Problems with "Error:null"
Hi We got problems within the descriptionsfield today. It worked fine until just now where we all got the "Error:null" message when trying to update the descriptionfields. Is this a known problem, and do you know when it will be solved?

Map lookup for address fields
Anyone know if there's a way to facilitate clicking on an address field and have it perform a lookup to Google Maps, or any other mapping service?
Dashboard Components Not Displaying
Is anyone else having display issues with Dashboard Components. When I or any of our users go to a Dashboard, not all of the graphic images in the defined Components display. The issue is random. Hitting F5 forces the page to reload and the results will be different, but not all of the Components are displaying. Anyone else seeing this problem? Thanks.

I often want to share my notes about an event / phonecall with someone else. Now I have to copy past or print it out to pdf to share it. Couldn't you make an opion to share the details of the activity with someone else by e-mail, be it user or non user of Zoho?

Unable to use an email template in 'Calls' section to email to a Contact or in relation to Call as an activity
Hi I created an email template as I wanted to email details of the telephone call to a contact. I went into email template, Calls, found the data I was looking for such as Call Start Time, Call Purpose, Subject, Description etc. Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to do anything with this as I cannot access the template from within Contacts or access the email of the contact or account from within Activities/Calls. Formula Not Working In Zoho CRM
I created a formula for my marketing campaign that calculate conversion rates but for what ever reason it will not update the field (conversion rate) and just show up as blank. Here's the formula. num sent / actual reps one = conversion rate

A simple solution for a proper business please
Hi, I would like to be able to print out a document for my site engineers that shows the case and the customers full details etc. It would be even great if it showed pass cases. I tried to create a report but I cannot find away of only showing one contact or account. I am sure there is an answer as we cannot be the only company trying to use zoho in a face to face business.
Allow Pulse to track changes in Quotes, Sales Orders and Invoices
I would like the Pulse feature to track sales orders, quotes, and invoices by subject line. As a manager, the subject line is usually a project and this would allow for quick status updates without having to open each individual module. We have 3 people accessing the same email address. Can we set up 3 users and use the 1 email address to send & receive emails?
Automation Rules in Cases
Zoho, I'm trying to write a rule for Cases that sends out a notification when the Comments field is updated. I'm able to set the Field update portion of the Rule perfectly. Unfortunately, under Rule Criteria, the "Comments" field is unavailable in the drop-down. Please make the "Comments" field from Cases available under Rule Criteria, so we can specify who receives notifications.

Emails Going to Spam Folders
Hi, has anyone created an email template and tested it on a few prospects/clients only to find that all emails go into junk folders? I sent several attempts even to myself and they all land in my junk folder. Not great if you are trying to mail prospects. Also there is a pretty long delay before they go out. Could it be that they come from out of country? Any suggestions for this? Thanks

Find duplicates
With > 15.000 records in CRM I try to find all duplicaties. With "delete duplicates" you can find all records with the same telephone number, company and e-mail. But, why isn't it possible to find duplicaties on "name"? Its the most important field, i think!!

Logging Skype calls
I am able to start a Skype call from within Zoho CRM, and make my call. However, even though I started the call from the contact page, the call is not logged. Is this a feature that is available, or am I doing something wrong?
Import Leads doesnt work

How to rename Tabs a second time???
Hi, I am trying to customize my implementation and have been struggling with changing the names of the tabs. I have tried several different terms for "Leads" "Prospects", but I can't seem to change the name back to something I have tried before. (If I try this I get an error message that the proposed new tab name is a "duplicate" tab name, even if it is something I had tried before but am not using now. Is there any way to fix this or work around it?

We use Zoho as our tracking on our contacts and wanted to start a rewards type program to offer contacts incentives when using our services more than x number of times. Does Zoho have any tracking that can accommodate this? We would like to know when a user has attended X number of classes or reward based on loyalty etc...

hi we'll be importing our contacts from goldmine crm since in zoho we need to import accounts and contacts separatley... how is it mapping contacts with accounts? is it just using the same 'account id' when importing? what about importing tasks, etc... and maping them with its accounts? thanks a lot

Sort a view by last name
I am trying to edit my view for leads so that it organizes it alphabetically by last name. All I can get it to do is sort it by first name.
Mail List under contacts
Is there a way to see both CRM sent mail and mailbox mail in one list under each contact? Like an 'All Mail' selection? Switching between the two is very cumbersome.
