pdf file has incorrect words
Hi, I am using Chinese words in your system. Everything is fine but the only thing I found is if I make quatation, invoice...etc, all Chinese words will be incorrect in the pdf report. Could you solve this problem?
Question about Email
Is there a way to set up the system so that when i click on a leads email address from the CRM.ZOHO system that it could be sent from my email address jeff@clubtransit.com. My email address is used through the address "webmail.clubtransit.com" and was wondering if i could switch it so it doesn't go through Gmail but goes through my current system. Thus making me able to just click on a email address and it will automatically be sent from my current email system which is used on GoDaddy.com Thank
Customizing Quotes
Hi, I was wondering how to edit the Product Details section of the quote template. Our business needs to refer to a model and part number for each line item in order to quote, which I'd like to enter manually as a text area. I'm fine with leaving the Product Name as a general category, but I need to associate 2 open fields with each product line item. I was able to add a Model Number field and Part Number field in the Inventory Templates -> Quote Templates interface. However if I go back to the Quote
Include option to copy billing info to shipping
As opposed to copying and pasting all of the field data from one set to another please include an option to copy the billing and shipping or vice versa to populate the fields. thanks! Dennis dgd

It would be very nice if there was a place where templates created by other ZohoCRM users could post/share/(maybe sell?) their templates for sharing with other entrepreneurs... I'll post a couple today myself! :)
Sending multiple autoreply emails based on Web-to-Contact
currently, it is only possible to send an one single autoreply to all web-to-contact generated contacts. A nice feature would be sending one of many created email templates based on information contained in the Web-to-Contact. This would enable sending autoreply emails in the a specific language. I think that enabling workflow alert to newly created leads/contacts would also serve to solve this pronlem? Thanks Smyth
Invoices - Formatting
Hi There, I noticed that you have fixed some of the formatting on the invoices. Where it says account name and invoice status the formatting is now aligned. However, there is still a similar error to the previous one in the Grand Total line. Also, the terms and conditions and other free text boxes ignore carriage returns which means we cannot enter more than one paragraph of text. Could you address at these formatting issues too please? Congratulations on a continuing fantastic service and product!

Automatically Retrieving Purchase Order Items from Sales
Hi Is it possible in a PURCHASE ORDER to automatically retrieve any PRODUCT ITEMS that are checked NEED TO ORDER in the SALES ORDER section. Example have a field in SALES ORDER that says need to Order Yes or No and the Qty to order. If the field is checked yes the Purchase Order looks for any items to be ordered which can be filtered by Supplier Example When doing a Purchasr order for Supplier A. It searches all the Sales orders which contain products from this Supplier and lists all the items to
Can't go "Back" to previous page
If I'm on my home page, and click on a link in one of the components (e.g., an event in My Events), I go into the detail for that item. If I click back, I briefly (<1 sec) see the home page again but then it is immediately overlayed with the "Loading..." message and I'm brought right back to my detail page. There's not way to just go to the previous page. I've noticed this behavior in other parts of the system as well.

Hello, For those people not using Outlook for task management or those using other task management tools ( it is a flourishing field these days ), it would be interesting for ZohoCRM to offer a CVS import tool akin to what is used for importation of leads, accounts etc.. Mapping the cvs file fields to fields used in ZohoCRM tasks does not appear too difficult to accomplish. Thanks for conisidering this capability. It is difficult to track e-mail history. I send a e-mail in CRM but the response comes back into my e-mail client. I must physically copy and move the return e-mail responses from the CONTACT back into the CRM. How do I get around this? Edu_Dave

We need more granular control over placement of fields We also would like to see an option that sections in a form open up in a new window so as to not clutter one interface too much. user signature is not part of the choices in the email templ
Signatures are personal and should be included in outgoing emails but there is no field in the available merge field specifically calling for the user signature... Please include this in future releases so as to minimize confusion about whether or not to manually add to the email templates: ${User.First Name} ${User.Last Name} etc. What is really really needed is a preview of the email with ALL of the merge field data loaded to verify contents are accurate. thank you! task list: Administrator cannot view _all_ tasks
I just tested adding a task to a contact. When I went back to home and clicked 'view all tasks' I couldn't see the task that was just assigned to that contact. Therefore, 'View All Tasks' is not correct, it should read view _some_ tasks. I need to view ALL tasks across the entire CRM. How to convert contacts to leads? screencast please
The help docs talk about Converting leads to contacts but what about the other way around? You meet someone... they are just a contact... they eventually turn into a lead for more business... how do you convert them from a contact to a lead? Do I have to export that contact(s) as XLS and then reimport them as Leads?! Please advise as we've a number of these... A screencast would be most appreciated! thanks! Dennis Dennis Daniels

I don't know whether this is a problem or posssibly a feature request. When I try to book a meeting with a contact by clicking on the 'New Event' button in the 'Open Activities' section it does not list the event in the contact details.

Open Tasks view
On my home page I have the "Activities" component. Past Events show up when I Edit the Component and select "Open Tasks" or "My Open Tasks", even though they are not Tasks. Strangely, they do NOT show up if I select "All Tasks" (or maybe that's the part that's working correctly). Tom Golden
