SO duplication
Hello, there is an rror with your software, when I try to edit an order and I save it duplciated the order and doesnt change the one I originally wanted to change. can you help me please second I already sent you a message about this I have an autonumber to identify my orders, and every so often, it skips a number that has not been erased, why? Issue for creating links to other websites or files in Notes
Hi, i just wanted to report this problem, i recently tried to import notes from sugarCRM, with links and, it's impossible to create links to other websites. Actually it's not impossible but it creates a lot of problems between Notes and Open Activites, mainly problems of shape. Because the two ways i used to create links were <a href=' ....'></a> and <a href=" ...."></a> in both cases there were problems, I'm done, it was just to underline this fact, because sometimes it's useful to add links in
lead source fields
Hi! I modified my lead source fields for use when entering new leads... works fine. However, when I'm in accounts, if I want to change or correct the entry for lead source, the entries that show up are the original entries not the new list I created. Remedy? Thanks! Glenn Glenn M Sitter
one company with multiple locations
i have some leads which have one headquarters and numerous stores. I would like to have all the address data in zoho, but use the headquarters as a container for the information. so if i would have some company in the lead stage i would like to have one main company page, with associated locations is this possible?

Resetting Calendar
Due to a timezone issue when I first synchronised my calendar with Outlook I now have 2 years of duplicate events in both calendars. Is there any way I can clear all events in the calendar so I can start again?

Sync Calendar greyed out in Outlook toolbar
I'm currently trialling Zoho CRM for my business as a replacement for Netsuite, which is much more expensive and nowhere near as customisable as Zoho. Well done on a fantastic product for small businesses. I've enabled the Outlook Plugin 15 day trial and installed the plugin. I can login into Zoho CRM from the Outlook toolbar and I can add a Case to Zoho contacts, but Sync Contacts, Sync Tasks and Sync Calendar are greyed out so I can't use them. What am I doing wrong.
Web to lead submit form not working sometimes
Sometimes when I submit web to lead form, instead of showing standard Thank you page on my site, it shows ZOHO CRM page. Once I also got "Login expired. Relogin" page as well. Has anyone seen this? Send email from outlook and attach it to ZOHO Contact
When you send email from outlook, is there a way to attach it to ZOHO contact at the same time? The only 2 options I found so far are 1. Send email from ZOHO contact (this was it will be associated with the contact) OR 2. Send email from outlook and than attach it later from Sent folder. Zoho Reports
I think your product has great features. However, I must say I am very frustrated because I can't seem to create a report that shows EVERYTHING I have done with a lead. I can't get one report to include: the lead's company name, and the dates of all tasks, all events, and all emails. I have been trying to report my activities back to my company and just can't get the reports I need. Despite your good value, I am thinking I may need to switch. .pdf naming format
Please correct .pdf attachment naming format. when I attach a .pdf/document from my computer to email out thru zoho it uses the naming convention of "mapping location" on my computer thus giving an awkward looking attachment name. please help thank you Jocelyn Superales
Negative number on quote

SO number field list

Invoice Contacts or Only Accounts
I do all of my work with individuals and it seems redundant to create accounts and contacts. I don't seem to be able to attach an invoice to a contact record. Am I missing something obvious?
SALES ORDER PRODUCT SECTION NOT PRINTING
I have been trying to print a sales order but the product section in the order is not printing out. The customer info and the additional information box at the bottom are printing but not the main body. What is wrong? James

Hello, I am the administrator of this account, I am the only one with provileges to delete orders, last saturday between 12 pm and 1 pm GMT+5 an order was deleted, i know we dont have it because we have a field with auto number and an specific number cannot be found. Currency fields with more than 2 decimal digits
I tried to create currency field with 4 decimal digits because I usually quote items that have very low price per unit and unfortunately this is not allowed by Zoho CRM today. This feature would be a very useful for those persons that need to quote items very with low unit price (like USD 0.0034 for example) and are sold in large quantities, like 100,000 pcs. Once they are quoted, the extended price (unit price x qty) it will be ok just 2 digits. Please let me know if you are planning to introduce

Where in the set-up section, can you add an email signature to be included with any emails sent from contacts or leads? Use of Apostrophe in Tab Name
