Allow setting to convert skype: URLs to callto: URLs
Using the more generic callto: URLs would allow customers using other VOIP providers, like RingCentral, to click phone numbers to initiate calls. We wrote a Chrome plug-in to convert skype URLs; however, since Zoho creates the URL with javascript after DOM is ready, it's not possible to rewrite them with a plug-in.

Hi, I am new in Zoho CRM. I have created a new event under Activity. In that form I have added one custom field called Room name. The type of the field is pick list. I have used a virtual receptionist service in the past to take calls and enter messages and leads into a google doc form that populated a spreadsheet. I am no looking to integrate this into Zoho, however, I am trying to figure out the best way to approach the issue. Zoho only has web to lead, case, or contact. How to list the title (responsibility) of a person in the contact list?
To make it short, if you go to an account, you see a list of contacts for that specific accounts. You see their name and numbers, but there is no way to differenciate their function in the company unless you open them individually which is time consuming. We would like their title (function in their respective company) to be listed next to their name and phone in the list. This way we can easily identify the director, developer, or accountant and be able to know who to contact for specific issues

Change discount calculation
Hello Zoho team and others, I tought I finally managed to create my perfect invoice template when I realise that one operation isn't right. The problem comes from a specific discount in the total. It's a discount that will just influence the VAT and NOT the Grand Total. I show you with an example, that will be more easy to understand. my sub total excl VAT is 1000 € My "specal" discount is 2% ==> 20 € So my VAT(21%) will be: (1000-20) * 0.21 = 205.8 € Up to that, there is no problem.

We have an account with three users, one user can login on the iPad app. Another user gets this error: "CRM Mobile add-on is disabled for your account" Any ideas? User Permissions
I just created a new user that is setup as a manager. I'd like this user to only see certain leads or potentials, preferably ones that have been assigned in her name. This of course would restrict her from seeing information that has not been assigned to her. I can't figure out how to change permission so that this is possible.

Is there a way to convert a contact back to a lead? We mistakenly entered some potential customers into contacts instead of leads. This was done with many contacts, so if you have any idea on how to do this on a large scale it would be really helpful. Thanks.
importing leads in overide mode
I should be able to select what field i want to check against when importing leads in overide mode. I don't always have an e-mail for leads being created and so i have no way to import info for these leads without duplicating all of them. I don't know how hard it would be to allow me to select any field in the crm to check against but this is something i would like to see.
