCOUNT STATUS = Null But when I convert Leads to Contacts and create an Account for the Contact, it automatically sets ACCOUNT TYPE as Prospect and ACCOUNT STATUS as Active. This is against the dependencies I've set up. How do I keep this from happening?
