Web to Lead and javascript validation
I am using Web to lead to add leads directly to ZOHO CRM. I need to add javascript validation in Web to lead form to ensure that some of the fields are not empty. But ZOHO CRM uses field names with blank spaces like First Name, Last Name. And javascript will not accept names with empty spaces. What do I do?
is the 250M space for one person or for full organization?

Is there any way to update multiple records at the same time? Ex. I have leads and would like to update one field in each lead, but it is not the same information for each lead. Can I relate the field to information in the existing lead? Maybe by Lead Name? Please advise.
Mass Edit Function
Dear Zoho Staff First of all congratulations on this splendid piece of programming. I have quite some experience with programming and achieving such levels of customization requires some real skill. Several points, which really need to be fixed though. - mass edit function for leads. right now i can not select multiple leads and change them all at the same time. only the status can be mass changed. with the use of zohosheet i can sort of work around this sometimes, but not always. - language problems

I created a custom view of lastname, phone and date of lead. Phone and lastname will sort, lastname will not. I have previously posted this, along with suggestions. Thomas Reddy

Workflow Tasks
I created several Workflow Tasks which are created when a sales order is created. The tasks get created and the sales order subject is linked, but the contact is not. When I open a Task (after it is created), it does not show the contact it is linked to. Please advise. Thank you in advance.

navigating Zoho
Dear Zoho, I've recently started using Zoho and have uploaded around 2000 contacts (so far) from Outlook. The system is generally excellent but i've a few simple useability gripes. I'm presently going through all my contacts to edit/check the data. I'm finding this process particularly long winded as the 'back' button within Zoho does not take me back the the page of contacts i was working on. Consequently I have to search back though my contacts to ascertain where i'm up to. Is there a simple fix
Email templates
When using Merge fields containing spaces (ex. ${PurchaseOrders.Vendor Name}), the field in the email is not processed and remains blank. If I use Merge fileds without spaces (${PurchaseOrders.Status}), it works well. Can this be solved, or is there a work around? thanks

We are looking for just this system. There is thow a very important function I couldn�t find in your discription. SYNC with your PDA ... Palm or Pocket. As in more smaller companies all people are great part of the time on the road. They need at least there contacts data and calendar with them. In the office we us mixed OS: Mac, Linux and Windows. I didn�t read anything about multi-PDA multi-platform Syncing. Are you gonna provide in this .....

I read in the forum a post from a year ago, about modifications to Previews in invoices, SO, PO, etc. and they are not available, is there anyhting being done about it? Also the languages available not include main european languages such as french or spanish? is it in the plans the inclusion of these languages? I understand there is the issue of managing different screen resolutions, but there should be the flexibility to increase the amount of information visible on the screen, by: - decreasing space between fields - changing fonts - allow three (or more) columns - etc Thoughts and suggestions? It would be good if we can have data entry in areas CONDITIONAL on a field, eg boolean field, ie: Does he have a CAR: YES / NO If YES - open this section up: - What model - What colour - ETC IF NO - open this section up: - Why does he not have a car This way we can ask many questions, without clogging the interface too greatly. this sucks, employees can see invoices no matter what!
maybe i'm trying to implement this wrong, but why would an employee get to how much money the company made on his sale. he will get his cut, but i can't for the life of me figure out how to turn off the ability for certain users to SEE the invoices. The ONLY thing i want employees to be able to do, is generate leads, and check off tasks...why can't i do that? rgranholm

campaign import of csv data
