Word mail merge templates not pulling through all fields
We are developing some word templates but the problem we are having is that when we choose the "Potentials" as the module and the choose to put contact fields in the template the contact fields do not come through, only the field from the Potentials module do. Is there a fix for this as this does not make sense...PLEASE HELP
How can I use .php or Python to add data to the CRM database?
I want to write a script that will INSERT data in the CRM database. In order to this, I will need to know the location of the database for my account and what the names of the fields are (data types too). Do you support this? Thanks, Scott
CRM All Field Names in all modules
We are working with a developer to use the ZOHO CRM API to sync with our MRP system. They have asked us for all the field names we wish to sync with...is there a place that I can go in ZOHO CRM and print out a complete current field list - including all my custom fields? Thanks
Web To Lead Problems
In the past couple days, it appears many of our web to lead forms are no longer working properly. When I went in today to see if all the fields were still selected, and generated new html for the form, I see that many of the fields and custom fields have new names. What is going on? Has Zoho renamed all of our custom fields, making our web forms inoperable?
Zoho CRM Upgrade
I'm currently using the free version and might have to upgrade because of the limit on the custom fields. If I read the terms of the Professional version correctly, the first three users are free. You begin paying when you add a fourth user. Is that correct? If so, there is a problem with the upgrade form. I only have two users and can't upgrade without paying.
Zoho CRM Mail Add-on configuration with Federate login from Google Apps problem
I created user in Zoho CRM User got invitation by email and clicked on the link inside invitation, then he did first login in with his Google Apps Account instead of creating password and Zoho login name. Zoho CRM allowed user to login to Zoho CRM with his Google Apps account. But I have to configure Zoho CRM Mail Add-On and it asks me the password for Zoho Mail (user does not input any Zoho Mail password because he logged in first with the federate login from Google Apps). While playing around trying to learn how to use ZOHO CRM I made two accounts for myself (using two different log ins and e mails) so I could understand how assigning tasks etc works. Hi, while it sounds totally obvious that leads do not have accounts associated to them, in practice, I'm running into some issue with this. How does one deal with multiple people from one company (admins, et cetera) before a lead gets converted to an contact+account+oppty? Or do you just convert them pretty early on in the process?
Inventory Templates- Help!!

Email templates - access refused in email creation after creating email template folders -
Since I created a box to distribute my email templates, I can NO LONGER ANY email template when I try to select one Inactive selection list ! I destroyed the template folder, remains only the original one, but same results ! inactive folder in the list please HELP ! I have to send 50 emails before Thanksgiving in the US. Daniel

Date field data keep dissappearing
I previously sent in a support ticket, but no one seems to be responding. I have a custom date field I have been using for a while now. However I just noticed that the data is missing, every time you enter a date - it disappears. I have lost some critical dates now since I have no other record other than ZOHO on the custom date.Can someone please advise me what might be happening ?
Create User for CRM
I have create users and the invitations have been sent. This was easy. However, Zoho logins no longer accept the @ symbol. The Create User function sets the user name to the email address so now of the invitees can not login. The system does not allow be to change the login ID so we are stuck. address fields not importing correctly
This is probably very simple but its driving me mad. When i export my contacts from outlook as a csv file and the import it into zoho the address fields are not populating correctly. The address is populating the first line with all of the address. the address format in outlook does not have commas to seperate the line in the address does this matter? I have 5500 contacts to import so i need to get this right. Thank you in advance matt
.pdf's attached to sale orders are not coming though (100%) of the time.
I have noticed that in certain instances when sending out a Sales Order (through the 'Send Mail') option - everyone receives the email, but certain people don't receive the pdf'd Inventory Template thats attached by default. Is this a known bug? Is there any fix?

Hi, is there a way to have a report in which I can see the invoices and the purchase orders related to each other by the subject? I create a sales Quote > sales order > sales invoice always using the same "project" name. I create a purchase order using the same "project name. Can I create a report where I see them all together? Zoho apps Integration
I have been using Zoho Crm for over a year now, I recently started playing around with Zoho Business and Zoho Projects thinking of dropping outlook, but at this point I don't think this can happen. 1. Calendar not syncing between CRM and Business Calendar and Projects - having just one calendar to manage is great!!! 2. No Blackberry sync 3. Task syncing between all apps- again one place to manage all tasks well any of those be addressed at all in the future?

