Importing Data-Mapping is not being recognized!
Hello, I am importing my information from SFDC and I have tried multiple times to import the data with the Account Owner being mapped to one of the columns in the Spreadsheet. I have input all the users into my Zoho CRM and have spelled the names exactly the same however, when the Accounts get uploaded it makes me (Admin) as the Account Owner. As a side note- I click the box that says Upload My Organizations Accounts. Please help I don't understand why this is happening!
Is there a way to mass update the Account owner based on the contact owner?

How I can change my email default?
Hi, I have a small different case. I added a new email, but when I need to send a new email from contacts, for example, Zoho use my admin email (andrelvbona@gmail) and not the new email added in Zoho mail (andre.bona@valorinvestimentos.com.br). I need Zoho use the new email to send messages. So, I tried to change my email ID, but zoho answer: this email exists. And is not possible to change! What can i do?

Stadard user settings
Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to set standard user settings so that standard users can see only their own leads, accounts and potentials and not the accounts, leads and potentials of other users? i.e. standard users can't see each other's leads, accounts and potentials and also can't see the administrator's accounts, leads and potentials. Account Owner?
I am importing my data and have mapped the Account Owner tab in my CSV during the migration and I am still getting the Admin (me) as the account owner. When I start the import I check the box that says Import My Organizations data. Please help...I don't want to go through every account to change something that should be very easy.

Unexpected accounts import results
I imported 24 accounts with a 'clone' option from a csv file and got 24 added, 0 updated and 0 skipped. Inspection of the results showed 2 were cloned. After inspecting the field contents, I decided that import with overwrite was the better option for me. So I undid the import succesfully then repeated the test, taking 'overwrite' option instead. This time I got 22 added and 2 skipped and 0 updated. Inspection showed the results were matching - ie the test had failed to update the old records
Sending mail to an ACcount contact from a potential
This is starting to get frustrating when using Zoho CRM so I thought I would ask here and see if there is a bug or if I am just doing it wrong? I have an account with a contact - under the account, I create a new "Potential". In the Potential, I assign a "Contact Role" and select the contact. I now have "Potential" with a "Contact Role" assigned. I them click on "Send Mail" to send an email to the client which is related to the "Potential". The Send Mail window does not pull in the email address
Data Export
I have just exported my leads. All of my leads do not seem to have exported. If I go back into Zoho --> Leads and look for a contact it is in the system however it did not export. I do not know what I am doing incorrectly. This feels like something very recent. How can I export ALL leads?

Subscription Question
Just to make sure I understand this: I just deactivated one of my users (Zoho CRM). The Users & Permssions page shows 13 active users. The manage subscriptions (Subscription Details) shown 14 users + 1 mobile user. If I select Reduce subscription, I get a dropdown that let's me choose a number from 1 to 13. To eliminate 1 subscription, I should select 1? Or do I select 13, for the number of subscriptions I want to keep? Thanks much.

Import - Permission Denied
I am trying to update leads for my organization, but many leads will not import because: "Permission Denied, record owned by another user". My profile has Administrator privilages and is part of a superior role. What am I missing? I need to be able to update all records. Thanks

Why has the support become so bad
I first started using Zoho about a year ago and the support was really great. Since then the support has just gone down hill rapidly. You can never get through to the help desk. Sometimes I need to edit a document that has been merged on a specific merged document. I see there is an edit merge document, but this seems to edit the actual Merge Document, NOT the already merged document. Is there an edit after merge??
