Email Templates Aren't Accessible
I can create email templates just fine. But when I bring up the 'Send Mail' window, the drop down field for the templates won't allow me to access them. I think this was working before, what happened?
Using a Customer’s Existing Email Address for Lead Generation
Since ZOHO CRM already syncs with a my existing email then maybe it’s possible that ZOHO could generate leads from it, too. Email Campaigns are critical for my business. when I explore contact by default I see only my emails associated with this contact. To see others emails I should choose other users in right drop down menu. How can I see all emails associated with this acount without choosing other users?

Would it be possible to add the email field to the Account View?
Our company is using the "accounts" section of CRM to record all of our current Client information. I love that you can view a contact or even a lead and see open activities, notes, etc but the best feature by far is the email field where you can view emails that you have sent or received from them. My idea would simply be to add this functionality to the "accounts" section so that I can see/view emails I have sent/received with my Clients. Could you do that for us? Have a good day
Associate an email message with a contact who has not sent or received it.
I'm using Zoho CRM with the Mail Add-on. I have an email message that I would like to associate with a contact who has not sent or received it, so that when I view that contact's record, I will see this message. How can I do this? As shown in the attachment, I see there's an "Add To" menu, but when I choose CRM Contacts I can only create a new contact, I can't add it to an existing contact. Thanks!
Can I Add 'Company Rating' in a 'Task'?

I got rid of accounts as suggested but then you cannot invoice etc as you have no address data. I reinstated accounts only to find that we have to double enter address info. You cannot carry contact address to account address. It has been quite frustrating. Plus and heres the thing on the iphone app you cannot even convert a lead to potential etc? I think that b2c really need to be thought about differently in the whole setup

Basic Question: Having the same field in 2 different sections..
I'm doing the page design of my Lead page. I have 3 different sections. I have a lead status field with a drop down menu. I want to have the lead status feild Drop down in the top section and in the bottom section. So, if your working on updating either sections you don't have to scroll up or down to find the lead status feild it woud be in both sections. Whereas you can update the Lead status using either field. in either the top section or the bottom section. THanks
Newbie Question about how to ente a Field in CRM
I'm new to zoho and have a few questions. 1. When a new lead comes in many times we call them back and get their machine. I want to have a record of each date and time we leave a message. I have created several fields called LM1, LM2, LM3 ect they stand for left Message. I made the fields date fieds but it's a lot of work to click the calendar and then click the current date. campaign lookup field not working on potential page

can't input beyond 2 decimal places into currency field
even when i configure a field to accept 3+ decimal places, both manual entry and importing seem to limit me to 2 e.g. I cannot find a way to input $1.259 into a currency field; it is always truncated to $1.23 have tried a bunch of approaches and dont think im doing anything wrong. any help would definitely be appreciated

Hi With our business when a lead is received it is sent to a subcontractor who is not a user of the system and is not our sales person. I would like to see who is looking after the lead. Once the subcontractor has visited the prospect and presented our company to the prospect and they sign an agreement to do business with us we will then convert the lead to an account. Obviously we dont want to set all the 100 or so subcontractors up as sales people as they would never log in to the system. Maybe

How do you link messages sent from the Email tab to the Contacts detail window?

I was wondering if there is a reminder function that would enable me to track when a first initial contact is made and set up reminders other than using tasks to automatically tell me when the same lead needed to be contacted in subsequent months? Problem accessing customised fields in new/existing records
Hi, I recently tried the free 15 day trial for the Professional Version and converted to the paid version on Friday. During the trial period I set up many new fields and re-organised the page lay out within the various Modules which I would like to retain and continue using. Search Engine Inadequate
The search function/engine on the main CRM page needs to be much more intuitive. My old TeleMagic database had a search function that if you typed anything close to what you were looking for it would create a list to choose from INSTANTLY. A Zoho example; typing in Denis deBoule yields nothing on Zoho, typing in Denis deBoulle or even deBoulle will bring up the correct Account/Contact. That's a pretty bad search engine! Induna p.s.
