How do you get Zoho CRM Onboarding Support
How do I get my onboarding support after enrolling in a yearly CRM plan? I got the upsell from our rep after he told me all about the onboarding support and then nothing, even after multiple emails and messages.
Contacts
It would be nice to have Sales Contacts and General Contacts. Currently there is just a general contacts and I find that very frustrating. Not to mention I'm still copying and pasting my outlook e-mail conversations because the ZOHO I.T. has yet to spend quality time in making ZOHO and Outlook a match made in Heaven.
Link machines in CRM to Desk
Hello, we are building up a database of machines per customer in CRM. At the same time we would like to see that same database per customer in Desk. The reason we need this is so we can create a new ticket and by selecting the customer you get an overview of which machines the customer has. So you can select one of the machines that is related to the ticket. How can you make an automated connection between CRM and Desk regarding the machines, so that the data managed in CRM is also displayed in Desk
White Label Zoho.crm?
Any chance Zoho CRM would consider a white label product so I can develop a CRM system for a client, consult with them on the use, develop any API related services and charge accordingly. It would dramatically increase Zoho's ability to increase revenue due to allowing a consultant to develop a sales model, and deliver a prepared "zoho" environment and thus be charged for the users they board onto the system. Deals Module
We have changed out "deals" module to be called "opportunities" which is more appropriate for our business need/type. Our business has three different business segments and we have too many custom field to collect all our important data to have one module with multiple layouts. 1. Is there a way to have more than one "deals" module? a. If so how many different one of the same one can you have? 2. Is there a way to have more than one propbability stage mapping on each module?
Possible to have form fields presence on form be conditional on other field's value?
I have a contact type field. For some contact types I require another field containing additional data specific to that type. The additional data would only be applicable to that single contact type. What is the best way to accomplish this?
CRM send email and include a cc: (why doesn't the cc: area populate with contact info?)
I want to send emails directly from the CRM contact card. It all looks good, except I have to manually enter any cc: info. Why isn't this tied to our contact base? Is this not a feature of the CRM? If not, is it going to be included at a future date? Thanks.

Is there a way to archive contacts & leads once they are no longer active. I don't want to loose the information associated with the contact or lead but I only want to see current clients & prospects. I am not on a paid version.

Zoho CRM - How to report on emails synced to CRM via IMAP
I know that Zoho CRM has email functions built in, and that I can get reporting on emails sent using those functions. For example, in the Contacts module, there is a filter for Email Status. The reporting capabilities do not seem to work with emails that are synced to CRM via IMAP. How can I get a report for these emails?

coordination of CRM and Campaigns email templates
Unless I am missing something the need to hand-duplicate email templates in crm and campaigns is a huge inefficiency. I view the CRM database as my "has to get this email" database because they are existing customers or prospects and this is how we communicate urgent program updates. Feeds not showing all the updates
Hi, Surprisingly my feeds page doesn't display all the updates, even after I updated the feeds preferences to see all the users' activities. It shows very old updates only, from 2 or 3 weeks ago, while there have been many updates since. Apparently other users from my organisation are experiencing the same issue. Searching for contacts take work for Accounts within a group
I have an indicator on the account record which allows viewing accounts within a certain group. There are2000 companies. One group has 60 members, I want to email the managing directors at these accounts. The group indicator is at the account level not the contact level I cannot see a way of filtering the accounts and then having access to the contacts Could someone let me know what I have to do? Is the routine for this somewhere I cannot be the only user that wants to do this type of function.

Billing Addresses - Am I missing something?
I'm hoping this is simple and I am just not understanding the relationships between shipping and billing addresses correctly. 1. We started with shipping (physical) addresses for accounts 2. We're now at the point where we want to add billing addresses. Sometimes they are identical to shipping addresses, sometimes they are not. - if shipping = billing, apparently there is a way to copy shipping to billing with a single button but no button shows up in the account layout. Contact Roles in Deals
Hi Team - so this is the first time we have implemented Contact Roles so we can add another contact in our Deals module. There usually are 2 contacts in our deals - purchaser and accounting. From what I can see, and sorry for the blunt word, contact roles are basically worthless when it comes to workflows. Only the main contact can be included in email workflows. When you send email from the Deals module, only the main contact email is included. I am guessing you can do custom functions to send emails

Duplicate entries when running a report
When a run a customised report, i get every single entry coming up twice. So i have run a report to show all customers in NSW, and every single customer comes up twice in the report. There is only one entry in the accounts list per customer, so not sure why they are coming up twice
Cannot click the Time when I schedule an email
Hey Team, I am not sure if I am the only one facing problem but I cannot click on the time when I schedule an email for another day in CRM. I have cleared cache and cookies and tried it in Mac and Windows. The time cannot be clicked and I cannot choose a time. This issue started just today.

I am trying to export data, but there is a 3,000 record limit for each module. There is no option of what records to pull and it defaults to the oldest 3,000 records, which go so far back that it cuts off before getting to current data. Is there a way to make the export feature pull the 3,000 newest records by module? Request Data Backup for complete data does not help because there is a limit to the number of times you can pull this information.

Deal Stages & Forecasts
Looking for advice/best practice: I have 'Lost' as a stage in Deals. Right now, Lost's 'Forecast Category' is 'Omitted.' Should it be changed to 'Closed.'? Also, I have a category for imported Deals (were events in old system) that I feel is making my reporting all wonky because it's still in the 'Open' Forecast Type. I'd like Deals in this stage to remain but just be outside my regular reporting. Is there a way to do that? They're not necessarily Closed Won OR Lost.
emails disapearing from outlook when added to zoho
I am using Outlook with the zoho outlook plug in. Up until afew hours ago, when I added an email to a contact in Zoho using the plug in the email was added in as it shoud be and the orginal remained in my Outlook inbox. The Outlook copy of the email then has a blue tag added. All good. Now, when I add an email into Zoho from Outlook uinsg the plug in the email dispaears completly from Outlook, it is not even in the delted items folder. Why has this starting happening and how can I stop it please?
