How: Duplicating CRM module structure (no data)
Hello, For another company, we want to use all the structure and layout (maybe workflow) of Leads, Contacts, Accounts / Vendirs, Deals, Activities. However we don't want the data to be copied. I thought about using an export or a back-up which I would import into the new Zoho CRM. But I see Data are also exported, which is not welcome. How can I export the structure to reimport it ? Of to mitigate, what should I do to have a minimum of data imported into the new CRM (which will be then delete) Any

Tasks not being shown in Calendar
Hi Not sure if I am missing something here. I can set myself a task to schedule a phone call but I can not make it time dependant. I can schedule it for Friday but not a specific time. I also notice that this activity is not shown in the calendar as that only shows "Events" which I do not understand why? If I made the call an event it would show in the calendar, but a call is not an event. Also some calls you might want to schedule for a certain day without a specific time. This could not be
Member Accounts - parent child relationships in database - not displaying in Member Accounts section
Hello, The member accounts section for parent accounts do not display any data - even if detail view of the child account shows the parent account correctly. So it looks like the data is there - but Member accounts does not display any of the data. This happens both with imported parent-child accounts (salesforce.com import) and with newly created manual child accounts. Is this a bug as I noticed earlier queries on the forum mention this? Is there a workaround - ie can I create a report to show parent-child
De-duplicating contacts based on Firstname-Lastname
I need to deduplicate my Contacts based on First Name and Last Name (i.e. those Contacts which have the same firstname and the same lastname. There does not seem to be any way to do this - my choices seem to be limited to what you see in the screenshot. And yet I have a hard time believing that this is not possible... Does anyone know how to do this? Many thanks in advance
CRM - Weekly Grouping
I want to create a chart in CRM with dates that are grouped weekly. It only seems to give me the options of daily, monthly or yearly. Is there a way to do this from within CRM (so I can have live data) or do I need to use 3 hours old data in Analytics? Seems odd that weekly and quarterly aren't standard options.
Account that also is a lead
I have an online application that pushes all of the data to Account/Contact/Deal. The problem I am having is that there sometime is an open lead with that person. Is there a way, other than manually to check to see if it is a lead and convert that lead to Account? Or is there another work around? Here is my scenerio..... Neglected contacts - last contacted reports
Hi, I'd like to run a report that shows me my neglected leads, potentials, or contacts. The data to find should be [contact] (or lead or potential) who had their [last email sent] OR [last note] earlier than 60 days ago. I don't want to reconfigure the date manually each time, and ideally I can stick the report on the dashboard to give me an immediate overview. How can I do this? Filtering Multi select fields
We created several custom fields using the "multi select" field method. When we try to filter any one of these fields we do not get the drop-down of selections like you do in a "pick list" field. Currently our only way to filter is use "contains" and manually type some information into the window. This is problematic since several of our list entries have similar names but very different market segments.

Create a REAL lookup field
Is there a way to bring other information from a lookup field into a new record? I have a form called Site where I record the information about a Site I service. I also have a form called Work Order, where I find the Site in a Lookup Field that the Work Order is for. Anyone found a way to include prefix and suffix in full name
Our client base has spent years earning their respective designations in their fields. We want to have that information included in the full name that is displayed when sending emails. Zoho says no go for full name to include prefix of suffix. Anyone have a work around? I would ideally like it to work in the campaigns module as well, but they just have a check box for full name.

So, zohocrm campaigns only really works with leads and contacts. I need to do account based marketing and thus the only hacky option I see is to create dummy contacts for all accounts. How do I do this at once and not individually?
Customizing Email Templates in CRM
Ive created an email in CRM templates and added a button to click but the button is green. I would like to change the color to coordinate with our branding but can not located anywhere to do this. As an alternative I tried uploading a image file to use but it will not format the image appropriately to use. Any suggestions on how to customize the button color?

CRM Quote PDF Export - Is it possible to hide products fields that are not populated?
Hello! I hope I can explain this clearly, I am still learning a lot and have a question. I am working on a Quote Module PDF export template and have added some fields that are getting added to manage parts of certain products -- but in some of those products the fields are not populated and have no relevant info to populate. The end result I am getting is that when I generate that PDF, the products that have those empty fields end up having empty fields in the quote. I am wondering if it is possible
Matrix report issue

Why don't I have Zoho Blueprints?
Every piece of Zoho official documentation I can find just shows the blueprints option in the setup screen. However, even after purchasing a month of Zoho CRM I'm unable to find blueprints from these options. What do I need to do to get blueprints and why is this so difficult? It should just be there. If it's a paid extra, have me click to pay upon clicking the option from setup. Who's in charge of this? Why isn't this the present workflow?

But is there another extension or is this in Zoho roadmap, to have more details about it (how long the client stays on the email open, if he has deleted it, and so on,..) (so they are recognized by our sip provider. + for international calling , for a 2 second pause ; for a wait Are others characters allowed and which one, or none ? Setting task reminders
I am trying to set reminders for tasks that we have created in Zoho CRM. The instructions on this page (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/activities/create-activities.html#Set_Reminders) do not work because there is no 'reminders' option. Are there newer instructions? I am only able to tick a box for 'email notifications' but it sends an email immediately, not on the due date.

How do i remove the sales signal so it only shows me feeds in notifications.
We don't use sales signals, as the only Zoho application we currently use is the CRM. Under the notification bell we have the choice of seeing sales signals (which we have none) or feeds. As we have no sales signals i would like to only see the feeds when i click on the notification bell. Currently we click the notification bell once we have a notification then have to click to feeds whihc takes forever and a day to load. Can not add leads
Hi, I'm trying to use the free edition of Zoho and want to add leads. Although there is not a singel lead yet in Zoho, when I want to start the first lead I get the information: You have reached the maximum limit for this action in your edition I tried to import the leads from our Pipedrive account but that did not work. Has anyone an idea how to fix this? Without leads the system is not useble for me. Thank you in advance! Roel
