Hello, I have a problem importing my Leads from a Excle sheet. First im saveing the file as .csv file. But after upleading i can not allocate for example company name, email etc. to the right field. It shows all in one line in column 1. How can i get this managed right? thanks a lot! Thomas

Here's the requirement I have. Wondering if it's possible within Zoho Crm So for our different customers at different stages of the sales process we have different documents sent to them. In the early stages they might request collateral or pricing docs while in the latter stages it is documents like MSAs or NDAs. We send emails with these attachments uploaded into Zoho. Add Date to Log a Call in Zoho CRM
When you use the Log a Call feature, the activity is recorded OK in "Closed Activities" BUT has no date associated with it. The call 'Date Time' field does not show in Closed Activities, so you have no idea when the call was made. How can this be fixed? Thanks Matt

Our company uses Zoho CRM to focus on collecting information about customers. As such, we want to be able to view all information about a given customer when the click on their name under lead/contact. The problem we are running into is that we aren't able to associate multiple people with one event. I know you can invite multiple people to one event but when you click on a record it doesn't show the event under their open or closed activities. I need a way to see all of the events a customer has
Issue with Email authenticantion
Every time I try to send an email to a lead - I receive a message telling me my account needs to be authenticated. But I have already authenticated it with the email that comes when a new account is created. I even created a second account and authenticated it but I am still having the same problem.

Report on the stage history and duration NEEDED to make a working and actual pipeline!
Hi. There is a problem: we cannot make a report which contains stage history of any potential. As a consequence, it is almost impossible to convert data on the history of a potential into the valid pipeline. I beg you to help us and include into the Advanced CRM Analytics fields which contain stage history of any deal and the fields which will help us to count the duration of any deal within a stage in the pipeline.

I can't create more rules based on my current edition. Is there a workaround? Why is this limited in the first place. I wish ZOHO would point out that their system is limited to number of fields, workflows etc. So you don't spend time building it only to find out you cant finish the job.
New Lead Alerts Don't Work With API Leads . . . Help!
Hi There, Can anyone help. I have set up rules, alerts and emails to notify me when a new lead is created. This works perfectly when we manually create new leads. However, we have integrated the Zoho CRM API with our own website to work with our free trial sign up form. New leads are created this way in Zoho but the alert is not sent. Is there a way to import leads automatically that are generated on another website? I have dozens of new leads daily coming in on current sites, and I can cc a Zoho email address if it can import those contacts into my leads, but it's too clunky to do a file export > import every day.

I had to make an update to a Case and correct the contact person. When I changed the "Related to" person, it didn't update the phone and email address associated with that person. It left the information from the prior contact. Please help. Thanks!

I log into ZohoCRM via Google Apps. I successfully created a web form that I would like to embed into a Google Apps website that I created. My website is not populating for the drop-down list. Is this option not available to Free Users? Typically there is some type of notification if this is the case.

Can't see attachments!
One of our users of the CRM cannot see the file attachments in Zoho CRM, and we simply can't explain it let alone fix it. The rest of us can see the attachments. Unfortunately, she is the one who needs to see the attachments most of all. Anyone experienced anything like that before?
Error adding new component
Attached is a screenshot of the error I receive when trying to add a 5th component on the home page. I'm guessing it's because 4 is the max, but "crm.alert.add.component1" isn't exactly an intuitive way to express that. ;-)

Sudden Email Error
When I try to receive email I'm suddenly getting a red error popup: Invalid Security Certificate for the server. Try changing the incoming port to 110, without SSL and check again. Email been workinng fine for 2 years now this popped up all of a sudden.

i just added a new user to my professional account. I was forced to give her "manager" role, even though i want to limit her access and role. she did not yet accept the invite email.. is it only after she accepts and logs in, do i have access to limit the permissions and role?
