Outlook Plug in
Howdy- I have two users linked to the @metacomm.com.au ID. When I go to Subscriptions to activate the Outlook Add- in it tells me I am trying to activate the add-in "for more users which exceeds my license limit." I have searched the site but everything seems to indicate I can use this toolset for 3 users or less. Thanks for your help! Brian Clark

help can't access activities (tasks views bug)
i've created a new view with a contact criteria since then each time i click on the activities tab it opens the same page inside the previous tab endlessly (see screenshot attached), i can't access my views of my activities, also in the setup you can manage views for every tabs/objects but not for activities (tasks and events)... i tried in firefox, IE 6&7, and on different computers... what can i do beside crying??? do i need to start a new zoho CRM or is there a way to fix it??? Creating task over 100 days Out
I went to the workflow section in CRM and setup several tasks that auto-generate when we create Quotes, Sales Orders, etc... I wanted to create one for Invoicing also to create a task that notifies us to send out another Invoice 365 days from now. Our service has an yearly bill cycle to it and wanted to do this so that we don't forget to invoice customers again. When I went to put in 365 in the Workflow Task Days Box, it only allowed 2 digits. Web Lead Capture - inserts 2 records

Signature stopped working
When I save my signature, it isn't there when I press "signature" again. Does not show up when I try to create a template either. The strange thing is that this has been working since I started using Zoho CRM. Best regards, Magnus

Missing in Zoho CRM

There are 3 things that I would like to improve. 1° Acces to the calendar by a tab. 2° Different colours for different users items in the calendar. 3° Real e-mail integration. (Zoho mail?) Problem importing date field
Hi there, I have created several custom fields in the Leads Section , one of which is called "Last Action Date". Now I am trying to import data from my csv file. Originally I h Zoho CRM warns me that the date has to be in MM/dd/YYYY format for the imports to be succesful. I've made sure that it is so....but my date field does not import. Working out of Asia the addresses usually requires 2 or 3 lines to be correct, I have added for example Billing address 2 and Billing address 3 to the account information, however when I create a new contact I have to manually fill in both lines on the contacts Mailing address, it is not automatically updated. Help..... I need to export a report (from my Zoho Contacts) with the first name field. I use the file for our monthly eNewsletter. The "First Name" field is used to personalize the eNewsletter. Hello, The auto reply feature on web to case does not aloow you to respond with a Case number or other data relevant to the case - only what is input on the form. This creates an issue when we want our customer to know their case number immediately so both ticket systems can be in sync. calclusentropy
Case Module --> Account Name field
Support, Hello. Adding Account name to the case module in the Q2 release was quite helpful thanks. It would be even more helpful if this field were usable on reports and work flow. As it stands i am unable to to report by client account , or kick off reminder emails to me customers. calclusentropy
Folders not showing up
I created a template-folder only visible to a certain role. But the users with that role cannot see the folder in the "email templates" part in setup, so all templates in the folder are unavailable for editing. The folder shows up when sending a mail. Any ideas? Magnus Aleksandersen

Does Zoho plan on releasing a support module that is integrated with Zoho CRM and the Case Portion of CRM? For example, if a customer submits a case via a web page, they could check the status of that ticket? Does Zoho plan on Creating a component call Zoho Case or something of that nature? Thanks! Attach constantly used file to emails
I now have a tweaked version of the Quote Template working and it's awesome now. I am now just emailing the PDF directly from Zoho to the customer so that they can get the contract and sign it for us. There is one catch, I also attach a PDF called a "Master Services Agreement" which is a 6 page Legal Jargon and Offerings doc that does not change. I have to constantly browse for the document on my computer and when I upload it, it renames the file to D__Documents_Master_Services_Agreement.pdf because
