Time Zone is incorrect
Time zone is not working properly...I've checked it twice. I'm eastern U.S. time it's currently 12:22 pm EST. CRM shows 3:22 pm EST.

The "Descriptoin Information" field in a task no longer wraps
As I type in the "Description Information" field in a task the text will wrap when it reaches the end of the field. However when I save the information it displays all on one LONG line. I can't read what was entered without scrolling back and forth. This never used to happen. It used to display in a reading friendly format. What changed? How do I change it back?

Track Activity using Notes
Hi I need to be able to track and filter leads by the date the most recent NOTE was made. I see that you can filter by tasks, calls and events (activities), but there isn't a note option. What would be simpler and ideal is if the "modified time" of a lead was updated every time some activity (i.e. a note) was recorded. Is it possible to do this? At the moment, a field needs to be changed in order for the activity to be registered. If not, please would you let me know how to filter the lead records
When Seting up workflow, there is a choice for it to trigger once a month, and once a year, I need once a week

The mobile APP program doesn't show any notes that you can see on the desk top version. Is this an upgrade option or is it just not available on the mobile APP?

How to shop only certain fields to others?
Hi I am truly sorry if this is covered somewhere but I cant seem to find it... This is what I am trying to do... I have multiple reps who are awarded a lead to work on based on who gets the lead logged first. Once logged, the other reps must be able to see who the lead is and who owns the lead, but without any further info like numbers etc. As admin I should be able to see everything. How can I do it? New Field marked as "Not Mandatory" wont allow my Import
I created a new field in leads and do not have it marked mandatory and I'm trying to import 800 records and its throwing out about half that are empty in my csv and it's saying that filed is mandatory. What am I missing?

Getting rid of Pulse is a bad idea
For the past two years, I have been telling every customer who will listen how great Pulse is in Zoho CRM. I have explained how it is innovative, useful, and in my experience unique among CRMs. In my office, we use Pulse to follow our most important Leads, Contacts and Potentials. A couple of weeks ago, I went to follow a critical new Contact, and found that the "Follow" button had disappeared from the records I owned. Hi, I'm still very new to Zoho, but I was wondering: Is there a way to ensure that all contacts added to Zoho CRM are likewise added to Zoho Contacts? (and vice-versa?) Also, I was wondering if there was a way that Zoho Contacts or CRM could be 'shared' to my Microsoft Hotmail address, so that when Zoho contacts details are added or updated, it's also automatically up to date in my Hotmail. Form Is On Website, Used To Work, But Not Working Now
I can see it on my website . . . I submitted a test, and it is not coming through to my email address. Also, I don't see the form when I go to webforms in the CRM. I also thought I had set up an autoresponder for this form saying "thank you, we have received your request . . . etc".

Limited amount of user defined fields
Hi there, we love Zoho but the limited amount of user defined fields means we have to start looking for an alternative solution if there are no plans to change this soon. We REALLY do not want that but would have no option. :-( Why is there a limit to these anyway? Why not give unlimited fields? Are you planning on changing this in the near future (next 6 months)? Experiencing 3 View & Edit Problem Since the last Software Update/Upgrade

funnel sales pipeline
Hi I'm trying to create a report to show my sales matrics. My structure of the pipeline is: LEAD ->CONTACT -> POTENTIAL-> SALE The problem is that the reports only allows to put data from the module LEAD or the module CONTACT & POTENTIAL but not from both at the same time. There is a way I can get a single report with a funnel of conversion that includes the number of LEADS, number of CONTACTS and NUMBER of POTENTIALS? Downgraded Zoho found new leads that Pay Zoho didnt have?
I was forced to downgrade from a paid version of Zoho to the free one due to circumstances. When we did I found more than 3 leads that had not been in the paid version . any reason.

Unable to add Account Name to Potential report
I have created a few custom reports inside the Potentials module in ZohoCRM. I am unable to add Account Name as a column in these reports. Is there some way to add the Account Name field to my report on Potentials?

Task Notes - Sync Issue
I am having an inconsistent task note synchronization. Some notes sync and some don't. I've entered some notes at the Task Level from the web, that don't appear at the task level from the iPhone app. Also - I've entered some notes at the Task Level from the iPhone that shows up at the Contact level from the web. It is inconsistent. Anyone else see issues like this?

very frustrated! every time when tried to save a new contact, the web returned "unable to process the request". It worked fine before with free subscription. After I upgraded to the professional addition, it stopped working. Help!

Cancelling scheduled reports when downsizing to Free edition
We had Zoho Professional for several years but due to some company changes, we had to go back to the free Edition for an undetermined amount of time. Now the system keeps trying to send the previously scheduled reports under the paid edition but it can't. Can you cancel the scheduled reports on our behalf or enable us to do it in the free edition? This is mostly in Zoho's interest. I could simply ignore the messages generated by the system, mark them as spam or whatever, but it's an unnecessary process
Updating a drop down box (for Trade Shows) and it doesn't update
I've added 2 more trade shows to the list of Which Trade Show, but neither is showing up on the list. I know I'm in the right area, because i can change the order of the list, just not the content.
