Is the zoho CRM really slow recently?
Hey guys, i found these couple days, especially yesterday and today, the CRM is really slow. Am I the only person experiencing this?
Converting Leads to Potential / Opportunities
There is another post for this, however with no replies. How can you convert leads to Potentials or Opportunities (customer name)? This should function without loss of information and convert both to create a account, contact and potential/opportunity.

Mail Merge Printing Problem
I am trying to use Mail merge to letters to multiple leads. At the end of each letter, soho making a line across the page and starting the next lead on the same sheet so all my letters come out messed up. Please help with any suggestions

I have been trying to print via mail merge and for some reason the program decides it's a good idea to draw a line down the middle of the page where it thinks the page should end. Its also cutting the tops off some of my pages and moving text to the next page. Please help!

Dates Out and Notes Missing
Hi the dates on my clients - from when I last contacted them are completely out and some notes are missing. I know one client I only called last week but my notes indicated my last contact was back in MAY and the latest notes are missing. Please advise why this has happened and how this can be fixed. We are currently using Zoho CRM on a trial basis. My questions are as follows: Can different users in a company subscribe to different editions? In other words, do all users have to upgrade to CRM Plus in order for a few users to access Projects Management? Horrible CRM
Not a good CRM Lets see in the last 15 minutes i experienced the following. 1- Created new module for company than tried to sync with outlook using app. Turns out you can only sync 3 modules with Outlook. Not being able to do this is a deal breaker 2- Chat feature keeps appearing every time i try and use Zoho. Monitoring when notes are added, edited and deleted from leads, accounts, and contacts on the main dashboard
Is there a way to display when notes are edited, add or deleted from a segment such as leads? This would great aid in coordination among employees. When I go to the home screen for Zoho CRM I clicked on the "add component" button and then tested this for both accounts and leads but there was no option to display notes made or changed. The notification bell icon in the top right corner of the screen does not display changes/updates as specific as the ones I am talking about. Any help on the matter

When we created a task in zoho, it will generate a # that we use it as a RMA#. If there anyway I can directly send customer this # from the task since we do record customer's email as well in the task.

Can I change the display width of a column in a view. The description column is to wide and the phone column's don't look right. They are stacked instead of wide and normal.

Daily Status Update Reports
Daily Status Report: Need to understand if these is a report that could provide us a one stop shop of all the updates to Leads, Potentials, Sales, etc that were made on a daily basis that could be emailed to the Companies leadership. We have a sales manager that is out hitting the streets hard and making some updates in the tool but unless there is a easy way for leadership to see what updates were actually made, we have a hard time understanding if progress is being made. Does such a report exist

I have paid subscription but only get 250 emails a day. I have tried to go into subscription to verify what subscription I have paid for but get this screen:- "You are not authorized to access. If the problem persists, please contact our support." Please help

Cannot update credit card information. Cannot add new users. Either produces a virtually blank screen telling me I am not authorized. I've cleared cookies and cache. Still nothing. HELP!!!
Sending eMail from an external package
Whenever I try and send an eMail to someone whose address is registered in Zoho it tries to do it using a web form within the application. What I want it to do is trigger my email package, which every other web environment I've got seems to be doing fine. Have I missed a setting somewhere? Help appreciated.
Visit Reports
Our existing visit reports are written in Word and contain customer / location / who seen / what was discussed / action points. It would be neat to extract all this from Zoho. We tried using Cases for the visit report: this is kind of OK but some limitations: - can only pick one contact - can't mailmerge the fields to make a report. Can Potential Revenue be put into a custom Report?
We have probability and revenue potential, but I would like the risked revenue (probability x revenue potential). I believe I have seen this field on the one of the canned reports, but I do not see it in the fields list for the report modules.
Description field displaying in one long line...help!
Suddenly today, the Description field is displaying the contents in one long line, forcing you to have to scroll-right to read it all, (depending on how much writing is in there). It has always wrapped-around so that it's all on one page vertically. Please advise! Thanks.
When Deactivating a User, what happens to the notes they entered?
I'll be reducing my subscription by 1 or 2 users. Will all the notes and data they entered still be accessible, or will it be deleted with their account?
Not getting email notifications for tasks.
We have tested this with multiple accounts and users to confirm. In the task reminder there is an option to choose a time and date for an email reminder to be sent to you. These are not coming through. The users emails are correct in zoho. The time, accounts, dates, and reminders are all correct and set. None of the email reminders are coming through, but we are getting account change notifications when I switch account owners. There is no spam/junk setting on it. Is there any thought on if this

Zoho and Google Calendar Integration
First, I'm thrilled with all the new updates in Zoho! Here's a basic feature that I may be missing. If I create a new meeting in Google Calendar and include someone on the invite I would expect that to create an event in Zoho that is associated with that person so when I looked at that person contact activity I would see the event. My sync seems to be setup properly, is that just not a feature?
How to show the full note or full field without pressing "..."
When I have a long note in any particular lead, the CRM cuts it off unless I press the "..." button. I want it to show the entire note automatically, even if it every long. How do I make this change?

Entering Notes in Leads section
Hi, I noticed that you have changed the text box for the Notes on your Leads tab (replacing the 'Edit' with a pencil, etc.). With this change, I noticed that you now have to click twice in the Notes text box in order to type text. Before it was only once. Is there a way to change this back to just one click? All day today I have been clicking in the Notes text box, and then typing my notes, only to realize that I didn't click twice in the box and so my text is not there. Thank you! Tom
Changing the primary email address
Hi, I am trying to change the primary email address that emails are sent from within Zoho CRM. I understand that I need to change the primary email address within my account; however, every alternate email address that I use has already been taken. I assume this is due to the aliases setup in Google Apps, however, I can't figure out how to verify that and change the primary email address.