Hello, I'm an SFDC vet now using Netsuite (shudder). Zoho looks fabulous! In SFDC and Netsuite, I've used an Outlook plugin (which looks similar to Zoho's solution) to sync contacts (owned by me) to my local Outlook install. Then, that gets synced through MS Exchange, and I can have all of my contacts synced over the air to my blackberry or palm, etc. I'm very interested in getting rid of the Outlook piece alltogether and going with something like Zoho+GMAIL or Zoho+ZohoMail. I think it would be very helpful for many Zoho CRM administrators and general users if Zoho would publish and regularly update a list of new features and/or Bug Fixes. Report Scheduler looses grouping when sending
We created a detailed potentials report that is grouped two (2) ways. When you view it in CRM it looks exactly as we built it...however when it sends via report scheduler it keeps on the first grouping and looses the other one. First Group is by Probability. Second Group is by Closing Date.This is a very importany report for us so please advise.
Importing Contacts Hangs
hi why does the attached file hang when i try to import into CRM contacts? "Uploading Import file..." never stops (in Google Chrome browser). If there's a problem with the import, the importer should stop, and display an information message. thanks

Sorry, I am realy disappointed by Zoho support. I developed API loader for Accounts table - tried to use it on a file that have 2000 recors. I don't know what happend, but in my CRM appeared 20,000 of empty records - i don't think that it empty recorsds were created by my API loader - I think that there is an issue with API, becouse I tried to load on small files (few records) and my loader worked ok. I called suppert to ask for help. Connected by desktop sharing. They told me that they can't help
Scheduling Reminders
I want to set up a workflow that will send a reminder to a person when they haven't followed up. Specifically, when the status of "review" (a custom field) is changed to "needed" I want to record the date and if the status of this field does not change to "completed" I want to send an email every week. I've looked and looked for info & finally decided I should ask for help.

Leading Zeros in Zip Code Field missing
When I use the migrate data from other CRM feature, if my zip code starts with a zero Zoho will delete it. For instance if I have a valid zip code of 06902, Zoho deletes the first zero. The default Zip Code Field is a text field and i've try using an integer field. Is there anyway to fix this? This is a very serious problem with Zoho CRM and I can't believe it can't import a proper zip code.
Default Sorting
Is there a way to have the default sorted reports by date? For example, I have an open task report on my dashboard/homepage and you have to keep sorting it by date. It appears there is no sorting at all currently. It is important to see tasks with due date first. Lee

Print View / Send Mail
In order to be able to send mail via the 'Sales Order' tab you need to enable 'Print View' in the 'Profiles' settings. It took me half a hour to figure this out as it's not clearly labeled. (why would the send mail permissions be labeled that??!) Also, enabling 'Print View' also allows the users to print out all the leads, which is a major security breach for any company. I'm hoping this gets fixed asap.
Outgoing CRM Sales Order emails taking 15-60 minutes
Currently when we use the "Send Mail" button on the Sales Order it is taking at least 15 minutes and up to a hour for the client to receive it. The CRM is sending all workflow emails instantly and that's working fine. (which is weird as I'm having the workflows send e-mails to external email addresses, not the users.) Just wondering if anyone knew the reasoning behind this, and a possible solution? Cheers
Cannot export selected contacts to CSV
Hello, I have created a couple of lists within ZOHO Business in my contacts to export for printing and mailing. It only does all of my contacts, even though only the selected group shows. How can I get only one of my groups to export? I am using Mozilla, if that helps at all. This contacts application, along with the whole desktop feature is the main reason I am using ZOHO Business. CRM cant log in
Whenever I attempt to go to log into the CRM app I an told I dont have an account. However when I try to create and account I am unable to and told the account already exists. Can someone help sort this out please?
report with first names

Reporting pipeline to business partners.
I am ready to sign up for the Professional version but I do have one question which will determine of ZOHO CRM will work for me. Some of my products are from business partners with whom I must share a weekly update of all sales in progress for their particular products only. As I look at adding new Potentials I do not see where I identify the specific product I am selling to that Account. How would I do this and will ZOHO CRM allow me to easily produce and print reports for each business partner
