URL functionality
Hi, I am using your product and I am very happy with it. When I enter a website address in the URL contact field, I normally use the whole URL address (with http://). Apparently, this is causing troubles when I click on the links in my contacts as it will reproduce and duplicate the http:// and lead me to an error page. For example: I enter the website data of a contact like this: http://www.example.com When it is recorded and I click on the link created it takes me to: http://http://www.example.com

Importing Records
Hi, I am using your product and I love it. However, I encountered a problem trying importing contacts from Excel. I made sure that the list has not more than a 1000 contacts and my excel application was closed. When I import my contacts it succesfully maps the fields but at importing it just shows the "importing bar" and does not finish the job. Thanks, Roberto Roberto Wohlgemuth

Web To Leads - Using Multiple Email Templates
I have two web sites (a company site and a product-specific site) that both have web to lead forms on them. I'm trying to get each form to send an email using a different template, i.e., The company site will send a "Partner" response email template and the product site will send a "Thanks for buying" email. I've tried using the workflow setting without success. Any help here would be much appreciated.
missing essentials
I currently use Daylite on my Mac, but decided to see what else was out there that might work better with my iPhone. Daylite is supposed to have syncing soon, but it's not there yet and it's frustrating. I am impressed with Zoho CRM, and I really like the ease of sharing data with co-workers, I'm going to stick with Daylite for now as it has a few things I can't live without. But, I am going to check back with the online CRM scene every few months to see where it's at as I could definitely see this

Returns to wrong list view
When I select a non-default list view, and then from the resulting list, select a detail lead to view and then return to the list view after viewing a detail lead, the correct list view is displayed and the leads are in the same position on the list as they were previously. However when I Edit and save in the detail view and then back up, the list view changes back to the default view rather than the one I had previously selected. Global Search Options
I'm searching for keywords located in Notes or Mail associated with the contact. When I look at the options available for searching (on the home page, left) those aren't included. How do I make it search those entries as well? Thomas Mangum
Humble suggestion
In the forms, if you provide export and import, it would help in case if the user already have data pertaining to the form. For example, in account form, I will first export it as an excel sheet and thus I will get an excel template. I would then fill this excel sheet and then import into this form. This way I can save lots of time otherwise I would spent entering data I already have in some other application. Rafeek

hi - i am using the crm to manage my clients businesses and contacts. The nature of my business is advertising and hence collecting payments from clients on a regular basis. i want to be able to keep track of monthly payments made by each 'account' and compile a report at end of specified period. I can't seem to be able design such a configuration and if i add simple custom fields with payment info, they are not searcheable...Is there a solution to this? ryan

Accented characters in web-to-lead not displaying correctly
I've setup web-to-lead and works perfectly except for the accented characters, which are replaced by question marks in the Lead view within Zoho CRM. How con I prevent this, and make the system recognize the characters when they come from web-to-lead?
Encrypting the Web to Lead Data
Hello, Is there a simple way to encrypt the transfer of the Web Contact data as it is transferred over to Zoho.com? I've received some comments from contacts that this page is not secured / encrypted and their data could be compromised. I'm not that advanced of a developer. Charset - can we use our Hungarian characters somehow?
Hi, I am very beginners with ZohoCRM, which seems to be a great product. But because we have to use our own Hungarian language to storing information of contacts etc. where very special characters used like ó,ü, etc. some language or charset setting is required to produce professional emails, quotes and more. If we use web leads then we can lost the right names, etc. Can I set somehow this feature please? Our web-pages contains like this produce readable contents: <meta http-equiv="Content-Type"
Import accounts
Sorry to be a complete newb: I have looked for an answer, honest. When I try and import accounts from Outlook 2003, which I have saved to a .csv file, I get a message "Please check whether the file is a proper .xls or .csv ...blah blah" It is a proper .csv, the date format is OK, the top row is names, it's under 5Mg etc. So tried again, saved as xls and tried to import: same message.

Export All Data
As a backup we would like to export all the data in Zoho to a local folder, I see there is the option to do this section by section (in the setup Export All Data) but for ease is there a way to do it in bulk with just one button push. Gordon

restore task list to custom home page
I was playing around with customizing my home page and I closed the task list because I could not get it to move to where I wanted it. It is not listed as a component you can add. Is there a way to restore the default components of the customize home page??? :(

Being a user on more than one account
I have my clients use Zoho CRM for their databases. I do a lot of work on their databases and need to have access to them using my e-mail address so that when they assign a task they can have an e-mail notification sent to me. I have found that I can only use my e-mail address on one account because it is used as the User ID. Any suggestions as to how I can get around that?Thank you in advance. Lindsey Kauffman
