Populate To: Field when Sending Quote via Email
Whenever I send an email from Zoho Quotes, I have to manually type in the contact's email address vs it giving me the option to pull it from that contact or the system. Is there plans of maybe giving a drop down or look up for the contact? Thanks! Stephen Crescenti Email Cleaners, Inc.
CRM Administrators share same secret question!
We just discovered that the admins for our ZohoCRM share the same secret question! This is a BAD thing. Administrators should have their own fields in the database and not be sharing them. Please fix this immediately. Dennis Daniels

activities BUG
i've created a new view with a contact criteria since then each time i click on the activities tab the same tab popup in the old tab endlessly, i can't access my views of my activities, also in the setup you can manage views for every tabs/objects but not for activities (tasks and events)... what can i do beside crying??? borked tab order in contact data entry

"Vendors" Added to New "Lookup" Field Type?
I wanted to add a new field for my "Leads" tab called "Currently Using" and then tie that into competitor's information that I have stored in the "Vendor" tab (which I've renamed as "Vendor or Competitor"). However, when I selected "Lookup" as the Field Type, "Vendors" is not available as a "Lookup Type." Is there anything I can do to get this added? Thanks! Kris Thomason

BUG! - Opp View Contact Last Name Only
We have a custom view in "Opportunities" that displays among other things, the contact associated with the Opp. Recently (as in the last couple days) we noticed two problems with this column: 1. The column header says "Opportunity Name" instead of "Contact Name" 2. The column only displays the last name of the contact, and it is not "clickable" as it used to be. Looks like there might be some field mapping that is off or something. At least we know that the second column labeled "Opportunity Name"

Rename Additional User ID
Hi I made mistake while adding user name/id under my accounts. Instead using our domain name for the email, I entered totally different domain name which is I don't owned. Why it could happen? Our company name contain two word and our domain name is the combination of those two words. But I accidentally use the first word as the user domain name which is I'm not the owner of the domain. Sales Order View Page - No more "Contact" data.
I am in the Sales Order View page (summary page showing all records) and ever since the mainenance the "Contact Name" column has been completely blank on all existing and new sales orders I create. Even though when I click on the order I see the Contact name added to the record, it still does not show in the view area. It also does not pick up the Contact name in my Inventory templates. Why is this happening? I really need the column filled in with the names and I can't create reports by name either.

Create Users - don't recieve emails with passwords
We have just started using ZOHO CRM and it looks good. However, I have added 2 employees through the admin (users). They never received the activation/password email. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Without their passwords, they have no way of logging into ZOHO CRM and thus this is useless to us. Please help, thanks!

Hi, last week, I created a ZOHO CRM account, only to find me locked out a few days later. After typing in the CORRECT email address (I'll get to that later) and the CORRECT password, I got the message "Invalid ZOHO ID / password". I know 100% sure that login and password were correct. Great. So I had a new password sent to me and when I tried to change this mnemonic wonder of "IdPzHWAl" back to the password I had set up before, I got the completely inaccurate error message "Old Password is incorrect."

big mistake - translation of first name/last name
i'm a french user, in the translation in french "last name" and "first name" are switched position, for "last name" translation is "nom" (not "prénom" which is "first name") and so for "first name" it's "prénom" (not "nom" which is "last name"), the mistake has been done everywhere in the contact but also in the setup (for users) as well as the leads, please be aware of it and thank you for your great crm, sincerely seb Sébastien JAFFRE
Quote Print Issues
After creating a quote and then viewing in print or .pdf Zoho shows the product code to be the same for the first two lines, however shows the correct description for the products. It appears to push down the remaining product codes to the next lines so that all the product codes are wrong. I have double checked the individual products to make sure that they are correct and they are. If you edit the quote then everything is fine it is just a problem in print or .pdf view. Please help
Tracking of account
There must be a better way of tracking the account and the contacts. You should have a tracking module that keeps track ow all notes taken down about an account. This note-pad should be possible to filter by person who wrote the note, by contact and by date. Automatically when a note is added the contact and time is added in the notes forrm, just like a "time-stamp". OK? Per Dahlen

Contact Limits
What is the limit on the number of contacts you can have in CRM? I have a customer that I am suggesting Zoho CRM to but they have a large 60K prospect list they need to use with their CRM software. Can ZCRM handle that many? I know you can only import 1k at a time but if I do 60 batches of imports is there going to be a problem?

Deleted Report Schedule won't stop emailing
I was testing how to use the Report module and created a daily report to be emailed to me through the Report Scheduler. I left it for a few days and it worked perfectly. Reports were emailed to me on time every day. However, I have since deleted that report schedule but continue to receive report emails everyday. I can't seem to turn it off. Hi! The custom views I create, and set Accessibility Details ---> allow the following users to view this Custom View ---> 1 role / "Show this Custom View only to me.", turn up in different roles view-list. So: other users, with different roles than mine, gets my views and visa versa. How to merge duplicates in suppliers tab?

Seperate Teams, Single Reports
A quick question -- is the following possible? We have three sales teams (EMEA, Americas, AisaPac) who work independently and for historical and cultural reasons must NOT be able to see each others' accounts info. However, all teams answer to the same director, who MUST be able to see all accounts and single, consolidated reports covering all three regions, as well as region-by-region. I can't see how to do this -- is it possible? zoho
