Can Zoho CRM integrate with Zoho Invoice in more ways?
I am currently use both Zoho's CRM n Invoice .. I really wish I can just use 1 since: 1) CRM can incorporate my inventory 2) CRM already that have invoice feature But currently I m not doing so yet becos: 1) Invoice allows me to customise my Invoice number 2) Invoice gives me much more flexibility in customising the description in the final invoice Really since Invoice and CRM are both very well developed products .. why not just integrating both? Maybe the integrated version for the paid version

Integration with Writer
Hi Any update on this. Just had to watch a colleauge duplicate a load of effort in Act! so that he could produce a letter to be sent to a number of leads. Could have done it as an e-mail in Zoho, but not a letter. I know it has been asked for bfore and it really is needed. Please advise when this is planned. Steve
Where do I find translations?
Is there a table where you can see the translation made by the system? We have users that use English and Spanish versions of the system and have trouble figuring out the names the system use for each field. Thanks in advance
Sales order view filtering problems
I have set up a custom view for our sales orders. I've have set up a few criteria for this The first set is: When I run this view, it returns 12 records For my second set of criteria I changed the number for the Aerosharp entry. This then returned 13 records. When I remove the number alltogether from the entry I would expect at least 25records to be returned, as it should include all the items from the first two sets of criteria. I have published a form on my test server ( http://www.monkeydogarts.com/aegis/contact.html ) and it is not publishing the lead to Zoho. BUT!!! when I test the page from Dreamweaver (local on my computer) it works and publishes the lead to Zoho and sends the response email. Spanish Translation is so wrong and have a lot of bugs

Having problems with Send Mail function after I converted to to Chrome Browser
I recently converted to Chrome from IE 8. Everything was working fine in ZohoCRM with IE 8, but wanted some of the benefits of Chrome in some of my other applications. When I open Send Mail and am composing an email I cannot Copy from within the email, nor can I Paste into the email. Those functions just don't seem to even be available. Spam with Web To Lead
We are having trouble with a couple of sites receiving form spam. The confusing part is that one of the sites doesn't even display a description field and yet we are getting hyperlinks coming through the form under a description field which isn't contained in the form proper. Even checked the html 3 times to make sure it wasn't in the HTML for the form. We suspect that somehow these morons are circumventing the form and somehow submitting through zoho. Can not add this user (see attachments) CRM asks her to join and send the email to the admin. When the admin (me) clicks on the link the CRM says the user in already added to your account. Catch 22? I have tried to make it work with Akeela going through google apps and directly into zoho crm. Same result. Thanks Mike P.S. Cannot link an Event to a Prospect

Default Sorting of Reports
When creating a report there should be a way to specify how you would like it sorted. Currently I can not tell what criteria is being used to sort my reports, but whatever it is doesn't make a lot of sense. We run a report weekly of our Prospects (Potentials) that we like to sort by Priority, and then by stage. Currently I have this report scheduled to run Sunday night and sent to a number of people to discuss for our Monday morning meeting. The report seems to be always sorted in a random order.

I'm having trouble adding the unsubscribe form. I generated the HTML with our company website and saved it. First, is there a special place to save this file? I added the words "Click to unsubscribe" in footer and selected the View HTML source box. I'm pretty sure I'm missing something. I'm not that computer savy as well.
Link Opportunities and Invoces tables in ZOHO CRM
One major problem in ZOHO CRM is the lack of link between Opportunities and Invoces. Imagine you need to add informations from the opportunities tables into an invoce....Then you can not do it unless you add again this (these) field(s) in the invoces table and have then double entry.... The most bizarre is that Opportunities and Quotes tables are linked (you can add a field from opportunities into quote) and you have the ability to transform a quote into invoice but then you loose some informations.
Import data from e-mail
I could really use some help with getting zoho to pick up data from and e-mail and convert it to a lead. Using the form to capture data is not an option, as I receive leads by e-mail from a marketing firm. This is the template for the e-mails i receive. How Do I Alphabetize Leads, Last Name First?
I just imported over 1,000 leads of people who have already purchased at least one of our services. Now I want to follow up and obtain referrals. Creating New View in Activities
I need a view that shows the person's name for an Event whether they are a Contact or a Lead. Currently I can only show the Contact Name. The Lead Name is not a choice. It would be great if one column could show either one. ie.. column name would be Contact/Lead Name.

Hi I'm trying to import a product database in Zoho. This database consists of individual accounts and other financial products which are uniquely associated with clients. We have the need to have more than one account owner for accounts, contacts and leads. Is this a possibility? If so, how do you add an additional owner to the account? Colors for Priority in Task and Events
When you sort by Priority, the dates don't sort properly (or in order), and when you sort by Date, the priority does not stay in order.
