Website Integration | Web to Lead form
We have multiple web to lead forms for different websites. I want to be able to know where that lead come from? Like which web form was used. I added few values in "lead source", for example Website X, Website Y, Website Z. While a lead generates from Website X then the lead source should automatically set as "Website X" but this field should not get displayed in the web form. Synchronizing Calendars using Cloudworks
I am very disappointed to find out that the true synchronization between ZCRM and Google Calendar has now been outsourced to a third party. The net result is that after waiting for 3 years for this to happen the only way to get true calendar sync functionality is to pay a 3rd party $120 per year. Really? I confess that I do not understand why the ZCRM team could not solve this on their own. Now you want your users to grant a third party access to our accounts and increase the exposure for security
Using non supported variables in inventory templates
I am trying to add the following 2 variables in the Quote Template ${Contacts.Email} ${Contacts.Phone} And I guess because they are not in the quote section of CRM, they don't allow them to be in the quote template. I just want to be able to reference the phone and email of the contact that is on the quote. I tried to add the fields to quote, but they do not dynamically link to those 2 fields. Any Ideas? Thanks! "Please enter a valid Website" error when there's a trailing slash
If you copy/paste a website URL into an Website field (e.g. on an account) and it has a trailing slash, ZOHO responds with "Please enter a valid Website". A URL that has a trailing slash is valid and should be accepted by ZOHO.
100 leads/contacts per page - REALLY?
Is there a way that I can checkmark leads from different pages and send them an email? Basically, it would be creating a mailing list by selecting specific leads. It is VERY FRUSTRATING that I am supposed to create a new "View" every time I want to contact specific leads. Most of the time it is IMPOSSIBLE to even create a "View" that works for us. Grateful for any good tips!

Exporting Leads
I need to export my leads but only half of them show up when I export them. I have over 6,000 customers in my CRM but when I export it to MS Excel there are only 3000 of them showing up! I can see that the leads that won't export are in the CRM still but they will not export. Any ideas as to why I can not export these other 3,000 customers?

Alphabetize Pick Lists in customized filters
Hi there. Just started customizing ZOHO CRM for our business use to monitor sales progress. However, in all the filter drop down lists (Leads, reports, etc), the criteria are not in alphabetical order. Since we are using lots of custom fields, this makes it very difficult to get the customized fields we need quickly. Is there any way that these fields can be alphabetized? Thanks

I accidentally entered a couple dozen vendors as accounts. I would now like them to be correctly classified as vendors. Anyone know an automated way to do that? Or do I have to re-keystroke?

changing a field's data type to help prevent record duplication? (Account Name and lookup behaviors)
Is there any way that I as an administrator in Zoho CRM can modify the Account Name field used on the Create Account screen? This stems from wanting users to have to do a lookup against existing account names, rather than just typing in a name when creating an account. I'd like to be able to do the same thing with Last Name on the Create Contact screen. I realize that ideally if a user has entered the Create Account or Create Contact screen they are correct that they need to create a new account

Leads who have declined - Don't want services
What do I do to the leads that have declined and don't think we would be a good fit? I would like to keep them in our database to reference past communications, but don't know how to separate them. Thank you!
Multiple groups
I have two distinctly different groups of leads and I do NOT want them to overlap. I wouldn't want an email intended for one group to go the someone in the other group. is there a way to separate the groups or label them so that they are separate and distinct groups?
Adding Account Owner to the Business Card View of a Potential?
I would like to have the Account Owner field appear on the Business Card View for our Potentials. I am able to add Account Name to that view, but I do not see a way to also have Account Owner appear. Oportunities - How to administrate closings and losses
Hi, first of all sorry for my english (i'm from Argentina). I will try to make myself clear about my doubt. I create oportunities for all my "possible closings". When I do a commercial proposal, I create an oportunity. The problem I'm having is that when our service is Sold or NOT sold, every oportunity stays where it is. I mean, if the we cannot make the sell, the oportunity stays there (like not sold). How can i administrate my oportunities so when the closing is done or not done, I can "erase"

Mass Update Negative Integet
I've created a customer field of type integer. I now would like to select appropriate records and do a mass update to a negative value. The system doesn't allow me to. I can open each record individually and set them one by one to a negative number. But mass update does not work. Error message is, "Please enter a valid (field_name)" Any advice?

Making Web Forms Fields Mandatory
Is there a way to make all the fields on a custom web form within Zoho CRM mandatory? I noticed that when the "Company" field was left blank, a pop up box warned me that it needed to be filled in. However, I was able to proceed with the submission when the "email" field was blank. Thank You

I am in a trial professional version of the CRM. I have been testing out the web to lead , and web to contact forms. The web to contact form seems to work fine, however, the web to lead form is not sending the data into the CRM? The manual approval is turned off. I deleted the form, and made a new one, no issues. It is also not sending me an email notification. Also, when manual approval is turned on, where does one go to approve? Thanks
