Auto Close Tasks
Maybe I've been too busy but I cant seem to know of or find a way to auto-close tasks. Ex. When a certain task is done there is a flag that flags the task to close. This would save a lot more time. I find that half my work is going in and closing tasks after the task is done.
Cannot Attach Files from within Google Drive Folders
We maintain a highly organized directory of customer information in our google drive, comprised of thousands of individual folders. We need to attach certain documents from within these folders to various modules in Zoho CRM, but when attaching a file from google drive it only allows us to see/attach items that are stored in the main google drive directory.
