Calculated field in CRM updates inconsistently
Hi, I set up a calculated field in the CRM to essentially take a datetime field and simplify it down to a string with format of YY/MM. The formula works fine during routine interactions, but I've noticed that field updates inconsistently when doing create/updates of records via the API. Is there something else I need to do to make sure it triggers consistently? Thanks, Charlene

Lead import errors
Trying to load a list of leads into CRM via .xls or .csv. The first load create error "List cannot contain more than 200 lines", so I broke the list in half. The first list (now 199 lines) loaded correctly. The second load creates error "List cannot contain more than 22 lines". I could use some help understanding the random number of maximum lines a load can accept please. Thanks in advancE

I want to setup for B2C - but might sell to B2B sometimes too
I want t set up ZOHO for B2C, but sometimes my product is bought from businesses. I got these instructions in my email: If you are into B2C,i.e business to consumers, then, you can remove accounts module by getting into setup->customization-> modules->manage module->select accounts->move it to list of unselected lists->save. I just wanted to ask if there are other things to setup other than just that.

Change ipad settings from "read only"
I use zoho crm all daiy on my MacBook; however, when using my ipad while out of the office I'm only allowed to "read," not edit anything. This is functionality that I need, so how may I change this setting (I don't see any way)? BTW, I'm using a paid subscription.

Google Apps Calendar 2-Way Sync Problem
Hello, I am able to create events in Zoho CRM and they appear in my Google Apps Calendar, however, events created in Google Apps calendar are not appearing in Zoho CRM despite the "2-Way Sync" option selected under my Google Apps settings in Zoho CRM. Can you help?
Have two CRM accounts, one for each of our two users - want to delete one. Is this safe to do?
My business has several users of which I am one. I set up a CRM connected to my email but I never used it. My marketing manager (one of my Zoho users) set up a CRM connected to her email and this is the one which is being used. My question is, is it safe for me to delete my CRM without affecting the other so that I can be added as a user on the other? The last thing I want to do is to delete the one which we are actively using. I'm not sure if this is clear but I wait with anticipation for some direction.
Last Name Required
Is there a way in CRM with the last name field to make it not mandatory? We are taking leads from a web form created in ZoHo CRM Form builder Form fields for this specific form are: First Name E-Mail Question/Comment Previously when using another form builder in wordpress we did not have fields required and the submission rate was 2X when not requiring to fill out either first name or e-mail, where the user would sometimes put their first name and other times not. Opportunity Products in Quotes...
I am quite new to the ZoHo CRM but I am trying to create a quote from within a potential/opportunity and I assumed that products would automatically come over from the opportunity once it was created, is this behavior possible? Hi Forum At the moment i'm using Sugar crm, whereby when i'm in the account view, I can get a full summary of all the completed activities, I couldnt see something similar here in Zoho, is this possible....without creating a report each time I go into the account record?
When in my Potentials - I cannot change the "stage" field
I am using Safari and always have for the last 9 months. This was not a problem until recently. So I create a potential and make it stage "qualification" - but them if it goes to "proposal" or "closed" I am now unable to change the stage status. There is no "edit" button that floats up when I put my cursor in the Stage field like there used to be. Can you help? Otherwise - I have no way to update my pipeline and make accurate forecasting. Problem with sorting Pick list which contains number and characters
Hi All, I use Zoho to manage my real estate business. Under leads, I have created a custom pick list for Lead Status. The various statuses read: 0 - ready to convert 1 - Frequent Communication 2 - Interview stage 3 - recent introduction 4 - regular emails Etc etc. When I try to sort this list, it doesn't sort. There doesn't seem to be a way to "Uncheck" the sort list alphabetically. Any help here would be much appreciated.

Make a related notes button at the opportunities and contact level. So show all related notes from all related accounts, contacts and opportunities
Why aren't line breaks/carriage returns showing in an email template?
I've created a couple of email templates and during creation and in the preview the line breaks/spaces show up fine where I've pressed return/enter to create new paragraph. However, when the email is sent all the spaces are missing. You can tell where I've hit return but it doesn't show space between lines. Any thoughts?
I need to close my account!
I have not been using Zoho for months. I have been trying to close my account and Zoho keeps billing me for mobile edition. I am really getting frustrated because I have tried many time to close my account. It is a business account and I am the Administrator. I log in and go to "manage subscription". I went to "downgrade" and all apps/add ons are selected as "0". When I hit the downgrade button it says "Specified users in the current subscription will be removed immediately though the expiry

Hello, I have just starting using the free version of Zoho today to see if it is the right platform to introduce (have use MS CRM in 3 organisations previously) and loving how easy Zoho is to use so far! I have been trying to set up a pipeline report, using the funnel chart by stage, Identified, Pursuit, Submitted, but it only seems to pick up one stage, Submitted. There are values in all the others etc. Can anyone assist please? Nathan

To delete a user and add a new one or keep them both
A sales consultant has left the business and a new one has come on board. We would like to keep all of the old reps leads and potentials on the system categorised as theirs. We would also like to add the new rep to our users - how do we go about this? Search for prospects problems
When I enter a name or email address in the search box, the prospect isn't always found. When I scroll through the list of prospects manually, I can find it. This is concerning because I used to be able to put in a partial name, email address telephone number, anything in the search box and all applicable records would show.

When adding a user (employee)
I have a life insurance agency. I just hired my first agent to work for me. In Zoho, if I add him, there are two options for his teir: CEO and Manager. I added "Agent." The question is, if I add him, can he see my Zoho data or is he completely blind to that info as a default? The desired result is that he cannot see my data. Any help is appreciated.
