Introducing an additional placement for Custom Buttons (List View - Utility menu)
Hello everyone, We will introduce an additional placement for the custom buttons called the utility menu aside from the following locations: Create/Clone Edit View page List View - Button for each record List view page Related List The new location called the List view - Utility Menu allows you to access the button from the module's list view. The button will be placed in the top panel before the More icon in the list view. This option will be available for everyone by the end of this week.

Hi, This morning I noticed a different icon/image next to phone numbers in Zoho CRM. It used to be a green bubble. I use the Firefox browser. Not sure if this was a browser change or not. Now it is an outline of a phone. When clicking to call, I had previously set to dial me. Now it wants to launch an application on my desktop to ring out.
