I am able to map one custom picklist to another.custom picklist without a problem. but say I was to map a dependency to a custom picklist from a system required field, even if it is a drop down, the system required fields do not appear in the option list for a parent field. Mass update of lead status does not trigger workflow
I have created a workflow that triggers the creation of a new task on change of lead status of a Lead. This works fine when I drill down into a lead, change status and save. However, on Leads view when I use the mass update functionality to change lead status, the change does not trigger workflow to create the tasks.
