New version?
I like the "new version" template for Zoho CRM but one change I don't like is the fact that the Calander module dissapears from the side bar. I know it has been added as a button on the top menu, but you have to click on it to display it. Can the module be added back to the new version? Also where can I set the paramaters for the time that is displayed? It currently display 24 hours from 12am and I only need form 8,00 am to 8pm. Also can I still set categories for items like in Outlook?
blank columns when exporting a report to excel
I have some standard reports which I run every month and export to Excel. I then have various automated manipulations of the Excel spreadsheet set up to get the report and data structured in the way I need it, for submission to a third party. Question about Forecasting
I am a new user trying to do a forecast. I opened the form for 2011, Q4. On the quota amount for each month, I entered $960,000.00 (our quota is in annual volume). The error message I got was "Please enter a valid quota". I have tried it with and without dollar sign, comma and decimal point. Nothing works. What does it want me to do?
Product list in quotes
I have categorized all our product into categories to simplify locating specific items. In the quotes form however I don't see where I can add this ability. We have hundreds of products. Memorizing product numbers is inefficient. How can we work withing the forms to drill down?
Button to "Forward" mails from "Email" section of contact/potential...
From Email Section in CRM, we can reply/reply to all. But, there is no button to "forward" the previously sent mail. it's very much intercessory (especially when there is an attachment in the mail) and can save lot of time.
Email problem

Change in Address and copy the same to contacts
In "Copy Address" option for contacts, there should be an option to copy the same from "Accounts". It can be useful in following scenarios. - Address of company (Account) is changed. - Previously address entered was wrong/incomplete and contacts were entered with wrong/incomplete details.

Question about tracking response rates for webinar with a partner
I am doing a webinar with a partner. they have the sign in page for registration. how should i track the response rates... create an intermediate landing page and ask them to click to register or just import the reg list later and somehow tag the records in the campaign as reg, attended or no show. any thoughts? i am a new zoho user and this was very easy to do in SFDC at my old job (better have been at the price they charged :-) bruce
Calendar default view
I would like to be able to have my calendar set up such that only my events show as the initial view. Currently, "all" is preselected, so I end up seeing every member's events, rather then just mine. I can't seem to find a setting to default to just my events. Is it possible to do this?

When I send an email, it is not tracked in the contacts page. On my co workers accounts, this feature seems to work, so I suspect I am not doing something right, and/or need to modify a setting. Date substraction on custom report
I need to substract dates on custom reports. Specifically, I want to be able to calculate how long a negotiation lasted by substracting the creation date of a potential from the closing date of that potential. How can I do it? Formula custom field doesn't seem to work, it think because creation time is time-date type of field, and due date a date field (type mismatch) but I am not so sure. Transfer account because of modification troubles
Hi I have a role which has the right to modify accounts. Users belonging to this role can modify organization accounts (created via import) but not hand created account (assigned to the creator ?). I have not found a way to say that an account is an organization acount, so the only way for me to allow my 'power users' to access modification is to give them admin role... which is bad :( Help
Why can't I export the results of a search?
Zoho CRM's export function seems to be limited to exporting the contents of a module. Can this really be true? Why not allow Zoho CRM's users to export the results of a search?!? If a database is large, exporting an entire module will be a lengthy process, due to Zoho CRM's restrictions on export size. I am amazed that a search results export function isn't included. I would be most surprised if any other database or CRM exists which doesn't allow this. This is so obvious. If I want to email

Will I be able to test the 2 way sync feature under the trial period for Enterprise Edition? I'm currently evaluating the features of Zoho CRM and the 2 way sync is an important functionality that I need. I don't see the sync option under the contact tab. Is it not available to me on the trial?

Unable to accept Invite
Hello, I have a new employee that is replacing someone at our company. We use Google Apps for email and I renamed the user who is leaving to the new person's name. The new person's login is their own name however when I send an invite to the new user to join Zoho CRM and they click on the link, it says "the old user names" does not exist. Everything on the user side of Google apps reflects the new username however, for whatever reason, Zoho is still recognizing the old username and won't allow them

Linking Lookup Field between 2 modules
I am looking for some advice on linking Lookup fields together. Here is my scenario: while creating a lead i want to have a Lookup Field labeled "Referred By". This field would be used to lookup and attach to the lead, a contact that referred them to my business. When the Lead is converted, I would like the "Referred By" information to follow over to the potential & contact modules. How do I do this? I am trying to map my Lead fields to my account and contact fields. How do I access all of the account fields that are available in the drop down menu? Many times the drop down just says none?
Display of Potential in Accounts
We have faced following issue multiple times. When we make Common Search, we find the result of search-word potential in "Accounts" also. So, we understand that there is a duplicate entry of that account. Now when we delete the perceived duplicate account, it deletes potential also. Kindly advise/mark correction on the problem. Is it possible to retrieve the deleted record?

Customize/Change Browser Tab Titles
Hi there! I am just setting up our CRM for our company to use as our main database, so if there is already a means of achieving this please let me know. While setting up stuff I noticed that you can open campaigns, contacts, setup, accounts, etc. in multiple tabs in my browser at once. This is fantastic! New UI Feature Needed
I have been using ZCRM for close to three years now. And since he beginning I have been asking for a feature that will make it much easier to view data in VIEWS. You need to allow users to select the column width in views. Currently the column width is determined by the field name. The example attached demonstrates how silly this is. I have been waiting patiently for this for over two years. Now that you are finalizing the new UI I see this as the perfect opportunity to implement this functionality.

Same view for all events, tasks etc
Is it possible to create a view that will be used for all of the task and event views? It seems like I have to edit each view for each way that I want to look at a list: all tasks, my tasks, all events, open events, past due tasks, etc. I want to have the same view for everything. Thanks!

we have reported 2 cases lately and both are left unsolved and only partly solved. its like focus has changed from solving customer issues to closing open cases. All Day Events in CRM
Is it possible to create an 'all day event' in Zoho CRM? The idea being if something is taking up an entire day I would rather have a check box to confirm this rather than have to set time and date. Similar to the way Outlook handles an event.
