Importing of contacts
when I import my csv contacts the import takes so long that the session times out. The csv is only a few records. Can you provide some guidance. I'm really interested in using your application. mrsvis
Invalid ZOHO ID / password
Hey, I found this to be rather daunting... I logged in with my regular Zoho ID but it gives me the "Invalid ZOHO ID / password" error. I tried having the password e-mailed to me thinking that I had done something wrong - but it says that none of the questions are "valid" for me. I'm not even sure this is a "problem" but I would think that because they are both Zoho sites that the user names would be interchangeable?! Please help!
Importing Records
I'm trying to import leads into Zoho CRM...the system says it is "importing records", however, nothing happens...just stalls on this process. There is only 250 records in both the XLS and CSV file that I have tried to import. Furthermore, I'm only trying to import 2 fields, first name, and email...I'm assuming this is ok? Thanks, David

Outlook Plugin
Hi, I have some issues with the Outlook Plugin. When I sync contacts, it shows me this message: "Error while deleting contacts in outlook". Every time I sync contacts, it adds in my Outlook the same new contacts as the last time and I have 2 or more Outlook contacts for every new Zoho contact. It seems like it doesn't sync good. A huge value add feature would be to have a donwloadab le memory resident app that automitcally keeps dialing records selected based on critera and recording the reulsts. Example: 1. Select lead criteria 2. Click dial button 3. Record 1 comes up with a pop up screen asking results of call 4. Results of call recorded. 5. Next call record comes up and auto dieals asking for resujlts. I can gtell you more if this suggesgtion is unclear but tghis thype of app would be a major help to telelmarketing.

Hi I think this looks terrific - as a former user of salesforce it looks just as good. If I want to have certain clients look at their own leads (we are mortgage brokers) can we securely ensure that they are only able to look at their own records? I have been using ZOHO CRM for a while now and have been amazed by the capabilities of this tool from the perspective of being an extremely cost efficient tool, and an open source solution. For the most part, I am very happy with my experience, however, I have been having trouble when adding attachments to anything in the CRM. Editing Pick Lists in German shows English Language Values
First of all, this is a very nice product, as are most (if not all) of ZoHos offerings... I have switched to "german" language. While the translation could use some polish, it is easier for my users and me to use our native language. I am facing a problem when I try to edit pick lists. For instance, in the leads module, when I try to edit the values of the "industry" field, I see the english values, not the german ones I would expect (see screenshot 1). lead conversion into accounts
Hello, I note that the notes I created for a lead in the note section do not get transferred to the matching account upon conversion. This is a pity as there are valuable information in my leads notes that I do not want to lose. The problem is that upon conversion that information see lost. Or I could not find a way to access it. I would like to request the ability to create folders or sub headings under the attachments sections of contacts so I can organize them. Unless I've missed something I don't believe that cababilty exists. jhwhite
