Custom "Lookup field" in lead not converting
Hi, I am trying to create a "broker" custom field in lead which is a lookup field (lookup from contact) and have it convert to a new "broker" custom field in contacts, accounts and deals. I understand that all of these fields need to have the same properties in order for me to link them. However, I cannot choose the same lookup for each module as I cannot lookup contact in the contact "broker" field. If I choose single line custom field then everything is fine. How do I escape single quote in a formula field? For example, how do I create a formula field with a return type "Text" which converts all single quotes in another field to dashes? When I tried the following: Replace(${Leads.City}, '\'', '-') It failed with an error "Missing Quote". The slash is not recognized as an escape character. Is there another way to do this?

Can Zoho required fields be removed?
I'm a brand new user and while trying to customize forms I ran across a problem. The example I will use is in "Contacts". I wanted to remove one of the required fields, in this case it was duration. And I also wanted to change the time fields from mandatory to non-mandatory. I found that I was limited in that regard.
