Can not produce invoice pdf's
Since this morning, (Monday), printing the pdf of an invoice produces a document with most of the information missing, and with big white spaces instead. No changes have been made to the template or any other system settings. Have you made some changes to the system over the weekend? If so, the changes have crippled Zoho for us. I need to set up different email addresses in Zoho Mail because I have email addresses from the companies that I provide services for. How do I do a mass email using one of my other email addresses? Downloadable Contact File Template not uploading properly
I downloaded the contact file template and filled out the form accordingly but when I uploaded it. Column headings are not correct. The heading for the "Company Name" is missing that's why the rest of the columns heading are not correct.

Problem with Quote on CRM
Just finished integrating our data from salesforce to zoho. Everything went well. One problem we are having is generating a quote. When i check on product name, a separate window pops up, displaying the products that i have put in, i click on the product name and nothing happens. Can anybody direct me on what i am doing wrong.

Printing lead sheets one page at a time
In the LEADS tab I have a custom criteria view that reduces my database to 15 records which I select ALL and print but I NEED them printed "one per page" - right now it prints them all or it exports to csv but again all records in one view. Deleting contacts or other records en masse
I'm messing about with CRM and imported 1000's of test records. I'd like to delete them all to do another import as part of working out how useful the product is. But mass delete appears to be restricted to 100 records! Is this the case? It would take me ages to delete my entire record set.
Reporting Completed Tasks
I am so confused. I can't seem to make a report for my boss of all completed tasks. Basically, I need a report that will show completed tasks during a certain week. So, the due date doesn't help me. Sometimes it's overdue by a week and sometimes it has already been done before the due date. I need a report that actually says, this phone call was completed during this particular week. I have opened Task detials. Subject is: "send welcome letter to the customer vie e-mail" - so I am looking around and I can see that there is an e-mail on the Task details - then I click this e-mail and Outlook window appears. Wrong Auto response E-mail from Web-to-lead form
Hello there, We created a Auto response template for Web-to-lead form leads in the starting of this service to test the things out called Feedback (e-mail subject- ThankYou for your Feedback). We deleted it and then created a new one called Enquiry and assigned it to the respective forms but still if any visitor submits any enquiry, he gets a auto-response of FeedBack. Oops! How can I convert a contact back to a lead
I mistakenly converted a lead into a contact without selecting it as a potential. What can I do? I don't want to manually type in this person's information again into a new raw lead. Is there a way to reclaim a lead for these situations?

Deleteing a section in Potentials error
When I try to delete a section in potentials, the system will not delete the section. When I try to save, it kicks me to another page within the CRM. Tried it several times and it will not delete the section. I have moved all fields out of the section so that has no influence. Please advise...
Modifying Inventory Templates in ZOHO CRM - A real Pain! - but 'Do-able'

Problem with mandatory field in tasks
We have specified a mandatory field for the tasks (the "Related To" field). This field is disabled for the Leads' tasks, and therefore, the system does not allow us to create a new task for the Leads. If this field is not used for the Leads, it should be possible a new task. Problems printing potential details page
Sometimes when I print out potentials the bottom half of the page doesn't print. And won't print ever. If I clone and edit, still won't print. I have to completely recreate the potential from scratch. Anyone encounter anything similar?
How do I setup contacts and accounts for business partners ?
From what I understand Accounts are for Customers or Prospects. I have lots of business partners so I'm not sure what field I should use to record their company? Should I use the account filed, but then a account would be setup for them. (Maybe vendor filed under contacts or setup a custom field?) Is there a best practice for this type of thing? Thanks, Dave

How do you ::: Contact Details- Edit Open/Closed Activities
I set an up an event with a contact. I set the start date and end date I later click on the contact and scroll down to open/closed activities I see the event I created I don't see the date of the activity either in the open or closed fields? I would like to include the day of the scheduled event. Not the "due date"
Account's Field List
I have created 3 new field lists as Pick Lists. 1 pick list contains 3 items, another contains 4 items and the third contains 24 items. I have then inserted these pick list to my Account layout. But two of my 3 pick lists does not work. Why? When I choose "edit" in the field list, nothing happens, the list does not appear so I can choose an item. No error appear. Account's field list - pick list
I should have posted this topic earlier today. But something may have gone wrong since I cannot find it on the lists in Forums. However, I have a problem in Account's field list. I have created 3 pick lists - one containing 3 items, another containing 4 items and the third containing 24 items. Note ownership change
Hi, Quick question, why does the owner of the note in a record change when the owner of the record change to the new owner? This does not not make any business sense. The owner of the note should never change. I want to see who added notes to the record regardless of who the owner of the record is or who it changes to. Just Implemented - Live for a couple of days - Notes to developers. Brain dump if you like with the hope of improvement.
Some things I have noticed. No particular order. Importing. Bug with 0 prefixed zip codes. It truncates the zero on import. Causes corrupt data. Problem is - we never noticed it at first. Views. Need the ability to stop users creating views and/or changing them and/or deleting them. Day 2 - we have 24 views created by rank and file people. Obviously no naming convention was used - and it cluttered up everyones general views. On views. eg. my accounts. You cannot restrict to my accounts and say
Print Preview formatting incorrectly on IE6
Internet Explorer 6: I'm using Creator to pull in a Reports spreadsheet. Works great, but when I go to the browser's Print Preview there's some weird formatting that makes the text unreadable, printing over itself. This is the same if I use the Print option provided by Zoho, or using the browser print option. Works fine in Firefox. Am attaching two PDF's; one shows how the application looks, one shows the print preview appearance.
Word mail merge templates not pulling through all fields
We are developing some word templates but the problem we are having is that when we choose the "Potentials" as the module and the choose to put contact fields in the template the contact fields do not come through, only the field from the Potentials module do. Is there a fix for this as this does not make sense...PLEASE HELP
