Can't Import LEADs, ACCOUNTs, CONTACTS, etc.
I have a LEADs file (exported from SF to csv) that I'm trying to import into ZOHO. All fields are mapped and I get no error on submission. However, I get no confirmation email that the import was successful and the import doesn't show in Import History. Of course, the data doesn't show up in LEADs either. I've seen several questions on this in the forum with support requesting a copy of the file. I sent an extract to support@zohocrm.com yesterday, but I've not gotten a reply. I've now made several

Hi. I am trying to import some 3000 tasks in my Zoho CRM system. While Importing, in the csv file, I have added a column called "Contact ID", which I am mapping to 'Related To' field in tasks while importing. This 'Contact ID' has the IDs of contacts in my existing Zoho CRM system. When the file is imported, all the tasks are added but are not getting associated to the respective 'Contact Id' which I provided in the csv and in the Related To field while mapping. Access to limited number of contacts in database
I have a 4000 contacts in my database with 5 salespeople needing access to the contact information. Knowing that each contact is identified by salesperson and county, how do I allow each salesperson to view and edit only their accounts and not the complete database?

How do I import contacts from ContactManager to Zoho CRM?
I'm surprised they don't sync automatically. Is there an easy way to use both or must I use separately? It seems as if it wouldn't make sense to use both as one would have to do twice the work. I hope I'm missing something and that I can get help with this concern. I'm also wondering if there's a way to export ALL contacts simultaneously to a CSV file. From other posts I've learned that I may have to create a report. After having done so I see that I can only export 100 at a time which is inefficient

Hello, I am trying to clean up my Zoho records and need help preserving email history. Currently, I am using the Zoho Outlook plug-in to attach emails to the appropriate lead or opportunity in the CRM. Potentials to Accounts
We have partners that we work with who refer new clients to us. I have always created these new clients as potentials under the partner company on our CRM. This means that i can track how well our partners are referring work to us easily, as the potential list just grows and grows. However when one of those potentials converts I can't work out how to create an account? As this is not new work for the 'Partner' but a completely new client, can you advise me? i am having problems importing contacts: i have tried several times but i only get the error message "could not import due to missing mandatory fields, despite having matched all the fields to the appropriate columns in the sheet.. Because the SIC field type is currently declared as type integer, the display values have an inserted "," at each thousand order of magnitude. That is a bug. The field should hold a text string.
Is it possible to show fields from an organization in Contacts?
Hi, I have a custom field (Peer Group) in my Accounts list. Sometimes I want to mass e-mail all people who are part of Accounts that are part of, say, Peer Group 2. I was looking for a way to show Peer Group in the Contacts based on how each contact has a link to an Account, but can't find this. Does anyone know if this is possible? In relational databases, typically you can do this kind of operation, but I'm not so sure here.
Contact data entry page freeze problem
Fellow users, When entering or modifying account contact data, Zoho screen freezes on the entry page despite the fact the save button had been pressed. If you press it multiple times with the hope to exit the page, it creates multiple entries of the same contact. Could Zoho support team please fix up this problem as it is frustrating to use and only way to get out is by refreshing the page a few times before it returns to the Home screen.

Hi, I'm trying to set up a work flow trigger, so that when I've converted my lead into a potential, and then change the status to 'quote given' it then sets an automatic reminder in my tasks to then follow that potential up after X amount of days.
Adding a call back time
Hi, All I want to do is go to a lead and add a call back time and reminder i.e. "Today at 13:45". And at 13:40 (for example) it pops up a reminder. If the prospect is not in I can just make a note and duplicate the entry changing the time to say "15:30". When I go to the lead and add 'new task' it only gave me a date i.e. not a time. We provide CPR classes/seminars to our clients, both in house to the public, and on site to corporations. How to determine the source of the Web To Lead form
We have generated two Web to Lead forms. One is for scheduling product demos and another is for requesting an account on our service. We are a small company and all leads are assigned to one lead owner at the moment. When I click Approve Leads, I see a list of all the leads and there doesn't seem to be a way to differentiate the source form from where the lead details were submitted. Is there any feature that helps sort these leads based on source of lead data submission?
