Cannot print quotes when running Zoho in Chrome
We have 3 users running Zoho CRM. 2 of the users run Zoho CRM using Internet Explorer and 1 user is running Zoho CRM using Chrome. The 2 users running Zoho CRM in Internet Explorer are having no issues but the one running Zoho CRM using Chrome is not able to print any documents. He can export to a PDF fine, Print Preview fine, but when he prints, it opens up the window to choose the template to use and shows the preview or pdf fine but will not print. I have a user who is set up under another Zoho account (call it Company A). His email address/user has been deactivated. But, under the new Zoho account (call it Company B) will not allow me to add him as it says that his email address is already in use. What is needed to make this happen?
Web to lead notification details not arriving - NetDev
Hi there, We no longer receive our lead details when a web lead notification form i completed. All we receive is the Zoho logo and a note to say a new lead was generated. Our contact us form on our website is also no longer sending out emails. Could you please shed some light on this? :) Laurence
Leads run vs. Closed Sales
I am trying to figure out how to setup Zoho to run a report to track our sales. The sales report I would like would have the amount of Leads run and of those Leads how many were SOLD? I have the Lead information in the LEAD tab and the SOLD information in the POTENTIAL tab under 'stage". Any help would be appreciated!
poor customer service
Hi, i have just started an enterprise account with supposed 24/7 support, yet i have emailed three time in the last three days and used the so called 'live chat' which has i have not actually seen live and left three messages about the same issue - i have had no reply on any of the media - not exactly what i wouod call customer service. i know this probably isnt the right place to contact, but ive tried all other options with no success!!!
ZOHO Webform Data not showing on Mac Mail and iPhone?
Since Saturday March 23rd my contact and lead forms data won't display on my iPhone or through my Mac Mail Client. If I log into my gmail through a web browser the email reveals the lead form data as before. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Regards, CW

How to add cost to a product?
Hi there...in the CRM products, let's say I sell something that costs $100, but my actual cost of that is $85 (15% margin). How can Zoho handle that? What I am seeking is to have a salesperson add in the cost to the customer so that it shows $100 in invoices, etc, but internally, I know that I made $15 in gross margin off of the transaction. Quoting Woes
I am having serious problems with product handling and quoting in Zoho. I have 60,000 individual products that I need to be able to quote. However, I was told by tech support that the only way to do this is to import the products, then create a price book where I will have to insert 60,000 list prices manually. This is ridiculous!!!!!! impact on stock numbers when a PO and SO are cancelled
I had a customer cancel an order that I'd had to create a PO to fill. create PO increases Qty Ordered create SO increases Qty in demand cancel PO has no impact on Qty Ordered - should decrease this number cancel SO has no impact until it is converted then both Qty in Stock and Qty in Demand are decreased - should only decrease Qty in Demand Am I following the correct steps to cancel both the PO and the SO? Hi, I'm trying to add a component on my dashboard for open opportunities. When I select the open opportunities option from the drop down, I get the following error. You have not selected any grouping columns in your Source Report. There must be at least one Grouping column in the Source Report. Yet, it does not give me any options to select a grouping. I run an events company and I would like to track every event that one of my leads or contacts registers for and attends. I think the best way to do this would be to add a product for that contact for each event they come to. Updating accounts from an import based on an unique account id
I have a legacy system (no api available) which has active clients in it. The system is really the master for the client list and is used in the company's operation. If a client changes address it is changed in the legacy system. Each client has a unique ID which I have created a field in Zoho CRM to capture it.
