Autonumber (Accounts) not being assigned when Account is created in GMail Widget/Add-In
Hi everyone, I have an AutoNumber field used to assign a unique ID to each account. When an account is added manually, this works fine. However, when using the Zoho CRM Gmail/Google Mail plugin to add a contact (where an Account Name is also entered), the AutoNumber will field will not be filled. Can this be fixed?
auto generate a lead and send email from web sign -up
We have our squarespace web sign up integrated with Zoho. Leads are generated and a template email is sent out. When I check lead emails there is no record of the template email in the "Sent Emails from CRM" tab. Please advise. Thank you Norma Gordon
sharing a created document
Hi- Once I have created a document, how do I share it with someone in my organization (in other words someone who we have in zoho). I can do it as the document is being created, but with this particular problem, I need to share a document I created a few weeks ago with someone and there is nothing I can see that allows me to do that. Not working: search email inbox for email from specific senders
Up to now I can right click on email and select "list mail from sender". That has stopped. I use this function every day to remove emails from my inbox and sort them into folders. Question about: Execute workflow only when the criteria is met for the first time.
i have created a number of rules and have been told to select Execute workflow only when the criteria is met for the first time . my problem is this, i use them to notify the other users on my account of certain accounts for various fields/reasons. i am thinking further down the line - years specifically if these accounts that have had this trigger once already, will not be able to trigger again if there is a match. Audit Log
Hi, The audit log does not mention any modification of accounts from an import. I imported a list of 300 accounts, 291 of them were already in Zoho but needed to be updated. So a total of 9 brand new accounts were entered. These 9 new accounts are the only things listed in the audit log, not mentioning the overwriting of 291 accounts. This is a very big thing to miss. I know you can look it up in the Import History, but I am worried this could be missed easily as the information in Import History

Avoid duplicates while importing
Hi there, I'm hoping to importing data into "contacts," and avoid creating duplicates (based on the customers' email addresses). I am new to Zoho and it looks great - but I have been spending too long fighting with the import. I created Campaigns. Then, imported Accounts and then Contacts using the Migrate from CRM option. That (eventually) worked fine. Then, I have tried to import my Potentials. HI i have had a long arduous emails with the support dept regarding whether the stage>edit in the below screen shot for potentials should actually work or not -nothing opens up when you click edit. For some reason support wants to have a remote session which i have no time for, and they should already know the answer to anyway, when all they need to do is check with the developers. Help...when importing data many records are skipped, even with a unique identifier.
I'm trying to import about 740 records. Each time I import I only get 221. It says that 223 are skipped and I'm not sure why. Some of the records have duplicate email addresses, hence why I created a client ID field. How do I make the Client ID field the unique identifier and not email?

Problems when importing Vcards (Missing last name)
I am having problems when importing Vcards to ZOho (Says it is missing a last name even though the last name is clearly in). This only happens when you import more than 7 Vcards. Related list page layout customization
Is it possible to change the display order for related list categories? For instance, in contacts, the Open Activities is at the bottom of the page and I'd like to move this higher up in the list.
Extra blank activities in custom reports
Quick question. When I set up a custom report for activities without a filter for the Activity Owner I see the only 6 open activities currently we have in Zoho (just setting it up). See here..... The results of these settings... ###################################### ###################################### When I add a filter to this report to only show me activities with the "Account Owner" as a certain person I see a bunch of blank entries (I expected to see less entries with this filter, not more).

I've created several reports to provide detail on opportunities in certain stages. For example, I have one which should display multiple fields for opportunities at Stage "Qualified Lead," with a closing date between Jan1 and Sep 30 of this year. We are trialling Zoho and wondering if other organisations have used any particular way to track relationships between contacts. E.g., Zoe and John are children of Frank and Suneeta. Sometimes you want to search by the student facts (class of XX, left in year 20XX, was in Classroom A, etc) sometimes you want to search/send campaigns by the parent/guardian facts (e.g. parent from 1986 - 2002, children attended these classes etc). custom report criteria not working

Not getting reports through automated email?
For the past few years we have had a 'user created' shipping repot that would automatically be emailed to all users. A few days ago that stopped. I'm not sure why but those automated emails have stopped. I am drawing a blank on where to look to check for this feature? Any assistance is appreciated.

Slow Loading to send mail
