Zoho CRM does not appear in GMail GoogleApps Menu
Hi I have created a new User in Zoho CRM. However, when that user logs into GMail, the Zoho CRM link does not appear in the "Other Apps" menu in Gmail. How can we get this to appear? Thanks Gene

Hi, it would be useful to develop the notion of "Account Location" for every Account. In our business all of our Accounts have multiple Locations and we can have multiple Potentials per Account Location. Customizing Potentials
We are going to start using the Potentials area of ZohoCRM to capture information. One of the default/mandatory fields is "Potential Name". Instead of having this as a free-form field I would like to change this field to be a picklist with preset values. Is there any way this can be done? Ideally we want to run reports based on certain types of product we are selling. I realize I can create a customized field to capture this information but would like to use the existing field if possible.

Problem with layout qotation
Hello, I use CRM to manage sales and when I do my estimate, there are two columns to the right. One with my product price, and another with the final price sold to the customer. And I'd like to have only one column with the price sold to the customer. Why? Imagine I have a product worth 10 euros but I sell to customer X to 9 euros, while I can also sell to the customer there for 12 euros. Therefore, the customer sees that Y I increased the price. I have been trying to get Zoho to work for the business I work for. We need to invoice several dozen items for each customer each day and we need to run through approximately 35 customers each morning.
