Accessing Potentials Dashboard List
I unfortunately cannot access my Potentials Dashboard list to make custom dashboards. The page just keeps on loading forever. Could you advise on how to solve this? I am working with the "Old Professional" edition.

Hi, My account is linked to Google Apps. I have workflows that create tasks for people, but these tasks are not exporting to Google Tasks. If I create a task manually, these get exported so I know the integration is working. Can you please look into this? Michael

What is the difference between an account and a company?
I am in the field of commercial real estate, and trying to add brokers/landlords in as contacts. But by doing that it wants to make them and "account" and not a "company". I was thinking accounts were my clients. These are definitely not leads. Any advice on how to organize? Is there a way to add a "Company" field under contacts.

After rolling out the ZOHO CRM pilot to our sales team, one of the frequently requested items is to have a hover over field definition/instruction so they have a better idea of the information we want. Is Zoho CRM right for us?
Our company is a food vendor at various events/festivals. We keep track of all the events we are perusing and the ones we have booked on the same Google spreadsheet. Where would be the best place to pick Leads/Contacts and add them to a Campaign? It's the View with: filter criteria search in columns select some records and Mass Update Campaigns are the best collection for planing tactic and strategic actions, in marketing and sales. Tasks could be used too to document tactical actions, but it's not possible to add multiple Leads to one task.

Potentials Stages sort not working - list frozen
I deleted all default values in Potentials - Stages and entered new data in the order I want it to appear. I was able to sort in descending order but ascending sort did not work - the values were not in order. Now the list is completely frozen. What do I do??
why won't the dashboards work on a tablet?
I have the reacurring problem that when I open dashboards on the website (my browser is chrome) it wont load because either the tablet or the browser doesn't support the program. Have any of you had this problem if so how did you solve it? I also have the Zoho CRM app, but I can't seem to find 'dashboards' on the app. Thank you in advance.

Hi, Is there any other feature like the audit log that allows all users to have access to and/or view the updates to all accounts? This is a current issue in my organization where complaints are being made that the Pulse only shows accounts you follow and there is no way for a user to have a log of all updates. Please advise.

Hi All, I am currently using the free version but looking to upgrade to the standard version in the next week or so. Before I do I want to ensure these issues are resolved or I know how to work around them. crm adding a new user
I am a single free user of Zoho at the moment. I am trying to add an additional user to the CRM account. I have made multiple attempts to send and resend new user request to be sent to new users email address. It does not send. I have even tried different email address and it doesn't seem to send so that the user can accept and create their own password. This was never the case in the past.
