How long takes to receive data in ZOHO from a web form
Hello dear Zoho team. I did a web form in order to keep the data from a web site to Zoho CRM. Right now we are using the free version. My question is: How long takes to see the data in Zoho Possible Clients when you fill a form from a website? I did a test and I haven't seen the data iin Zoho. Thank you in advance.
PDF export stopped working
Hi, We cannot create a PDF that will open from within a Sales order, the feature has stopped working for all our users. The PDF created is corrupted: PDF reader says the file may be damaged or an unsupported file type. I have tried in Adobe Reader and Nitro PDF with the same results. Anyone have this problem? Two fields by the same name in the same module
Is it possible to have two fields by the same name in the same module? It doesn't seem possible. Other crms allow you to do this because you can choose the field name and display name.
Error:Null in Custom Text Area
Currently have eleven (11) custom fields of type Text Area. One particular Text Area field only allows 132 characters. The addition of characters results in Error:Null. For testing I have the same exact paragraph (964 characters) in the other 10 Text Area fields and the first 132 of 964 in the field of concern. As a result it does not seem to be a special character issue. I thought it might be an overall record size issue but I can append additional characters to the other 10 Text Area fields

Workflow automation - task reminders have fixed time - need to be relative!
We're trying to create workflow rules now. We need very simple thing: if new posibility is created with stage=Pending - there should be automaticly created task with immediate pop-up reminder As you can see on attached screenshot - we can do everything except the last part "immediate pop-up reminder", because there is only a possibility to set fixed time in reminder setup for automaticly created task. What if the rule condition will be executed after that time - reminder will never pop-up?

Show Total Value of Products linked to a Potential
I'm still a Zoho newbie but I cannot seem to find a way to take the sum of the unit values for products linked to a single Potential and have them show anywhere on the Potential record that they are attached to. I am able to create the info in a matrix report where it shows me the sum of the unit prices for all the linked products by potential but would really like this value to show up on the actual Potential record also instead of having to manually calculate and key-in an amount for the Potential
Zoho CRM - user problems
Hi there, Our ZOHO CRM account has 3 users. 2 user accounts are fine. As for the other, I updated the user account details, and now the zoho formate/information/templates etc it can access are our old setup. Why does this happen and how can it be fixed? Thanks
Automation rules not working
I have created a rule that should update a custom field in accounts. Basically if account type changes to "live customer" and the update date is today set the "last paid" custom field to today's date. I have also tried "execution date" No luck.

Web to Lead not working
My web to lead form is not working. It worked fine until I did a simple edit (removed two questions) to it this morning. I have edited it before without any problems. Automatic reminder for task - is it possible to set relative time of reminder?
I'm creating a rule in workflow automation to automatically create a task on a specific condition, however I need to remind a assignee with a pop-up as soon as the task is created, however as you can see on attached screenshot - I can only set specific time of the day, so if the rule condition will happen after that time - reminder will not be activated. So, please let me know how can I set a reminder time relative to task creation as it's being created automatically upon rule conditions?
Problem importing data - Character limit in the Description field for cases
In the cases field I was able to write a long description, even a few pages long 10,000 characters no problem in the description field. However, I tried to import a case with a long description about 10,000+ characters long using import (both migrate and the import command in the case view) and I was only able to import 3,000 characters out of the 10,000 long description field in my csv file. Is there a fix for this? Or is this a limitation? Please let me know how I can import various cases that

CRM task manager- is there a way of checking progress of tasks allocated to staff?
Its all very well allocating tasks to staff, but thats the last you hear about it. What would be good is if, when the staff member completes the task, we get a message: task A has been completed by staff member B. or, even better, Task C (name of task) allocated to staff D is overdue Can this be done?

Are 2 fields with the same name in the same module possible?
It doesn't appear possible for me to have two fields with the same name in the same module. I need to do something like Company A and Company B or Telephone A and Telephone B. It would appear that Zoho does not allow me to give the field a different value the way most forms work. Sugar CRM allows you to do this. The display name is just that, not the actual field value. Someone please tell me I'm wrong. I really like Zoho, but I need the ability to do this.

As of today 2/25/13, my web lead integration has stopped working. The return URL is being called, but the Customer email is not being sent and the lead entry is not being made. Has something changed?
Multiple Contacts attached to an event
I want to record that multiple Contacts attended an Event. I can do that by adding them as 'Invitees', but then when I look at the Contact record of each Invitee it does not associate them with the event under their Activities list. Am I missing something?

How come the zoho viewer is not working? When I go to view a document- like cv or fee sheet- I like to do the viewer i/s of downloading the doc. Not working- looks like it is working – goes to new page and then “loading” starts but never stops.

I have two LEADS data bases. Call them 1 and 2. "1" has all the updated information I need. "2" has all the same names but not the updates and each database has a different distinct name. When I try to delete "2", it deletes "1" as well. I have followed the directions and suggestions from ZOHO and I must be missing something. Ideas?
Task Priority Sort
The default task priority sort appears to be alphabetical. When I customize the priority and do not select alphabetical sort, I still get an alphabetical result: High Highest Normal Low Lowest One would expect Highest to be the top priority, followed by High, then Normal, then Low and finally Lowest. There is 2 contacts in the same CRM but they do not match !
It is in the title : There is 2 contacts in the same CRM but they do not match ! I turn to the forum to try to get help. I ask the regular way. Without answer, I turn to the escalading demand. Same : no proper answer… Zoho seems full of promises but so many flaws. This one is very interesting : Within the Zoho CRM, there is 2 different contact lists. That's great, but the trouble is that they don't match… One has got 7 contacts and the other has got 200 and that are not even the same contacts…!
How to display all added sections?
Hi, can you also tell me how to display added sections in my page? I've added 8 additional sections to "Cases" but they do not display on the case page (only the three original sections which I've also renamed.). When I follow the instructions for editing the page layout, the new sections are not listed in the drag and drop window, only the original items are listed (Open Activities, Closed Activities and Attachments).
