Setting Formula Fields to Null
I have two formula fields that need to be set to null in certain circumstances. One of those is a Formula (Date) field, and I note that I can set it to null using Newdate(0,0,0,00,00,'AM'). However the other is a Formula (Decimal) field, and I have not seen a way to set this to null. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Thanks, Angie

Web form Hidden Field Showing Unique Values

Hello! I have 3 users in Zoho so far, but we only have 2 inboxes in Gsuite because we share inboxes per department (then each one has own alias). I know that there is a limitation of only 1 IMAP account per user on the Zoho CRM + SalesInbox. But now I find that I can not have 2 users connecting through IMAP to the same email address. Why is that? It doesnt make sense, as IMAP can be synced from many devices; why would it be a limitation to have two platforms/users synced with it? Is there a way in

Default Wizard
Guys, Maybe I am missing this - but is there a way to set the a wizard as the default interface? It seems now that the only way to get to the wizard is to select it under layout. I would really like to be able to present the wizard screen by default for a specific role/object to the user - so no other steps are needed to get to it. Is this possible? jv

When creating the wizard, there is a page title and a segment title; which makes me believe there is the ability to add additional segments (or at least looks that way). But if there is the ability to add additional segments to a page, I'm not finding the way to do it so wondering if someone could point me in the right direction?

Want to send out bespoke quotations, but having problems getting the product description from the quote to show in the template.
We have built bespoke e mail layouts to send to our customers, as e mail layouts and not inventory. Custom quote template issues
Hello, I have an issue with my custom quote template that it is only showing the first product in a quote that has multiple quotes. Is there something else that needs to be added to allow the template to show multiple products? Also, there is no option that displays a link to insert the product description into my template. I even tried copying ${Quotes.Product Description} from the zoho template, and it still wont display that info. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Building a claim module with limited fields

We used to use Ringcentral, which we liked, but at $50 a person, it became ridiculously expensive. A message is displayed stating that you do not have permission to edit.
In each tab of Zoho CRM (Accounts, Deals, SalesOrders, Invoices, etc.), the message as shown below is displayed when you directly edit or save the item without clicking the "Edit" button in the upper right of the screen.
