Adding fields to the Potentials bar
I'd like to add the "Client Type" field to the default fields shown on the Potentials tab so i can easily sort by client type. I've tried what I think should be the right way to do it, to no avail. Can anyone provide some insight into adding new fields?
Web to Lead Integration with Google Sites
I tried posting this earlier but the post disappeared. We are using Zoho CRM's web to lead integration with our Google Site. As a basic setup, it's working okay but we need to be able to capture which contact form the user filled in so we know which content they downloaded. There are various methods for this which all seem to require editing the HTML. Google Sites doesn't care for us editing the HTML and in fact rejects our changes, saying that there are invalid tags which are then removed. As a
Separating Leads, Contacts & Accounts
I find that unlike other Sales CRMs, in ZOHO - Leads, Contacts & Accounts have the same fields to fill. Thats a bit too confusing. How do we customise or change that?
Create a Custom Field
I've read in the instructions that you should be able to create your own custom fields. In the Customization section you click on the "fields" tab. Then you should be able to click the "New Custom Field" button which is next to the "Map Fields" button and the "Map Dependency Fields" button. I do not see a "New Custom Field" button. We really need a "Company Name" Field in our "Contacts" Tab section. There is only a contact name in the Contact information section. I am the administrator as I set up
New user Notification emails not sending
I've just set up a new group of users and non of the notification e-mails are sending out at the minute. Can some one please clarify why this is an issue?
New Task "popup" needs to be bigger
When adding a new task from a potential, it will display a new task input popup window. But its too small (width). Please make it at least double the width. Or make all new tasks jump to the regular task input form (rather than pop-up).
URL to refer an record (i.e. potential, leads)
Currently, there is no easy way to refer a specific potential using URL. For example, I want to email my co-worker to look at a specific potential record/entry. It would be easiest if I can simply provide that URL, but currently URL will not refer back to same potential entry.
Error message when customising
I am trying to customise an area of Zoho today. When I click on 'Setup' and then 'Customisation' the following error keeps appearing: [Exception in:/jsp/common/setupInner.jsp] null I have not seen this before and have customised extensively. Any ideas?

Adding colums to the Product Tab
Hello, I wonder if it is possible to add colums (for custom fields) to the product tab. At the moment, only the product name is displayed, However this is by far not sufficient for my current needs... I tried the "related list" customization, however this only modifies the columns displayed e.g. for products added to certain contacts. I appreciate any help!
Using a non Zoho Web Form to Lead

Adding sales consultants
Hi, I have a sales consultant working with my company for 3 months. I want him to be able to add his leads, potentials, contacts etc but, I don't at this time wish for him to access existing data, or at least no be able to take it away. How should I set him up? My company is a B2B sales organization. We get paid a percentage of each sale. Currently ZoHo CRM will only calculate a dollar value for each product sold. We sell thousands of products and to get any sort of benefit from this field / data I'd have to calculate the commission for each and every product. PLEASE add a commission % calculation!

Can't add more than ten custom fields
Hello, I subscribe to the Standard Edition and believe that I should be able to create 130 custom fields per module (at least that's what it says on the fields customization page). But if I try to create more than ten fields (I'm working with contacts and they are all text fields) then I get an error which tells me that I can't add any more custom fields (i.e. the eleventh) and which 'invites' me to upgrade my subscription. What gives? Chris

Address Bar - URL Format - Links
I've noticed in my short time using the CRM that as I navigate through the different areas, the address bar at the top doesn't always relate directly to what I'm looking at. In some cases, I'm looking at a contact and I want to copy and paste the link for that contact to someone else in my company. However, the link in the address bar isn't a direct link to that contact. Is there a setting or some way to fix this? Thanks!
Auto-select and Auto-populate from Dropdowns
Hello, We're new to the whole CRM process. I uploaded all of our 8000+ accounts and all of our contacts to Zoho and was able to get them to link within the account screen. Assignment and Workflow Rules using Gmail Gadget
I'm trying to create either a workflow rule or an assignment rule which fires when a lead is created using my Zoho Gmail gadget. Neither one seems to be working. They are both set to fire on create. BCC dropbox not available, despite being an administrator and it being part of my package
This is most frustrating - BCC dropbox is a feature on our subscription package. I'm the account admin. When I try to set it up is says 'insufficient priviliges, please contact your administrator' Grr Then I've emailed support, 'Yogesh' and others and not had a reply. Not Permitted - TO DO ANYTHING!
I recently set up Zoho CRM, and have added the IP addresses of my ipad4 and galaxy, but I am not being allowed to send an email to my clients, from computer, or devices. The devices seem to only have read permissions, I can't add a client, or email them. I have tried to work with the user permissions tabs but it is not making sense. I want to be able to do everything on each of my devices, can you help? I have made an email template and want to send it out urgently.

In CRM: long values are displayed in a single unbroken line on microsoft windows. Therefore,a horizontal scroll bar appears at the bottom of the screen. It would be much more convenient if the values could appear wrapped.
Custom Lead Sources on iPad Add
Hello, I want to customize the lead sources on the iPad app. I didn't see a way to do it, so I customized them on the website, expecting the updated list to sync to the iPad. I've tried everything short of deleting the app and reinstalling it, but no joy. the list stays as it was. Any ideas on what to do? Thanks!
